The shaken espresso was great, but the Java chip was more watery than usual also they were out of the new potato chive item. Customer service was good and we went through the drive thru no line.

Super busy on a Friday morning

Insanely busy on a Friday morning, as expected. I do feel at this particular location gets a lot of traffic. Ordering at the counter is always really fast, but there are so many drive-through and mobile orders that you end up waiting at a decent amount of time for your drink anyways. They do have about seven people working, so there is no shortage of staff and they are working as quickly as they can. However, it has been about 20 minutes since I've ordered, and I'm still waiting. clean interior, really friendly baristas, consistent quality of drinks! My go tod are the nitro cold brew, vanilla, sweet cream cold brew, or a shaken espresso.

My go to Starbucks always hits the spot. Picked up some pumpkin cold brews which were delicious. This location can get very busy but the staff is always friendly and works diligently. I always order through the app to cut the wait time too.

The staff was friendly. Normal Starbucks fare but just had to say customer service was good.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this location. It's one of my regular ones , love the area close to old town Scottsdale nice staff and they make my drinks right mostly. This location opens up as early as 4:00 I think . I have also found some great merchandise here those pretty tumblers and mugs the internet is obsessing over. The drive thru gets really busy but I don't mind the extra wait for that perfect sip of caffeine. Cheers!

One of the cutest Starbucks locations. This is one of my top two favorites in Scottsdale. I know the parking lot can be busy but they have plenty of parking for mobile pickup orders. Easy access off of Scottsdale Rd no matter which direction I'm coming from and my drink is always ready when I arrive. The last time they even put a sweet message on my lid that made my day and coffee extra great. Recommend this location.

Disappointed after the first and last trip after a hectic drive through experience. Kindly greeted by a friendly barista staff who seemed new I placed my Happy Hour promotion. Excited to get a buy one for me and hand over a free one to my bestie we learned the promotion was not offered. Apparently on the app with the correct date listed 7/26/2018 which after 3:00 pm the promo for a grande or larger expresso was suppose to be buy one get one. According to Brooke the special was on the Teveana Teas. After showing her the special from my application that not only alerted me, had an email but rang it up as a pre-order to show this was not made up she insisted that was not the offer. I understand if I'm wrong but she was short, non-apologetic and unpolished. I ended up still placing an order and my drinks came out well but I won't visit a location that is unethical. It is one thing not to order an offer but when a customer is polite and simply trying to explain something proper communication is appreciated. My advise is use your app cautiously at this location. Clearly the communication corporate offers does not stand at this location. My pics prove it!

Saw they also offer pastries and paninis, although did not try any. PLENTY of seating, both tables/chairs, and a few couches spread throughout - in the general coffee bar area, to the side in the walkway, as well as behind the coffee bar. Large water dispenser if you are feeling dehydrated. Wifi is on a board behind the counter. A couple floor outlets in the front area, with more outlets in the area in the back if you need a charge. Stayed after and worked for 6+ hrs, up until they closed at 6pm. Single bathroom in the back - not the cleanest throughout the day, but got the job done. Left smelling like delicious coffee. Went outside to work and while on the phone with my client, accidentally spilled my entire coffee. Only had one sip of it. I was so bummed, went up to let them know I spilled on accident, and to see if I can get another. She went to the terminal and rang me in another $9, while seeing my entire coffee was on the floor. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way, and I told her nevermind... I left and got another drink at Sip Coffee. I wasn't going to spend $18 on coffee there. Even with it being my fault, in customer service, that's not the right thing to do at all. Not in this economy! I also posted about my disappointment on my IG story and they saw my story and had an opportunity to make things right but they still chose not to! There are so many other wonderful coffee shops in Old Town who absolutely would never do this. Go to Brightside Cafe, Berdena's or Fourtillfour instead. All amazing options, and better coffee!! :)

I love an espresso martini and these were to die for! The establishment is small but the wait was not long. We were seated in about 10 minutes and I could've spent the night there. My husband had to convince me to go home. LOL. The first round we had the "secret" menu item which was the carrot cake martini and old fashion espresso. They were delicious. We also had a banana bread martini, thin mint martini, and PB & J. I definitely had a second carrot cake, it was my favorite. I don't know if they're that strong of drinks or maybe it was because we spent a good 2-3 hours here, but they were delicious nonetheless. I will be coming back here and I 100% recommend you come visit!!

This is a small, well decorated cafe/bar in a pretty Scottsdale shopping area. Also, service is a bit unusual as you're sat down but to order, you have to go to the bar rather than have a waiter take your order. I tried out a Salt de Caramel which is one of their specialty alcoholic drinks and a ham and cheese croissant. This cost me $27.01. The alcoholic beverage was well presented and tasted nice. The ham and cheese croissant was warm and soft. Surprisingly enough, this restaurant also sells various snacks that you would normally find in a small convenience store.

There's also only one entrance/exit, which makes going in and out awkward. We waited in line to order for about 15 minutes, but the cashier was kind and efficient. If you don't mind a lot of people standing close to you, it's great to watch the baristas make the coffee drinks, such as tamping grounds, pulling espresso shots, and decorating lattes with milk art. They were working pretty fast, despite the amount of orders. We waited for our drinks for about 15 minutes, which wasn't too bad considering how busy it was. We ordered the berry croissant danishes (see picture) and the cinnamon rolls. They are beautiful! These were packaged in pastry bags and/or boxes and given to us right away. They had a great variety of pastries, so it was hard to choose! It's good to arrive early, since it appeared they were running low on pastries in the pastry case around 10:30 am. The cinnamon roll is delicious! The flavor of cinnamon and sugar is balanced, the pastry itself was perfectly cooked, and the cream cheese icing was the perfect touch. The berry (ricotta?) danish was tasty too, the berries were fresh and the croissant dough was flaky. For coffee, we ordered hot lattes and I ordered the iced cookie butter latte. The hot cups are well insulated and don't require a sleeve. The lattes are a bit on the pricier side compared to other coffee shop lattes. The hot lattes had beautiful art on top, which I appreciate and thought was a nice touch for to-go drinks. The iced cookie butter latte had a great subtle flavor and wasn't too sweet like I was anticipating.
