I immediately called the store and was told I could return after work to receive the five missing wings as flats. When I returned, staff initially refused to provide the missing wings or a refund, stating that I had "accepted" the incorrect order. I was later told they could give me five wings, but not flats, despite the fact that I paid for them. The interaction then became unprofessional. The employee was dismissive, rolled her eyes, and denied prior statements until another customer intervened and confirmed what was said. I was told, "It is what it is," which is unacceptable customer service. I was inconvenienced multiple times due to an error that was not mine. As someone who works in customer service leadership, I found the lack of accountability and professionalism extremely disappointing. I hope this location receives proper training and oversight.

Employees often greet customers by yelling "Popeyes!" in an aggressive tone instead of offering a simple, courteous greeting. It immediately creates an unwelcoming atmosphere before you even have a chance to place your order. The atmosphere is so unpleasant that I have walked out without ordering on multiple occasions because I simply didn't feel comfortable spending my money there. The cleanliness is just as concerning. During my most recent visit, I was shocked by how dirty the dining area appeared. Even more disturbing, I observed an employee cleaning his shoes while wearing the same gloves he was using in the food preparation area. Seeing that completely destroyed my confidence in the restaurant's food safety practices. To make matters worse, this location always seems to be out of menu items, making an already frustrating experience even worse. After years of giving this restaurant the benefit of the doubt, I can honestly say nothing has changed. Poor customer service, poor cleanliness, and a lack of professionalism have become the standard here. I genuinely don't understand how this location continues to operate in its current condition. Management and corporate need to take immediate action because this restaurant does not reflect the standards customers expect from the Popeyes brand.
