It's too early in the morning for them to be so sassy. Don't get mad at my preferences for my drink…read moreif I'm paying. The guy who took my order, well who found my app order, had an attitude because I just placed it. Okay... next time I'll just order it at the window and you'll have less time to make my drink???? Then the lady who gave me my drink was sassy as well. Just an irritating interaction for my first interaction of the day.

I need you all to hear the good news. This location of Starbucks has top-tier customer service…read more They were pleasant, engaging, and swift. Our food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was clean. THEN! I left a special necklace in the parking lot. About an hour after I left and realized, I called and the staff had already found the necklace in the parking lot and had it for safe keeping. They were wonderful and so happy to reunite me with my necklace. GREAT JOB TEAM!

Will not be returning to this location!!! A few good employees at this store but a few bad as well…read more I use to frequent this location daily and moved to another state. I was in the area and stopped by and was denied a freaking short pup cup yes you read it right something they give away to dogs for free I was denied. I definitely called corporate to complain because it's is no signage stating a limit etc. Why and how can you give something to an animal for free but not a paying customer?! Make it make sense, so yea it's a NO for me. I might just be done with Starbucks altogether at this point. The new CEO sucks, they got competition now and don't even know how to compete the app is useless other than for points but they don't do half off days anymore or bogo, barely give extra points it's just going downhill. Thanks to another location for not being A HOLES and giving me what I ordered/ asked for with no issue!! Don't know who pissed in yall coffee this morning but pour that shit out and try to have a good day and if you can't don't go and mess up someone else's!

I'm so sick of these places claiming they're opened 24/7 then when you get there they're closed…read more I already knew they closed for half an hour sometime between 4am and 5am for day change. Why they need to close to do this when casinos don't is beyond me. If a casino can manage it surely a McDonald's can. But this morning I went came here at 3am to get something to eat before I had to start driving. CLOSED. Not closed for day change but just flat out closed. There were no vehicles there at all. The fries aren't fresh as they should be and I swear when I have an issue it seems to be my fault and not the store's (manager's) I'm done with this in Shreveport nearest to the airport. Lack of care and grimy inside will have me not want this anymore ... All these places will never be that same as they were in the past. Show a little care and get employees to wear cleaner clothes and don't put nasty fans on counter in eye sight and where food is served ..
