This is the dirtiest Starbucks location I have ever visited. Several employees are working behind the counter but none of them have wiped down a table on the inside or outdoor seating spots. There is small bits of trash throughout the inside and outside of this location. Trash needs to be removed. The counters are dirty with trash but new orders keep being fulfilled and placed around the trash which is directly in front of the employees. The bathrooms need attention and I noticed there no toilet paper for anyone. WiFi worked fine inside and outside. read more

This is my favorite one in town, but today really surprised me. I ordered a venti stawberry acai refresher, and received this. No Ice, no sweetener, and no taste. It's the staff that makes it awesome. Coffee is the only way I am able to accomplish things throughout the day. Without it, I would be lost. Because of this, I need coffee on my way to work. Luckily for me, this location opens at 5:00 a.m. I've come here enough that I can probably pull up, order, and get my coffee without saying a word. The staff know my order as soon as they look at their screen and see it's me. That makes it even easier in the morning. Besides remembering my order, the staff here is very personable. I'm only at the drive thru for a few minutes, but it's enough time that I've come to know them. The coffee may perk me up, but it's the friendly employees who help brighten my day. As for the coffee, if you've ever been to a Starbucks you know what to expect. Paying via the app is incredibly convenient and one of the things that makes me loyal to the chain. I asked for a venti iced chai tea with oat milk and light ice in a personal cup, they gave me like 2 pieces of ice and didn't even fill my cup all the way. if i would've asked for them to fill it up to the top it would've changed the ratio and taste of my drink. The guy who made my drink was named john and seemed very careless in making others drinks on top of mine. everyone else here was great read more

I've been coming to this Starbucks location for the past three years that I've lived in Slidell and it's always been wonderful. On the last few occasions that I have went a barista named Logan has been there and he has made my day every morning. It's so nice to speak to somebody that's upbeat and very helpful bright and early. Where ever y'all have been keeping him, don't send him back. They worry more about the drive through so it takes longer to get the order when you order inside. I used to love this one when it was across the street and did not have a drive through. It was super fast and friendly. Now it takes forever. If I go inside it is no faster than the drive through and I have a toddler in a car seat who adds to my time but the drive through is so horribly slow I get frustrated and feel stuck. We were visiting and did not notice before we were back on the highway and the sandwich would've been cold had we turned around anyway,so we just kept it. What a difference changing the outside seating area. All seats inside have also been changed, was glad to see the tatty armchairs go but not sure the wooden seats they have replaced them with may not be as comfortable, only time will tell. The plants and wooden fence on the patio/outside seating area do screen you from the busy corner. They have extended this area so not so cramped.
