Hello! Whoever made my iced pistachio latte the first time I ordered! Thank you! I loved it! The sweetness was enough, it was creamy and for an iced latte, it was refreshing! I have tried this iced pistachio latte from other starbucks locations and none can get the correct mix for my liking. I always ordered as is but it always turned out too much water, too much ice, less milk, and/or less pistachio flavor. Only here in Tully and the one in Beryessa gets the correct mix! Today, as usual, I came to Starbucks. A new employee took my order. She seemed inexperienced and a little unsure of the ordering process, but I completely understood because everyone is new at some point. What upset me was that after I paid, I waited for about 20 minutes. Two customers who arrived after me received their drinks first and had already left 5-10 minutes before I finally got mine. When I politely asked an employee about my order because I had been waiting so long, my drinks were finally made. However, the employee seemed unhappy that I asked, which made me feel even worse. I felt really disappointed because my order was the last one to come out, even though I arrived before the other two customers. I ordered two drinks, paid the full price, and expected to be treated fairly like everyone else. I'm wondering if this happened because the new employee wasn't yet familiar with how to organize or process orders in the correct sequence. If so, I completely understand that mistakes can happen, but I hope the ordering process can be improved so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

It was an awful experience. Well every time I go there they are always so rude but like I live near there it's easy for me to go. But the service is beyond horrible, I would give negative stars. I order through drive thru and I paid in the window. Then a girl come out and she asks a bunch of questions of my order and we answer all of them but she asked about my order like 3 times and I was in an important phone call. You had a gentleman come in and in desperate need of a restroom...keep in mind he's going through chemo, and the main side effect is needing a restroom frequently He offered to buy something after he used their facilities...and the workers refused his plea. He made me smile before I even got to the window, and when I did, he was just as friendly and thoughtful in person. I order from here only in a pinch. The drinks consistency isn't the same with other locations. Inside the store smells heavily of something sour, the staff don't acknowledge the customers. Other than that, this Starbucks is located in a shopping center on a main road making it an easy place to park and pick up online orders. I don't mind that they had a long wait time on Christmas Day, that's expected... at least they were one of the few businesses open on this holiday. In fact, our wait time was approximately forty minutes after ordering. We left to do other stuff, then returned 45 minutes later. All of our order was ready at the counter except the black tea we ordered. And when we asked for it, the worker near the pickup counter first told us it would take longer than the other items because it was a hot item. Okay, no problem. Then 5-7 minutes later, she said she can't find that black tea on our order (wtf?!?). By this time it was almost an hour (at least 15 minutes past our quoted wait time). Then we went to the girl we originally placed the order with and she remembered us and knew exactly what we ordered, she made us our Royal English Breakfast Tea right away (it took less than one minute). Again, the quoted wait time is understandable. But giving us the wrong information, or missing our order altogether, that's quite annoying and unacceptable for a business. On the bright side, the food and beverages we got were tasty... my iced mocha was nice and chocolatey just the way I like it, with extra pumps of mocha. And our pastries (sausage, cheddar, and egg sandwich, and ham & cheese croissant) were pretty much consistent with how they always are at other Starbucks locations, good enough. read more

I came in today in the drive threw this morning to order my usual cup of coffee and when u come to the windows to get my drink the cashier was very rude, she did not close my lid right and it spilled all other me in and inside my car. Its a simple mistake but when i asked for more napkins she tells me " ma'am can you go, you are holding up the line" didnt give napkins and when i asked for my recipe and her name she refused and told me to leave. After i left i called the store and the manager said to go back and get another coffee after i had left. Again its simple mistake that could've been solved w napkins and an apology during this situation but this worker decided to be rude and unhelpful read more

It is located on Tully and king and considering hi traffic Asian community so they are treating this place like China town environment. My husband and I frequent Starbucks ALL THE TIME. This one is the worst. My husband has cancer and undergoing chemotherapy which causes his bowels to be out of whack. He had an episode in which he needed to use the bathroom immediately. We stopped here (I literally have a Starbucks in my hand from a stop earlier in the day) on 6/27/25 and they refused to let my husband use the restroom without making a purchase in their store first. He said "I'm sick, I need to go now. I promise to purchase something as soon as I'm done" and still they refused. I get its company policy to only allow restrooms for paying customers...but we literally went to another Starbucks just before this and he would've made a purchase after. It doesn't hurt to extend a little empathy or compassion. Of course we made a purchase so he could go to the restroom but this was ridiculous. They should be ashamed. read more

There's always a line at this Starbucks drive through but it's honestly not as bad as most of the reviews share on here. I would say this Starbucks has saved me a lot of time by allowing me to multitask -- order my coffee and snack all while completing a conference call or other personal call. I've never had any real issues with any of my drink orders here and the lines move pretty quickly for the most part, considering you don't even have to leave your car. I will share that it is a hit or miss with their food items because of how busy they can get. I feel that by 11am, most of their protein boxes are pretty much sold out. This location is off of Tully in the Lyon Plaza so its a busy area all in itself already. Give it a stop if you're nearby. The convenience is an added bonus in my books. read more
