The staff was very nice and quick to serve! I think maybe the other people didn't realize it was just one register? Not sure why you would stand there confused instead of asking the staff that are all right there! At this point I decided to walk back up front to see what the hold up was. I was greeted by the same very kind woman who openly admitted that she forgot to come back to make the coffee. I 100% appreciate honesty. Listen, ppl are human and make mistakes. That's fine. However, I think it's important that this location decide what it's identity is going to be. Sometimes people just want to walk into a cafe. But if everyone is over at the deli, it's confusing. I also understand business. When one side of the biz is slow, you flex labor around to ensure you can meet the demand. But waiting 30 min for a cup of coffee is a little ridiculous.
