After shopping at Target, we were looking for warm milk for our infant and searched for a Starbucks near our area. We ordered warm milk for our child, as well as egg bites for lunch for our infant. For ourselves, we ordered Jalapeno Chicken Pockets. We soon received our warm milk, and we gave our infant whole milk, which was good for him. Additionally, he had egg bites, which proved to be a great lunch for our kid. For ourselves, we enjoyed Jalapeno Chicken Pockets, which were made well with great taste and protein. This is our go-to Starbucks and I've always had lovely customer service. It's usually quite busy with the location but serving up great drinks. I get the matcha every time and it's mixed up smooth, whereas some Starbs make it gritty with pieces of matcha powder. I think people don't expect the wait time here especially on busy mornings, so be prepared if you see a big line! Or just pop inside! read more

The worst Starbucks in America I'm pretty sure. Rude customer service and always out of everything.

The staff is mostly good and caring, though they get overworked at times, but that is not their fault. The place is busy at certain times of the day and week. The music they play is often obnoxious , and often including obnoxious rap. Also, depending on the day an the staff leader, the volume is turned way up. Using an online decibel meter, on some days you have average decibel of 95 Db and maximum level of around 110 Db. Even without the days of 95 Db average, the average is often between 90 and 95 Db. On some days, I have noticed the volume change in the middle of song or after the volume was better or more normal. Some staff person must have arrived, perhaps the manager of that morning, etc who decided the existing volume was not sufficient. Also, right now, they are playing rap, including cursing using the name of God, and the song includes references to bathroom, etc. . . . Now, another rap song is starting. One rap song is cursing and this new rap song, the 2nd rap song in the past few minutes, is by a guy who decided it is not needed to use good English. He is using is for are and multiple instances of poor grammar. Is this normal, because of the neighborhood here in Tampa? Wow, another rap song, the 3rd is starting with words that would normally not be repeated on the radio. At least, the reference, I think, is to a female dog, but I am not sure that people use that word much in polite company, when not talking about dogs. Maybe I am wrong about the word being used. Normally I try to avoid hearing the music completely. Maybe the managers have had their own hearing damaged in some other location or concert and they do not care about the well-being of those who sit inside. read more

I come to this Starbucks multiple times a week...they know us by name. They are good people just trying to do their jobs. The service industry is hard, and sometimes the line is long. Probably because some nut orders 10 Frappuccinos and 5 breakfast sandwiches during the 7am rush. Second day in a row that I've come and they staff seems to want to get out early. I came yesterday through the drive-through 10 minutes before it was closed and they said "that unfortunately our cash drawer has been closed and we cannot accept cash." Also, they would not open the doors for me to go to the bathroom. I showed up the next day at 7:59 PM. The doors were closed and they said for security reasons the lobby was closed as the gentleman was mopping the floor. There sign says 9:00pm. Great service BUT the coffee was just terrible here. I got the ultra caramel frappucino and it tasted like water . Barely any coffee taste in it. I'm comparing this to other Starbuck stores I've been to. I went to E. Hillsborough ave location near my home, I ordered a small size pineapple matcha tea for 1st time. Usual preference is matcha frappe. Lid was not properly put on and drink spilled out, when I checked, the lid had a split. Paid 4.79 for two sips that was leftover with mostly ice. Came to the Starbucks this morning and some guy was outside taking orders. We pulled in with no one behind us. When we pulled up the guy taking orders asked us to get out of line and pull around the building when we came through the exit putting 3 cars ahead us that weren't there when we first got in line. I come to this Starbucks all the time because it's right by my house and I have no self-control. I've never actually been inside but I frequent the incredibly slow drive thru. Seriously, it's SO slow. I don't even mean just during peak hours- I went today with 3 cars ahead of me and it must have taken 10 minutes. Honestly, one time I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. On the plus side, my coffee is always made correctly and delicious! It's just such a pain waiting for it. Also, the parking lot is awful. I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks.... First, it is a poorly designed parking lot and it is extremely hard to get in and out of. The drive-through line backed up into the parking lot so if you are parked it is almost impossible to get out. Most of the time it's faster to park and go inside but then again you're stuck in your parking spot... I will say the customer service here is extremely hard-working. Went to this Starbucks location on Friday morning around 730. Both the inside and the drivethru were VERY crowded. Even though it was very busy I still got my order in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a London Fog tea latte and it was delicious, as always. The staff were very friendly and attentive, even with it being extremely busy. The bad part about this location is the parking lot. It is way too small. The drivethru line wrapped all the way around the building. And they probably only have about 12-14 parking spots, which you couldn't even park in them because the drivethru line was taking up the whole lot. If you're looking for a quick stop on your morning commute to work, this probably isn't the best place to stop during the busy hours. read more

I go to this Starbucks because it is the closest one to where I live. I will divide it into general Starbucks and the warnings of their specific location (lots of congestion/traffic- can't really be helped). I do not have much to say about the drinks as they are what you find at every location. They are always very consistent here, which is fantastic. I like that they have a long powered table and a plentiful amount of wall outlets. Thank you for this! The service here has always been great. Sometimes it takes a little longer to get a simple drink out, but it is usually because they are very busy. The quality of the drinks has always been great for me, and I do not have complaints! If there has been a mistake or they have somehow forgotten my drink due to their busyness, they always correct it or get it to me right away (sometimes in a larger size). When they aren't as crowded, the baristas are always friendly and chatty! Although Starbucks is not my favorite coffee spot, I like coming here to do work due to their longer hours and friendliness once it's a little emptier. The only meh I have about it is that it is always SO COLD. A barista explained that their thermostat is hard to control, and that it's either extremely warm or cold. But when I have to bring my winter coat and gloves to a Florida coffee shop in the summer and when the baristas have to war hoodies and beanies sometimes, it's a little extreme. --- So here are my warnings primarily based on their prime location. These are things that can not be helped, since it is purely because of where this Starbucks is situated. For this I would probably give 1 star, but I do not think I can rate something that can't really change unless a massive construction project was done. :P The location of this Starbucks is very great for their business. During peak times it gets very crowded. The thing is that their parking and drive-thru situation are both awful during these times. The lot is way too small for the amount of traffic they have, and during busy times I usually have to park far down in the neighborhood by the Papa John's (to not risk towing) or on a strange faux-driveway next door. If you are parked in the lot BUT the drive-thru is packed, it takes a VERY long time to get out. You will be stuck unless a kind stranger lets you out. If you are trying to go through the drive-thru, due to the location and circulation, on a packed day you will be waiting in actual street to go through the drive-thru. There is not enough space. Sometimes if I don't want to deal all of this I drive to a different Starbucks location that is not too far down the road and is way easier to park at/drive-thru. Sorry! Unhappy with this Starbucks as of late... They are under new management and they have for starters changed the hours. This use to be a 24/7 location and they are now only open til 2 . They often run out of different flavor syrups and pastries. The last 3 times I have gone they were out of at least one of the things I wanted. It is very frustrating..
