We wanted to stop by and grab a quick breakfast and try out some of the special food items that Puerto Rico Starbucks offers. Parking is limited or you have to pay. The parking on the street was full so we decided on the parking lot. The first hour in the parking lot will run you 3.50 plus tax?? Not sure but the sign said 3.50 and the guy charged us 3.90. We were disappointed that the Starbucks was not serving any cold drinks.... The food items were good, the vanilla latte was not what I'm used to having when I order a vanilla latte. Being the only Starbucks in the vicinity, this was bustling with customers as expected. Even so the locale was clean - and even the bathroom was relatively clean all things considered. The coffee was typical for Starbucks and prices were the same as on the mainland. Not giving them 5 stars because of the inconsistency with the servers. I have been visiting this Starbucks location almost daily for the past year, as I do spinning upstairs. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, greeting me with a smile as soon as I walk through the door. The store is always clean and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to relax with a any type of drink for the menu, and work on your computer. I appreciated the comfortable seating options and the availability of both indoor and outdoor seating, depending on the weather. There's sometimes rush, and inpatient customers, but staff are always working fast to accomplish customer needs. I appreciate the fact that almost all the employees and manager at this location know my name and order by memory. If you're looking for a refreshing and tasty drink to cool down on a hot day, I highly recommend trying Starbucks' Black Iced Tea Lemonade unsweetened. This drink is the perfect blend of tart lemonade and smooth black tea, without the added sweetness. They need to be replaced with real baristas, people with the training to prepare the special drinks like matcha ice latte and mango dragon lemonade because they remade both of these drinks and they still were not any good. read more

Starbucks is the same everywhere right. Nope. Staying at the Marriott Stellaris across the street and we've stopped in here twice. On both occasions the service was painfully slow to get our orders. On the second day a simple order of an iced caramel macchiato and a pink Frappuccino turned into a mess. The frappe needed to be made twice because the first was just a plain vanilla. The macchiato, first shot was made hot. Second shot was more like a cup of milk with a squirt of caramel. The third attempt was acceptable after practically walking the barista thru it. The plan was just to get something small to hold over the hunger until we were able to board the Disney Magic. The items are the same, but a little bit higher in price. We've been staying across the street at the Marriott and coming here each night for coffee before going back to the hotel and in the morning for coffees or iced black teas. The service is great and they even made a special off menu coffee for me (a cafe au lait or 'cafe misto' at Starbucks) an hour before closing. The pastry selection is good for a quick snack.
