Will not be returning to this location!!! A few good employees at this store but a few bad as well. I use to frequent this location daily and moved to another state. I was in the area and stopped by and was denied a freaking short pup cup yes you read it right something they give away to dogs for free I was denied. I definitely called corporate to complain because it's is no signage stating a limit etc. Why and how can you give something to an animal for free but not a paying customer?! Make it make sense, so yea it's a NO for me. I might just be done with Starbucks altogether at this point. The new CEO sucks, they got competition now and don't even know how to compete the app is useless other than for points but they don't do half off days anymore or bogo, barely give extra points it's just going downhill. Expectation vs Reality 1 picture shows what is the standard Java Chip Frappuccino from Starbucks, the others show me what I get from this store. No drizzle of chocolate and very light in color. The young woman had an attitude when I asked her about it, and that cost them a tip. I can't recommend this location, you might want to just avoid this spot. I've been ordering this drink for way too long and I know what it should look and taste like. Maybe hot up a Kroger or Target Starbucks before this location. read more

Great Place & Great People! Immediately upon entry I was greeted by more than one person. They were in fact busy, but what Starbucks isn't. Especially since we are in the colder months. I placed my order and was informed that they were unable to make my chosen drink. In that very same sentence they came up with a great alternative. It ended up being the perfect drink. This ended up being a great opportunity to try something new. The flavor was in the same ball park, but definitely had a different twist. I appreciate the barista concentrating on what they COULD DO instead of what they couldn't. I also wanted to get my favorite baked good, but they were out. Another opportunity to try something new. So, I didn't get my usual favorites, but was introduced to my new favorites. With everything going on - the world as we knew it, is changing- It was just AWESOME to have such a great experience. read more

This Starbucks will let you come in and take your money but won't let us use their bathroom due to "keeping customers safe"! All the other Starbucks that are open in the lobby have the bathrooms open. Don't stop here if you have been traveling and want to get coffee and use the bathroom. read more

Stopped in for a quick cool iced coffee while traveling through. A sign caught my eye advertising a cool chill down iced Cantara coconut latte. Me:!hi, that new drink (pointing to sign) looks good . I'll take the iced coconut cantara latte! Cashier: Okay. Name? Me: Kathy Cashier: with a K? Me: Yes (thinking who cares just get me my drink but how nice of you to want to get it right). So I waited for my nice cold latte (it is summer in Louisiana so who want a hot steaming cup of coconut milk? She as hell not me.).The barista handed me my cup and low and behold it was hot to the touch. Me: this is hot! Barista: Yes Me: I thought this was cold Barista: if you don't specify, its hot Me: But I read off the sign for the special Barista: ( hesitates with eye roll and says nothing while taking my hot coconut milk, mouths something to another barista who looks at me, and then makes a new drink). With a snotty "thanks" she hands me my new drink. Whoa! What a missed opportunity to display some customer service . One drink is not going to put your establishment in the red. Get a grip Barista and serve your customer and leave the drama for after the customer leaves. And the drink was pretty good so hence the three stars for that! read more

I have given this location 3 separate attempts to make a proper London Fog. Each of those times, they've forgotten something and I have to politely ask them to add what is missing-- usually it's the vanilla syrup. Today, I received two "London Fogs" with no vanilla syrup and the other without steamed milk (which is truly baffling since it's one of three main ingredients, but I digress.) However, that is not why I'm leaving this review. I am angry because I received whole milk after specifically asking for soy. I even confirmed at the window if they used soy --to which they answered "Yes :)"-- but I am literally typing this on the toilet after finishing that $5 abomination. (I wish this was the only time I've been in the past hour...) Just save yourself the time and go to the Starbucks in the Kroger Marketplace. This place clearly doesn't care about tea drinkers nor people with lactose intolerance. TL;DR 0/5 stars. read more

Laughable service. Always a long line and clueless staff. Today I was told that Pike's was their dark roast. When I explained that there is usually a dark or bold, but typically not brewed in the afternoon, she still didn't understand. I just wanted to know if the dark roast was still available since the light was still lit on the carafe. I ordered the Pike's to keep it a little simpler and waited five minutes for someone to actually pour it. Two staff were standing around doing nothing for much of the time. When I finally got it, the coffee, it was old, scorched and barely above lukewarm. Circle K now has on-demand Americanos just on the other side of the interstate. I would've much preferred to have one of those. This was strike three for me for this Starbucks. read more

Sorry to say this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Today I came in driving from Natchitoches back to Texas and wanted a coffee... This location is about 3/4 mile from I-49 and the drive thru had a dozen cars.. so I went in and NO one was in line... great... well still took 2 min to WAIT to give my order... I ordered a simple large caramel latte in MY CUP with a old fashioned donut. Order was at 3:44. I finally received my coffee at 3:58, then was told sorry were out of donuts. So I asked for a cinnamon roll, he said that's extra... but it's not my fault you let me order something you dont have.. why didn't you tell me during my almost 15 min wait? I said well give me something, I've got to go... I walked out with my mystery pastry at 4:03, got in my truck opened bag and there was this dry nasty blueberry something... took one bite then it crumbled all over me. So I had to take a big swig of coffee and lucky for me it was only luke warm... and there is the biggest issue. A hot latte made in my ALREADY HOT thermos cup... I not only love coffee but am a owner or shoukd I say my WIFE is the owner of a Mudslingers Drive Thru coffee in Atlanta Tx so I know good coffee. I travel for a living and stop at alot of coffee shops and usually only have Starbucks in airports and towns so I know how Starbucks SHOULD BE, and this location is NOT usual. Bad service, slower than normal luke warm coffee and a dry old tasting pastry.... I will never go to this location again. read more

Stopped in this past Sunday evening on the last leg of a 12 hour drive home from Florida to Texas. Second Starbucks stop of the day! I informed the barista (seemed to be the manager, there were only two guys on shift from what I could see) that I had been having a bit of a headache, and wanted a little caffeine but not too much that I'd be up all night.. He offered to make me a half latte, but as I asked more about teas and the new refresher he lit up with excitement that I needed to try the new Mango Dragonfruit refresher. He let me know a grande had about the same caffeine as a cup of coffee. He even took a moment to let me watch him shake it up- the dragonfruit chunks turn the translucent tea base bright magenta after this. Anyway, he was super kind and knowledgeable and totally deserved a sweet review to acknowledge that effort! Thanks again, and sorry I didn't catch your name! read more

I understand when u have to wait 30 min because someone doesn't wanna do thier job or just starting out not alot of people get informed of new people. My family and I did a mobile order and once we got there only half of it was ready. We sat there for a good ten minutes and didn't get the rest of our order. I had to go to the worker and let them know we didn't receive all of our order. Instead of them fixing the problem he says to me did I send the order to the correct place. I have found the WORST STARBUCKS IN AMERICA!! Where do I even begin?!? The bathroom looks as if it has NEVER been cleaned. Perhaps the manager ( or whoever she was wiping down the counters with wipes) should take a package to the bathroom and get to work. This woman appeared out of no where acting like a customer. She proceeded to wipe down the counters and checked the mail at the front counter! Is there not an office in the back to do these types of things? No one greeted us and we stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without any service. Finally, we were helped, sort of. I ordered a drink and three food items. Our drink was ready and no one brought our food. I had to go up to the cash register again and request my food. They then realized they were out of two of the items. I told them to just change it to another type. I also had to ask again for the breakfast sandwich. I had to get my own bag and pack up the food. It was almost like being at the grocery store. The store also did not smell like the aroma of coffee. It actually smelled like a dirty swamp. Perhaps the cleaning at this store could start. Happily, I will never return here again. The help was unfriendly, unprofessional and uneducated on their products. Before I go I should also mention that cups fell behind the counter and they were picked up and put right back to use for customers, the red head at the window scratched her nose before picking up a drink to hand to a customer, and another worker placed a box of product right on top of the garbage can. This particular Starbucks is always packed & yet I can never understand why. As with most Starbucks in this city, the service is entirely too slow, pastries are always dry & crumbly, and the other food items (sandwiches, boxes, etc.) are always hidden and they're usually out of one or more. The only reason i stop here is because there really isn't another location in this area. I guess that's why everyone else does as well.
