This Starbucks is consistently great--every visit, they don't disappoint. I went through the drive-thru this morning and by the time I pulled around, my drink was already waiting, which was impressive. The mango refresher was perfectly made--light, refreshing, and well-balanced without being overly sweet. You could actually taste the fruit. The blueberry muffin was fresh, soft, and moist with a nice crumb topping and great flavor throughout. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, and my order was exactly right. Everything feels smooth and well run here. Definitely one of the best locations I've been to. read more

Still a Great location. The staff work hard and efficiently. Very busy for both drive through and in store; but they keep the orders flowing. Ample parking. Outdoor and indoor seating. Interestingly, this is the first Starbucks where I have seen them put out bags of spent coffee grounds for customers to take and use as fertilizer. No cost. Very cool. read more

Great for a quick pit stop on the way to Delaware and New Jersey! The strawberry açaí lemonade was good. Bathrooms were clean, at least.

Lovely Starbucks located just after the bay bridge. The employees were really friendly and the bathrooms were clean. I got the new(ish) potato cheddar chive bake and it was so good! And a passion refresher with some sugar free vanilla syrup added. Overall it was a nice Starbucks and I have no complaints. read more

I'd recommend finding coffee elsewhere. I go to Starbucks 365 days a year and this place is just TERRIBLE. Spent $20 placing a mobile order, the pickup inside is closed, the drive thru line is 20 minutes or longer, I can't get my money back, they told me to call the 1-800 number to see if I can get a refund, and instead I'm stuck either forfeiting my order or waiting in this line wrapped around the building. It's just TERRIBLE and it's this horrible, negligent treatment of customers and their time that has me really wanting to quit Starbucks overall. This particular location can't manage to get a drink and protein box I ordered 15 minutes ago out before I have to wait in this line for 20 minutes. Starbucks doesn't support their customer service and I think it's about time we stop supporting their business...all of them. Lol!! I finally get to the speaker box, and they're out of the food I ordered. Then I get to the window and they have it. And lastly, I will say the last lady at the window I spoke with is a dream and sweet and nice as employees customer service comes. She's doing the best she can and she was amazing with what she had. My beef is with Starbucks, not the wonderful and kind staff. The staff is awesome, Starbucks just gives them no tools to effectively do their jobs and serve the customers well. So be it. I just happen to be scrolling and saw all these reviews ripping our local Starbucks to shreds so I felt the need to leave mine. I have been coming here since they opened with my "at the time" puppy. They give my dog a pup cup every single time (still to this day) with no request and make my drink perfect 9/10 times. All of the staff is friendly, even through the short staffed times of Covid. The inside does close sometimes, but it's just the staff shortage that everyone else is experiencing. Give this location a shot, they just opened when most of the old reviews were posted. read more

This is my third time stopping by and EVERYTIME drive thru always long. The people who actually walk in to order got them faster.

Starbucks coffee is too burnt over roasted or something and just does taste like coffee supposed to taste to me. The person they took my order was very polite very nice and very accommodating. They took away a little service bar where you could put milk or cream in your coffee they probably did that 2 1/2 years ago but I haven't been in a Starbucks probably in 10 years and unfortunately I think their coffee is just as bad as it was 10 years ago. Plus the place in the little bit your run down and kept. I seriously doubt that I'll be back. read more

Be prepared to wait. I have never even reviewed or felt the need to review a Starbucks, but this one here. No ma'am. 20 mins for my sandwich which is microwaved only to get it and it's cold. What ? Like what was going on? The whole time the cashier is so oblivious. We can see here clear as day from the drive through just standing there smiling into space. Good drive-thru location for a road trip but it appears they may need some work on streamlining the process. Especially when there's 2 cars in front of me and it takes more than 15 minutes to order/get my order. I realize that could also be indicative of just the people in front of me, but had I known of such an inconvenience, I would have parked and went inside. Fortunately, my order was simple (iced coffee and an unwarmed cookie, as requested) and I was able to duck out not long after with the fuel needed to keep my spirits up during the drive. read more

We stopped in on the way home looking to use the restroom and refuel. I ordered via the app, then ran in to use the restroom. There was no soap, but that happens, so not the end of the world. I'm vegan and so ordered a drink with soy milk and no whipped cream. I come out of the restroom and find a drink with whipped cream on top. I alerted one of the staff members to the issue and she replied with "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll just wipe it off." I told her I am vegan and asked her to please remake it. She looked flustered and said, "Sure." I waited at least another 5 minutes because my drink got bumped to the end of the line (not sure how that makes sense) and then a young woman remade the drink and put whipped cream on it AGAIN! At that point, I asked to just have my money refunded. I had to wait another few minutes for the manager to get to that. Her only response was, "She's new," which does not explain or excuse the issue. While I was waiting for all of this to be resolved, a man walked in and asked for a drink to be remade because it "tasted like water." All of the employees I saw there seemed young. They were certainly apologetic, but there really is no excuse for this. Especially when the instructions were clearly on the cup label! I won't be stopping back there again. I recommend trying another one that's sure to be nearby. read more

I cannot. The lobby closes randomly. The drive thru workers are bizarrely controlling and do not allow cars to pull forward until they "give permission" meaning the cars stack up in the shopping center. Frequently out of things like "whip cream" and "cold cream". A bizarre place. read more

Love my Starbucks but this one moves incredibly at a snails pace....this has been here over a year now and no one can make coffee fast enough. Grant it I'm sure that they are under staffed due to Covid-19 but the afternoons on the way home they are jammed packed through the drive through. I love all the barista's here and they are always so pleasant and courteous. We tried to mobile order at 11am and it says that the products that we wanted were sold out (which wasn't true because we were able to order it at the store). We got to the store and the girl on the speaker seemed overwhelmed. We got two drinks and both were made entirely incorrect, which they realized before they even handed them to us. Then when they did remake the drinks, they were still wrong and cold shouldered us when we asked for a remake and didn't say a word to us. I don't usually have issues with this place as they're relatively friendly and accurate but today was a rough experience. read more

Becoming more and more disappointed each time we go to this location. We were so excited to finally have a Starbucks on Kent island and for the past couple of months we've been underwhelmed with the quality of the drinks. Warm coffee, barely any caramel in the iced caramel macchiato (even when we ask for extra) and out of basic products on a regular basis. When I go inside it looks like a tornado hit the place; trash overflowing and the general ambiance isn't like any other Starbucks...it lacks that warm, comfortable feeling. This Starbucks has two bathrooms. Both are extremely filthy. Toilet paper all over, as well as urine in toilet unflushed and on toilet seat. At least four employees were working. I brought it to their attention. The response was, "Would you like to order something?" . I said, " I would like to but wanted to use the restroom first." The response was that they don't have anyone available who can clean it. Four people working- zero customers. I left. Wil be contacting corporate. read more

This is the best starbucks I've ever been to. Now that may sound dramatic but it's the truth. The seating is plentiful and comfortable. The air conditioning was a little cold but it still is nice when it's this hot outside. I go here often and I've talked with multiple members of the staff and they are so kind and really listen to your orders so they get it right. I've been there many times and ordered many drinks and they've never gotten one wrong. They offer FREE samples as well. I normally don't write reviews this long but I saw some atrocious reviews that don't truly represent this location. I would definitely recommend visiting here. read more

Cutting off a customer before she even finishes her sentence with "I'm on a break." and continuing to tap away at the POS isn't exactly great customer service nor a great work ethic. Incredibly disappointed with the new management here. I would come to the Starbucks on Kent Island religiously when the previous manager was working and absolutely loved her. Sad to here that she left but the new manager was completely rude towards me in the drive through. Another new Starbucks that decided to skimp on WiFi. Starbucks opened a new store about a year across the Bay in Annapolis that also had extremely slow WiFi. Other Starbucks stores in the area, such as the Edgewater store have fast WiFi. (25 Mbs vs 2 Mbs for these two new stores). read more

What a great addition to the community! This area needed a coffee shop and Starbucks is a perfect fit. The store is spacious, with plenty of seating inside and out. The staff is very nice and helpful, even through the drive thru. Love coming to this location. read more
