Who even knew that Shreveport had a Black-owned coffeehouse? Definitely not me! I love finding new…read morespots while I'm home and this was such a pleasant surprise. Sugar and Cream Coffeehouse is a gem tucked away in a small plaza on Jewella. There's actually a good amount of parking on the premises so that's a good thing. It was empty when I went but there was still a cozy and friendly environment. I did have to make a few adjustments because they were out of caramel, but not to worry they'll have some back in stock soon. I ended up with the French Vanilla iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. They also have a world famous confetti cookie. I'll try that next time. There's only one size cup but it was just enough. I'll definitely be back soon.

I'll definitely be back next time I'm around!

Will not be returning to this location!!! A few good employees at this store but a few bad as well…read more I use to frequent this location daily and moved to another state. I was in the area and stopped by and was denied a freaking short pup cup yes you read it right something they give away to dogs for free I was denied. I definitely called corporate to complain because it's is no signage stating a limit etc. Why and how can you give something to an animal for free but not a paying customer?! Make it make sense, so yea it's a NO for me. I might just be done with Starbucks altogether at this point. The new CEO sucks, they got competition now and don't even know how to compete the app is useless other than for points but they don't do half off days anymore or bogo, barely give extra points it's just going downhill. Thanks to another location for not being A HOLES and giving me what I ordered/ asked for with no issue!! Don't know who pissed in yall coffee this morning but pour that shit out and try to have a good day and if you can't don't go and mess up someone else's!
