This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It took 10 minutes - maybe more - to get my double iced tall late. The two guys in there were as sour and unpleasant as could be, and worked as slow as molasses. When I finally got my drink it was watery and terrible. How does it take 13 minutes to pour a plain cold green tea with an empty shop? I watched four girls make 30 blended drinks for drive thru. Every single one with a salty attitude. I was told I could get the spinach feta wrap and I ordered it. Then.... I get to the window... and I was starving I was on a 9+ hour roadtrip and I hand over my card and she says "oh. We have stopped at this Starbucks on our trips through for over 6 years. It has always been friendly and clean. Not today. No greeting. Wanted at the counter for a while as 4 employees scurried around ignoring us. The girl that finally waited on us was nice, though. Still...Had to ask 3 times (2 different employees; the first ignored me, though I asked her twice) for the code to the bathroom. AND the bathroom is dirty and nearly out of soap. Thinking back about this Starbucks stop on vacation I have two thoughts, 1. it was pretty slow and 2. the Baristas were incredible. This whole review revolves around the fact that even though it was a wait in the drive thru, they did a phenomenal job. It was fairly early in the day and we stopped here on our way to visit Bandelier National Monument. I had ordered a pumpkin creme cold brew and they were all out of cold brew at the moment, and I was about to ask if I could just sub an iced americano when I remembered my barista days and decided to make things extra complicated through a drive thru speaker. As I started explaining how I'd like for them to pour 2 shots over ice and then mix in pumpkin spice with a dash of cream etc, and my husband rolled his eyes, I apologized to the barista for the complicated order but to her credit she didn't seem annoyed with me at all, and when we pulled up we had exactly what I was dreaming of. It was perfection. I made sure to let her know she went above and beyond, as it really made the start to our last day in the Santa Fe area wonderful. 10/10 for service here - somebody give these baristas a raise! read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I stood at the counter (no one else in line) at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged with a "be with you in a minute". Multiple people came in after me received their order and left. I finally asked if they had my drinks ( I had gotten the food items). They were very annoyed with me and said "she is making them now". In addition to most of the staff being rude and seeming extremely inconvenienced by customers, my drink was terrible. I have had the salted caramel cold brew at numerous locations and it tasted nothing like it should have. I would advise everyone to avoid this Starbucks at all costs. read more

Very nice and friendly staff. Beautiful mural on the interior wall. The main reason for the two star rating is because I needed to use the restroom while I was there. Two gender neutral restrooms (yay), but one was closed off with cones. Used the other one, but there was no soap at all in the restroom, which is fairly concerning considering that's where staff wash their hands too. Had to bust out my trusty hand sanitizer to save the day. read more

Training would be nice! We waited for 30 minutes for ONE drink in the drive-thru. One car was ahead of us. Then the supervisor or manager (whatever she was) had to make sure the barista knew how to make the drink we ordered. It was a frickin' gingerbread Frappuccino! Nothing hard about that! As a former barista, it pains me to write this review, but I've been several times and have yet to have a good experience. Long wait times, wrong orders, poor quality drinks. Since it takes so long, I ordered ahead on the app to pick up in the store. I arrived a couple minutes before my order was supposed to be done only to find that the doors were locked and only the drive through was open. The drive through line was extremely long and I had to wait 22 minutes before I got to the window. I had ordered two Carmel Brûlée Lattes and checked the labels to be sure I got the correct order. I got home and one latte was fine, but the other didn't have any syrup - it was a plain latte. I was so looking forward to my favorite holiday drink - I've gone three times over the weekend and have yet to get the drink I ordered. Come on! I won't be going back. read more

Current complete crew change. Why fix something that wasn't broken? The new crew is rude, unfriendly and apparently when I called Corporate office and they immediately offered to add $$'s to my Gold card they must have been receiving a lot of calls from other dissatisfied customers. Beverages are luke warm, pastries were not prepared as ordered and they basically toss everything at you rather than greet you and hand things to you. I've been going here by choice since this location opened, but the new management has a different way of delivering what used to be good Starbucks customer service. There's about 5 or 6 employees always working within incredibly close proximity of each other, so how is this safe in the time of the pandemic?!? First off, I love the spacious parking at this place. I was driving a 16' truck with a trailer when I arrived here and I had NO PROBLEM parking. I walked inside and I was immediately greeted by some very kind ladies. They didn't make me feel pressured or rushed to order. I ordered an iced caramel macciato with coconut milk and a separate shot of expresso. I paid with my app and had my order within the next minute. It was pretty busy too! I was so impressed. If I had to pick one thing wrong about this place it would be how dark it was inside and the bright contrast of the outdoors coming into the windows. Other than this... perfect. read more

The manager is really good - you can ask him any Starbucks question and he'll know the answer. There's plenty of parking. It's got a pleasant interior and has plenty of room.
