Atmosphere was great. Dining room was very clean. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional. All of my food was fresh hot and delicious. My burger was prepared as I ordered it. My fries were grease hot. That deserved 5 stars alone. read more

This place is the second McDonald's in Shreveport near the airport that just loses the McDonald's style that we grew up withNo receipt paper past two times I've been here , no one takes your order anymore , only the kiosk you're told when you come in , the place is dirty , so take the drive thru so not to have to see the inside and products are unavailable or order isn't filled properly. The fries aren't fresh as they should be and I swear when I have an issue it seems to be my fault and not the store's (manager's) I'm done with this in Shreveport nearest to the airport. Lack of care and grimy inside will have me not want this anymore ... All these places will never be that same as they were in the past. Show a little care and get employees to wear cleaner clothes and don't put nasty fans on counter in eye sight and where food is served .. The burgers were not good they were dry and did not taste had no taste at all. The order was wrong I had two different orders. I took one bite out of each one and threw them away. The services was not so good either I had a coupon and the person taking the order just never know how to honor the coupon after getting the manager I still did not get said inspection I asked for my my receipt that was not giving a receipt she said it wouldn't print out but I have seen her give receipts to the people in front of me. She asked me to come down to the second one to see if it would print out. She never came down and it never I never got my receipt causing me to lose my points either. The Ambience was not so great either . This visit was as bad as my last two visits. If I could have given it no stars I would have. . read more

Tje ABSOLUTE WORST McDonald's EVER. I have been there many times. Can't get an order right to save their lives. They mistakenly gave my wife a sweet tea after she ordered an unsweet tea. She took it back up to the counter to get it corrected and they gave her sweet tea AGAIN. They have yet to get one of our lunch orders right. The drive through at breakfast is hit and miss as far as someone actually taking your order in the drive through. The employees are there, they just won't answer. One employee was hanging out the drive through window one morning talking to someone in a car rather than taking orders. The store manager either has no idea what is going on or he/she is a complete idiot. Every McD's I have been to in Shreveport has been terrible. I'm 51 years old and have had my fair share of McD's. Shreveport area is arguably the worst I have ever experienced. read more

I just left the Mc Donald's on Mansfield Rd. This Mc Donald's is so unprofessional that it's been actually 2 year and now I remember why. The young lady that took my order was very respectful. It's at the second drive thru window that really took me there. The young lady at the window gave me my drink and walked away. She mopped the floor and talked to other employees while I'm at the window waiting on my order. I hear a female voice ask ZaRaiah what was she waiting on at the window. Zaraiah said I don't know. I'm looking at this young lady, Zaraiah look in the bag and look at me. I've been sitting in the window longer then I should have. I said to Zaraiah so you never look in the bag and my order has been sitting there for almost 30 minutes. She said," yeah". Like it's my fault that she was not paying attention. This is an honest mistake, but there wasn't any apologies given or anything. This McDonalds never have anything that you ask for like ice cream, apple pies, fish sandwiches, no tea, no ketup, no mayo, no onion. This is so unprofessional. I use to think that I would hate the thought of people being replaced by robots but that starting to sound BETTER. read more

9/15/17 - I order the number 2 meal (2 cheeseburgers) with no pickle and a Large Coke. I am asked if I want to supersize my meal. I reply,"No". I am told that I cannot get a large Coke without first supersizing my meal. Very confused now. I restated my order again to make sure there was not any communication problems - the number 2 meal, no pickles, and a large Coke. But, alas, I was back where I started - supersize or no Large Coke. I order meals all the time without supersizing and always get a large drink. Is this a new policy? I know this is McDonald's, but it can't be that difficult to get what you always order. My family and I recently visited the McDonald's on Mansfield Rd this past Saturday. We ordered two meals of the day (10 Piece nuggets) one with no salt fries and the other regular. A filet-o-fish, light tarter, extra cheese, cook to order please. A buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich meal with no tomatoes, light mayo and add cheese; made to order please. So, the cashier apologizes that she is unable to place cook to order on the ticket, but she was going to relay the message to ensure that our order was cooked to order. Well, after 3 minutes the young man in the back placed the two sandwiches that were "cooked to order" on the rack/shelf to be bagged. Well, about 8 more minutes passed and finally the manager begun to bag my families food, well I stopped her by saying excuse me the food that you are bagging is it for order number 361? She says "yes", well I say the food on that order was "cook to order" and those sandwiches have been sitting there for about almost 10 minutes waiting to be bagged. The manager says "No ma'am they just came up." I say to her well I have been standing here watching and those sandwiches did not just come up that they have been sitting there. The manager let;s out this big huff and opens the box to the sandwiches. What I did not tell you is that the manager had just returned from the back with keys in her hand and she had not WASHED her hands. After that huff, I politely told her that she did not have to continue with bagging my families food and that I just wanted a refund. As we are going to the register the MANAGER is smacking her lips and huffing. Once she begun the process of the refund she asks me "Why are these nugget meals $5?" I informed her that my children ordered the meal of the day. The manager says "We don't even do those!" So, I asked to see the receipt to verify the amount of the refund matched the initial order, not to be difficult but so much had transpired since the initial order was made, I wanted to verify that it was correct. Needless to say that was met with resistance as well. I asked for the store managers name and was given a fake one. If you are a patron of this particular McDonald's I would strongly recommend that you go in the mornings and not on Saturday's. My visit was far beyond what you have read in this review and we will not be going back. read more
