Typical Starbucks with decent stuff and high prices; over five bucks for a small frappucino. The bathroom was clean.

Nice convenient location, but serious concerns about food safety. Breakfast sandwich was served ice cold, and the cup was covered in sticky fingerprints all around and with chocolate syrup goop on the side of the lid (in addition to sticky fingerprints on the lid) - my drink did not involve chocolate. Attempted to get replacements but after 15 minutes, nothing was provided. They were friendly and gave me a refund, but food & drinks in that condition should have never left the kitchen or be handed to a customer. read more

We had to stop here because we needed a tire fixed at Les Schwab. I walked over to Starbucks. The store was clean, they have tons of outdoor seating and a lot of indoor seating as well. If you go here, go through the drive through. We went inside and saw about 6 cars drive away for every 1 drink they called out inside. We saw 3 different people go up to the counter and ask what happened to their drinks. They said the sticker machine stopped working, so i guess that means those drinks just never existed? They eventually made those drinks. I was also told that they didn't have the drink i order anymore, but I've gotten it at any other Starbucks I've gone to. Then they made the drink i ordered incorrectly, so we had to wait for a new one. Solid way to waste a half hour if you're trying to kill time though. read more

The staff has always been very friendly, the coffee is good and they have all the options, to include nitro cold brew and Clover options. The lobby isn't usually too crowded and they have a drive thru for commuters. I love this Starbucks. I go here often to study. There is ample seating with outlets and the staff is always friendly. They've only made my drink wrong once but they were busy and happily corrected it My only minor complaint is that they should clean the tables more often for guests in their down-time. Find myself frustrated last night when I arrived and was told the store was closed. Both google and the Starbucks app stated the hours were 5am-10pm on Saturdays, but the staff said the store closed at 9 and I desperately needed coffee for my late night drive. I love this location! It's a great place to work and to socialize. It's clean and not cluttered. The fact that it's new helps! Such a nice new Starbucks here! It has large windows allowing for lots of light. There is plenty of seating. This is actually the worst starbucks in town. The drinks are the same as everywhere else, but it's close to my work and I regularly try to go through the drive-thru, and I often get stuck for 20 minutes behind 2 or 3 cars. I don't go at a busy time and I order an iced coffee, but still about half of the time I go I end up late for work. If you want a quick starbucks run, go to the one on college by campus. They sometimes have a line of cars backing up onto the street but you'll be out in 5 minutes. read more

I was then handed a drink with no ice and asked to please move along for other customers. I got back on the road and took a sip of my *unsweetened plain tea*.
