I wanted to try the new lavender oatmilk latte. I had a few questions for the lady at the register. As it was 5 PM, I wanted to be sure I could get decaf, which could be substituted. I also asked about sweetener because I do not like sweet drinks/coffee. She suggested one scoop for the lavender cold foam. One scoop was enough. I could really taste the lavender and it was not too sweet. I got a grande which is equivalent to a small. I was shocked the drink was over seven dollars! Ouch! There were plenty of tables to sit down and catch up on work. It's a nice spot to visit. I just will not be getting the lavender oatmeal latte on my next visit. read more

I specifically chose this Starbucks because they had curbside pickup. I ordered my food at 10:24am. I stood outside waiting for them to bring my order, after checking in repeatedly. I called the store and explained that I was towing a trailer and I was alone, with my dog. Could they please bring out my items. The person on the phone said they would be right out. 10 minutes later, I left my dog in the car and walked in. No one acknowledged me when I walked up to the counter. When I walked over to the cashier's area, I saw my cold food and my watery coffee. I was trying to be thoughtful and take care of my dog. That's why I chose curbside. How pointless! read more

Website shows they close at 9. Pull in at 8pm. Sit in line for 10 minutes to get to the speaker to be told they close at 8pm. When we said that would be nice to know they claimed they came out and told everyone which was a lie. We were number 10 in line and they took everyone's order but ours. Update your time if you do in fact close at 8 and don't lie to your customers stating you came out and told everyone when you in fact didn't. Way to ruin customer rapport by lying read more

I visited this Starbucks while visiting Terre Haute on a weekend trip. We wanted a quick breakfast before hitting the road so we swung by here. Before we ordered we browsed the merchandise section and they had some cute water bottles for sale, but I did not purchase anything. Everyone that we encountered were very friendly to us. I ordered a bacon and cheddar breakfast sandwich and the obligatory fall essential, of a pumpkin spice latte. Our food and drinks arrived in a timely manner and they both were tasty. read more

Stopped in to get a drink to go. They were quick and seem to mainly be a drive thru place. I ordered using the mobile app, I would definitely suggest that. I love the layout of this location. It has lots of seating both in and outside. My only complaint would be the noise level. I was trying to do a google hangout with classmates and was a distraction to them because of the noise in the background. When I called a friend and left a message, they thought I was at a night club because of the noise. Other than that, the staff was very kind and the parking was plentiful. read more

This is my preferred Starbucks in town. Bigger than the ones on Wabash and Margaret. The workers here are usually pretty nice and very quick. The last couple of visits there's been a new person who isn't quite on top of her game yet. On one day, she tried to take back one of two sandwiches we ordered because she "put the wrong one in" and on another day she rang my latte up as half-caff, which was more confusing than anything. In love the location, mostly because it's right around the corner from where I live. The service is fast and friendly; the layout inside is good for both studying and relaxing/chatting. The place is always clean and well kept. My only complaint is the amount of light coming in from the west in the afternoons/evenings. The sun shines either in your eyes, or on your computer screen, and it's impossible to see...even with the shades (which are see through mesh that only filter out some of the ligbt) closed and no matter how you turn. It would be nice if they could find some other kind of window cover other than the see through shades. I love the sunlight, but it makes it hard to see when you are trying to study or concentrate on something. read more

Staffs are very surly and poorly trained . They lied to me and give me the wrong drink and refused to give me my money back . The store manager is very uneducated and absolutely racist . One of their employees told me that I should get in a boat and go back to Africa! I have tried four times in the last two weeks to like this location because I love Starbucks. Every time I go in this location I have to wait at the register for employees to finish non work related conversations which I can clearly overhear. Employees who are clearly not working on a customer order walk right past me standing alone at the register and don't even make eye contact. Once I am able to place an order they use the Starbucks script used at most locations, but with very little sincerity and NEVER add a thank you. I would get better service from a vending machine. read more

Very good frappucinos. One thing that I don't like is when the tables are dirty. Half the time when I go in Starbucks the tables have something sticky on them but other than that it is a great place to get coffee. Some of the drinks can be pricy depending on which one you get and which size. read more

Why is it that if this coffee place runs out of decaf that they charge me extra for an americano? Shouldn't a coffee place offer decaf at all hours? They should charge me the same for an Americano as they charge for a regular decaf. It is not my fault that they ran out. Also 4 out of the last 12 times they have gotten my drive thru order wrong. How hard is it to get a Grande Decaf with 2 Splendas and extra cream. The drive thru is not convenient when I have to park and go in to fix my coffee. read more
