I showed up here this morning at 5:30 to get something to eat before work. The girl working here was about as rude as she could possibly be. You know, I don't like being up this early in the morning either but I still never treat my customers like garbage. I said thank you first of all when the customer should be the one saying you're welcome. The employee is the one who is supposed to be saying thank you. She didn't say a single word to me. So I said thank you again. She just shuts the window in my face and walks off. You're lucky you don't work for me girl because I'd fire you on the spot if you treated any of my customers like that. This spot is the absolute worse mcdonalds in all of Shreveport. They always screw up my order. I wait in line 20/30 minutes everytime. I have gotten the wrong food, hair in my food. Fries are always cold when I get them. Tonight I waited in line for 20 dxxx minutes just for them to take 4 other cars at the last minute from the second lane, and tell me they are closed. This place is outrageous. There customer service is crap. I'll continue going to Walker Rd. Absolutely done with these raggedy, unprofessional people. They touch their masks too much anyway. This was one of the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's, waiting in drive thru for over 10 minutes in the lane 2 with me and 5 other cars, no one answered on the intercom, called the store and told the manager as soon as we called someone spoke over the intercom on the lane 1, nobody ever picked up on lane 2. We went ahead and pulled up the girl at the window said she "didn't want her time to go up" so we left and i called the manager and the manager said "10 minutes? I can sum up this location in one word - dirty. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty, sticky floors in the dining area. Dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned off, even though they were not busy. They are also slow. I was the only person in line and it still took over 10 minutes to get my order. read more

After several minutes, I had to ask a staff member in back of the restaurant if anyone was taking orders. Meanwhile, the drive through was flowing freely! Finally someone came to take our order!
