I really appreciated how I ordered a gumbo and the waitress was transparent with me that they had received complaints from other patrons that day about the gumbo, so she brought me a sample of it and-the patrons were right. There gumbo was not hitting for some reason that day. But I was grateful that instead of just ringing me up for a bowl, she was honest with me and let me make the choice. It's customer service like that over everything that will make me return. I believe her name was Jordan.
