Even when picking up two of the exact same drinks, same size, no modifications, one drink may be much lower, like today, at least 3 inches lower on one grande. Listening skills here are non-existent! Today there was an issue where in the app, it was not giving the option for applying a coupon available in the offers section "Friday 50% off coupon. Apply in app or ask a barista to add it..." It's supposed to give 50% off on one drink. We had a drink on each phone to get 50% off each of their drinks. Young barista had it in her head that I was trying to get the bogo drink offer that came out a few days ago and so both drinks needed to be on a single order I kept telling her I never mentioned that deal. Once it became Hopdoddy there was a slight difference but pretty much the same. The burgers are always good. The only issue I have had recently is that the burgers are overly seasoned which is in turn very salty. We tried the Duke today. We usually get the Cadillac Wagyu burger. Same saltiness. Not sure if we can ask for less seasoning but I'll try next time and see.
