However, I did experience a slight delay at the register as the cashier caught up with a friend ahead of me--it actually took longer for them to finish their conversation than for me to place my order and receive my frozen concrete custard. Because of that, I have to deduct a star. Aside from that, the customer service was friendly, quick, and efficient. I ordered a small "Ooey Gooey," which included almonds, caramel cream, and Heath bar pieces. I also added banana, as I love it in both ice cream and smoothies. The portion size was generous, and I finished it before I even made it back to my hotel. It was well-mixed and delicious. My total came to about $8, which is on the higher side, but I can see why this place is so popular. I'd definitely visit again the next time I'm in Bossier City!
