This location is one of the two that I frequent because of its close proximity to my office. It's a part of a larger shopping center and along a row of restaurants so sometimes the drive through can be hectic to get in and out of. Especially if their neighboring In N Out has a long line. They take mobile orders and sometimes they've been sold out of stuff which is a bummer. Everyone is always pleasant, and they keep that drive through flowing pretty decently. read more

Conveniently located next to the airport (across Coleman), this location also has a drive-thru. Unfortunately, service inside was pretty slow due to the drive-thru, so plan accordingly or order ahead online. read more

Nice staff and clean lobby. I had mistakenly ordered a dairy matcha drink and realized once I picked it up from the bar. They were willing enough to exchange my drink for a iced matcha with oat milk. They have comfortable seating areas with outlets available. read more

Imagine waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru line before the baristas decide to stop serving drinks to you and the large line behind you. You are then stuck waiting for them to make drinks and serve food to the people they took-their-time serving so you cannot get to a different store that they recommend. That store is closed and has been closed for hours. These baristas are so rude and usually need to make the drinks a few times before they come out correctly. This is my least favorite store in the area (and looks terrible after their most recent renovation); I only come here because they are supposed to be open the latest, and even then you see what happened above. They recommended the one on Taylor and Coleman (just down the street), so just go there instead. read more

I want to scream on the rooftop and let everyone know the Beautiful barista named "Brittany" is the best!!!!!! I rushed out the house with the wrong debit card ‍ so when I got to the register I ask Brittany if I can use my points towards what I wanted and pay the difference but She stated that shebcouldn't because the register wasn't set up like that She asked me what I would like to order? The staff are great. Personable, attentive to detail and friendly. The store is not though managed well. Lately, due to staffing, either the lobby is closed, forcing me to wait in line at the drive through or their new trick is to turn off order ahead altogether. Also, as noted in other reviews, the hours and lobby status on the app rarely reflect reality. I stand with the workers always, and hope that management will start managing before they lose too many customers to this chaos. read more

Stopped by before work at 7 in the morning today, hoping to get a quick coffee through the drive-thru. Lo and behold, the drive-thru still had the cones blocking the way. Luckily I had some time to spare, so I parked and walked in the store. I was the only customer in the store so I thought I'll be in and out of there, but once my order ticket came out for my latte, the worker that was making my drink just stared at it as she played with a brown box. Finally, she looked at me and we made eye contact then finally proceeded to make my drink. As I wait for my drink, another customer came in and kindly let the worker who was making my drink know that their drive-thru is still closed. The worker just stared at the customer, without acknowledging what the customer just said. When the customer left, that worker was laughing about it...which I thought was so rude. I walked out of there with my coffee, realizing that she messed up my order--she gave me a tall instead of a grande, but I was running out of time and avoided confrontation with the rude worker. I was so turned off by the girl working there. Please don't work in customer service if you don't want to deal with people. read more

Beware of dishonest workers here! My mom came to this starbucks on 06/26/24 and ordered a TALL caramel frappe, A tall white girl with black hair and a nose piercing was taking her payment. When my mom was given the POS device she saw her total was $10. She paid & asked why was it $10. The worker said thats how much the price on the drink, my mom asked for the receipt & saw $5 given for gratuity. My mom told her she didn't click on any gratuity & matter of fact she doesn't remember the gratuity popping up. The worker then accused my mom of pressing it on accident. Thankfully manager was called over and my mom was given a refund. I can't believe this is the type of people they hire. read more

I love how fast and convenient their app makes ordering. I recently located work, and this Starbucks happens to be on my way it. I love that once I get into the drive-in, it takes no more than 10 mins to get out. Currently speaking, they have gotten all my orders correctly. Great view and nice seating area to watch plane going. I got macha latte.. it was pretty much meh. Their drinks are pretty good. Staffs are nice enough. First time here is positive. Hanging out for classic oatmeal breakfast with iced green tea before the soccer match nearby today. Roomy inside with good seating. Some tables with plenty of shade outside. The view is a bus Coleman Avenue and SJ airport beyond that with the planes coming and going - fun to watch. The drive-thru here is crazy busy and constant foot traffic today keeps this place hopping. Wish there were some shades on the south side windows to blocks some of the sun directly on some of the seating, but at least the A/C is on. read more

I needed some caffeine after trick or treating with the roommate's nephew and eating a huge dinner next door. We were all talking outside in the plaza, so I came in to grab a coffee. It was Saturday, October 31st around 8pm. I had a free coffee award, so I decided to get a Quad tall nonfat cappuccino, extra dry. It's a good drink to use on the award as this drink normally costs over $5. Also, since it was Halloween, I got a free ring pop! Not sure how the store normally is when it's busy, but it was a rather quiet that night. So quiet that an employee managed to scare me! I guess I got a trick and a treat! Still, the employees at this location were super nice and attentive. One of the better Starbucks locations I've been to. Both fast and efficient, which is always appreciated. read more

This spot is hit or miss depending on who's working. There is a handful of people who do their job well and are kind but man if you get one of the other baristas (2/3) of them are just straight up rude and always act like you as the customer are bothering them. Literally they will have a conversation in front of you and ignore your order. I worked at sbux for 5 years, I KNOW that is unacceptable but they just don't care. I order a blonde roast every single day, if I get a barista who doesn't really recognize me they literally try making me choose a pike so they don't have to do a pour over and god forbid they do a pour over they make it 4x stronger just to inconvenience you. It is weird. Management seems cool but their staff is just unprofessional and not accommodating . The few who are good baristas thank you ur the only reason I come here still lol read more

I just want to give a huge shout out to Christina for being the absolute sweetest drive thru drink taker I have EVER experienced. I'm literally still in line for my drink but I just had the loveliest interaction I thought she needed the recognition right away! She greeted me with enthusiasm, asking my name after introducing herself (smart way to get your name for the order early) and even asked me how my day was! It's the small things during this crazy holiday season that can really start your day off wonderfully. Rude, sarcastic and drink was made wrong. We've never had a rude worker attend us before until this morning. All we simply asked was "which drink is which" when the girl handed us our drinks and she looked at us weird. And then said "I can make you new ones if you can't figure it out" ..lol at that point we were just like "um ok"..and we walked away. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato with two extra shots of espresso and when I sipped my drink it did not taste anything like it. It was super bland. So I took the cap off and my drink looked like it was just made with pure milk. It was sad. Came to this location and ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso through the drive thru. I've found that this drink across all Starbucks locations can be very hit or miss. Unfortunately I didn't like it this time. I contemplated going inside. I'm very appreciative of all the workers and the barista who made my drink but this was my treat for the day and I really wanted a drink I could enjoy. I was so nervous, but ended up going back inside. Everyone working was so attentive and helpful. I explained that I did not like it and they easily were able to make me a different drink.
