This is the Starbucks I can walk to, and when I had 6am shifts this was an easy coffee stop that was already open. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. The coffee is Starbucks coffee. You know what beverages you're getting and it's like everywhere else. My orders have always been made as requested. Mostly writing this review to make people aware (and hopefully more patient with employees) because this Starbucks is not huge and doesn't have a drive-thru so it gets cramped quickly. Right before school and right after it's filled with teens, and in-person and mobile ordering can get backed up 15+ minutes. There are a handful of tables, some bar seating, and a little outside seating so during a busy time finding seating can be daunting. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to us. We usually visit the one in Eastern Marketplace Plz since they have a drive thru. Every now and then we pop into this location. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Greg was incredibly attentive and friendly. He was so sweet to stop what he was doing and say hello to our little one. The store is clean and organized. Horrible. When I went it toke them more than 30 minutes just to make me one Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it was very slow that day. the drink wasn't even that good. Another Starbucks. This one probably won't be seen or found by most folks unless you live back in South Riding. It's in a retail complex serving a residential neighborhood. But it's a good pit stop for folks heading east or west down U.S. 50 in Virginia (west of Route 28). I've been in here a few times - had Grande coffees (with room for cream), lattes, Cappuccinos... Today I had a triple shot, grande, Pumpkin Spice Latte. Mmmmmm! Hit the spot! Tasty, creamy, and loaded with that caffeine I O' so needed! Went inside this Starbucks this morning and the barista was very rude did not know how to scan my phone and my drink was made incorrectly and when I returned they rolled there eyes and gave me attitude. Another local Starbucks coming in as just mediocre. Ordered my favorite - a "Venti Soy Matcha Green Tea Latte" and was waiting a little over 15 minutes for my drink. Honestly, I wasn't in a hurry and this wouldn't have been something to put in a review but unfortunately my experience was tainted bu some Knucklehead teenagers that seem to know the barista. They questioned him about what matcha tea was and then proceeded to say that my drink looked disgusting - like snot in powder form... I'm totally open to opinions that differ from my own but as a customer I don't expect to go through dealing with rude teenagers at every Starbucks I go to. Managers set an expectation of professionalism with your staff. It will serve them well as they enter the work force and it will keep your locals coming back. read more

My husband ordered me a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. But it was done incorrectly with regular cow milk. He called and spoke with an individual at the store who assured us we could get it remade on our next visit. When I came in to get the drink remade, Kate told me they wouldn't redo drinks. And the female manager questioned the time and day we called and indicated she hadn't received a phone call. As a result I didn't get my drink redone. We come to this location on a regular basis and I'm very disappointed at the response we got over a drink. I won't be coming here again. read more

Can't believe no other yelper made a visit at this sbux. I'm the first yea!! This is my friendly neighborhood sbux that I like to go with my laptop, grab a latte and yelp away. Coffee-bartenders are friendly, nice and can mix you up a mean grande decaf cappucino with soy in cold days or a grande sweet black ice tea shaken not stirred in the summer time. I've been going to this Starbucks for years, and it is always a good experience. The staff there knows me and my regular drink order, and they usually get orders in fairly efficiently, even during peak hours. If I ask for something odd or off the cuff, they will take care of me if at all possible. On a few occasions the brewed coffee seems to have sat longer than it should've, but if you complain about that, they'll make it right with either a freshly brewed batch o an Americano. I've only experienced this 2-3 times in going there over the span of years, so I don't really fault them on this, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention it. I visit other Starbucks on occasion, and I have typically had good experiences at all of them, but this one seems just a bit better. That may be due to the fact that I'm a regular, but either way, I'm not complaining! read more

It's nice that it's close. But they get orders wrong too often, especially if it's a new drink or a custom drink. I wouldn't mind so much if one particular barista would just admit to making it wrong instead of giving bad excuses such as what I ordered was a different drink. Every Starbucks is a little different and has a unique vibe. This one is truly a WINNER!! Erin manages a great crew and it makes for a wonderful neighborhood shop. Thankfully for me, they also can accommodate coffee for 400! I work on a construction site, and we provided coffee for all of our crews today in honor of National Safety Week. Worst customer service I have ever received. I'm not one to write reviews, but this location has the most rude baristas. I order 2 coffee travelers and instead of getting the correct amount of sugar and cream. I received a smaller cup of cream and a very rude barista. When I asked for a bigger cup of cream I was told to pay for a bigger size when I never had to pay at other locations. I would not recommend this location to anyone. read more

This Starbucks has the worst customer service. As Gregg H. indicated in an earlier review, Maria, the female Manager is just plain rude. On my last visit, a friendly, young, African-American male asked me for my order. I said I'll take a grande bold COD. The manager then turned to me and yelled out, "It's not your turn!" I replied: "The barista asked for my order so I gave it to him." She retorted: "There are people in front of you." I then had to explain to her that the barista had already taken the order of those customer in front of me. And when I went to pay, the manager repeated, saying: " Sir there are people in front of you." I know when I am not welcomed in a store. I walked out, never to return to THAT Starbucks. read more

Every time I come here I get a tingling sensation in my balls. The drinks here are great and marinate my body with sweetness and warmth. The only problem I have with this location is that it is always crowded with the same group of white people taking up all the seats and posting pictures on instagram. read more

It's Starbucks - convenient location, but small. This one always seems to be busy, but barista's are efficient and friendly even when the lines are long. I've never had to wait to long for my coffee. I love the Frappuccino especially in the warmer months, but some of the flavors are just too sweet for me. Love the fact that they do these drinks "skinny" as well because the normal version is loaded with calories! Skinny versions in a grande size are a mere 130 calories as opposed to over 500. read more

So I have always had negative experiences at this starbucks until this past year, 2012. They hired a new staff and they actually seem to care even if they are alittle slow. The older lady mentioned in the other reviews is still there. I personally think thats just her personality and she really does care that you are happy with your drink. She's sweet and just goes a bit overboard on being understood and making sure you're happy. I mentioned my unhappiness and she made it right (that was ages ago). The same staff have been there awhile now and the girls are sweet. If you don't like your drink they will always remake it for you no questions asked. The older lady recommended that I sign up for starbucks rewards cause I'm always buying coffee there so I can actually get benefits. I recommend going in. I think the staff is just an odd blend of personalities but they really do care that you are happy. You just have to ask ((ps.
