Breakfast sandwich
Holly W.

First visit: New employee/cashier- long line. Did not know what iced coffee was nor did she know how to charge a gift card. Told me I had to add the cream and sugar myself. She gave me a latte instead. The barista making the drinks apologized and alerted she was new. They dumped the latte but I had to ask them to use a new cup! Second visit: My daughter went in by herself as I watched from outside. She was buying a rice Krispy treat. She stood there for 10 minutes as they were moving really slow helping the one customer ahead of her. Third visit: No issues. But again they do not move very fast here. I did have the breakfast sandwich and it was good but they do not have ketchup. Overall expect a wait even though there are plenty of bodies working.

It's a small Starbucks within the larger Caribe Hilton resort complex. Because of social distancing guidelines, they are only allowing 5 at a time inside. And since they are a little slow anyway that makes for a very long wait in line. Unfortunately for me they were out of Matcha so I couldn't have my lattes or green tea fraps! Otherwise Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Moldy birthday cake-pop

OMG, if I could give a negative star I would. I'm not sure how their staffs are trained or how they keep track of their inventories but they sold me an old birthday cake pop from the displayed glass cabinet that's all moldy. My daughter took a bite out of it so I hope she doesn't get sick from it. Please beware and make sure to check for mold or fungus when Starbucks employees gave you an item from their glass displays cabinet!!!

I do like their coffee in the morning to wake up and they're open really late as well.

Way to small for this resort: they don't have enough staff and wait times are horrible

Wonderful customer service and even better coffee! This is my 4th year staying at this hotel, and this Starbucks has yet to let me down!

They have an impressive menu with juices, smoothies, and lots of add-ons so you can customize your meal exactly how you like it. The waffle options looked amazing too, especially if you're in the mood for something sweet. We weren't craving sweets, so we went with a Caprese sandwich and added jalapenos--such a good choice, it was absolutely delicious. Alongside that, we had a cappuccino and a detox juice, both of which were excellent. We also ordered an açaí bowl, and it was super fresh and made just the way we like it. They serve everything in takeout-style boxes, and you can enjoy your meal outside on the benches, soaking in the open-air vibe and views. Definitely a spot worth checking out in Condado!

I was hoping they would be Liège-style waffles, but even so, they were still really tasty and perfectly cooked. My son loved them too, which made me even happier. The smoothie was delicious and refreshing. I think they used real fruit too. Plus, the prices were pretty affordable, which is always a nice bonus when traveling. The only thing I wish is that there was a place to sit inside, especially with a little one, but it's still totally worth the stop. There are benches outside, which isn't always the cleanest but the staff was nice and brought my food and drink out when it's ready. Overall, such a great find!

I've bought them at the grocery store for my mother over the years when I couldn't find Menier. I was hoping to see some unique desserts at Chocobar Cortés. Let's just say that the chocobar at this location was not what I was expecting. It's like an express version of their original one in Old San Juan. This is located in the lobby of the Condado Palm Hotel. There are 2 entrances. Don't make the same mistake we did by trying to access at street level. That door is locked. You'll need to enter through the hotel lobby. The service is very slow here. There was only one other person there. We ordered a box of 6 chocolates and payed for it. I'm guessing he was making a drink for the other guest because he asked us to wait a few minutes. It ended up being longer so he told his colleague (who just came back from a break) to make up the chocolate box for us. Unfortunately, it took even longer as this other guy was more interested in the 2 young girls who just walked in. The chocolate bonbons were good, but nothing unique. It's the same artisan chocolates that you see everywhere for the same high price. Perhaps this location is better for their specialty cocktails in the evening time. I was looking forward to trying the choco-latte at some point. I doubt there will be a next time.
