Awful place. They are out of everything. Unprofessional and unable to take a simple order. Avoid this place at all cost.

Had the crawfish eggrolls. Worth it. They are solid. 10/10 would recommend. Parking is tight though.

All the tables seated had their food, and there was a couple in front of us ordering. We ordered the kids ham & cheese with fruit cup, build your own ham & cheese sandwich, and the chicken tzatziki wrap. $50 & over 25 minutes later we were HIGHLY disappointed. My order was brought out and was wrong, when I told the lady that it was wrong, she asked me if I was sure, because they made it how I ordered it...... well considering I don't eat bacon & there was bacon on the sandwich, I am SURE it is not what I ordered. When I told her I didn't eat bacon, she said let me check the ticket for how you ordered, after checking she came back and agreed that it was wrong. No big deal. She then returns with another sandwich, WHICH IS STILL WRONG AND NOT MADE HOW I ORDERED IT! The tzatziki sandwich was very greasy and had no flavor, the kids sandwich was just a kids sandwich, nothing fancy. Overall I have no reason to want to return.

It looks like it may have once been a garage, but it has been transformed into a warm, lively, and welcoming gathering space filled with great music, laughter, and Southern charm. There were friendly dogs relaxing outside, little kids dancing around, and a staff that made everyone feel welcome the moment they walked in. I was only in Shreveport for a short work trip, but the hospitality here really touched me. And the jambalaya? Absolutely delicious. Comfort food with soul. My boyfriend's chicken biscuit was the perfect blend of spice and honey-sweet. Chicken was fried well, still juicy. My sausage gravy biscuit was fantastic as well. We tried the beignets and French toast that our friends got, those were also really good. This remodel has been amazing for this place. Very clean, great service. Seriously, no complaints. Just thankful I had a ride home.

In town for a week for business and got tired of fast food chain food. Found this little "sandwich…read moreshop" a little off the beaten path and I'm glad I did. I was met by the new owner (just purchased it a week ago) and he explained that he only had a temp lunch menu. I asked if the club sandwich was on the temp menu and he indicated it wasn't but he had all the ingredients for it and would happily make it for me. While he was preparing we had a chat about the place and he said he wanted to experiment with the layout of the sandwich. It turned out great. Plenty of meat, right amount of cheese and toppings. The ONLY thing I'd change is the bread appears to be toasted on a buttered grill. I'm a little old school and would have preferred standard toasted bread, but that alone would not stop me from going again. Best of luck to the new owner and if you're in town, the extra 3 minute drive away from the main part of town is well worth it!

The Cuban is on the freshest bread and it tastes like the condiments and pork are truly homemade and the effort shows. My only criticism would be that if you are ordering online it seems like the menu varies even though they have the food available if you call. Second, I dislike that they are closed on weekends. It's the most opportune time to get food from there. So it's delicious when you can get it.
