The service was great and the food was properly cooked and hot right off the stove. The drink size is acceptable, looks like they serve one size, large, and that's fine by me! I decided on the jumbo hamburger with fries on the side, no mustard. Ketchup, pickles and lettuce. It too a few to get the food. You are given a receipt and on the receipt is a number, they call your number and your food is ready for pickup. The burger was ok, the bread was stale which killed the sandwich. I think fresh bread is essential to a good sandwich. The fries were crispy and needed ketchup and salt. In the restaurant there is a small bar offering condiments, napkins, and drinking straws. I ordered root beer which was good. For a quick meal at a good price Griff's hits the spot. Be aware jumbo isn't really jumbo. The burger reminded me of frozen patties from Costco you can cook on the grill quick.

She then brought the order out an told me it was not on the screen so that is why it did not come out. Checking the order I was missing a cup of soup. Should be an easy fix I would think but 10 minutes later the soup finally comes out. The associate then tells me that they are training someone in the back so they are having trouble with orders. This should have come from the manager not the associate being I had been there over 20 minutes waiting for my order. Called the store and spoke to the manager and explained my concern that training is not being conducted correctly in the back and the trainer needs to be talked to. They offered to fix it if I came back in and they could do the order again. I am traveling so I am tired. Could have taken my phone number and done something that way to make it better. Hope you guys can get your issues fixed quickly.

Management plays a strong role in this. Management, please don't disappoint me. Unhappy employees are bad employees. Expect them to strive for perfection but give them love, respect, and free ice cream. Problems with the Youree Drive location: Unfresh food - food being in the freezer for way too long. This Mansfield Rd location just opened so yeah, it's all fresh and if they continue to do everything else right and rotate their stock then it won't become a problem the resulting steady flow of customers. Bad employees - lack of training, bad attitudes and laziness. So far all the workers here are upbeat, friendly, cheerfull, and appear anxious to learn and do their job well. Thank you everyone! Food not prepared correctly - Blizzard cups often filled 2 -3 inches below rim especially with the large cups. Blizzard add-ins not mixed throughly resulting in plain vanilla ice cream for the bottom half. The last bite of a Blizzard here tastes just as good as the first bite. Hurray! If you don't want something on your hamburger here, guess what, they leave it off. I see this area with more fat people in the future. Yes, I'm a happy camper. I may become diabetic but that will be my own fault because I made the conscience decision to bury my self-control inside a Blizzard cup. Thank you Dairy Queen! I will later update my review if this location goes downhill.
