Four nearby schools, on top of being a store on the way out of town and yet, still the faaaastest one around! Also; people tend to forget when you work at a coffee shop, you work with nothing but people that HAVE NOT HAD THEIR COFFEE and a lot of times they're not pleasant. It's rare you'll find the same customer service treatment from the second you walk into the door anywhere else around. I love alllll the baristas here, always getting my complicated orders correct and out right away. The real MVP's! read more

Over the past month or so I have been here several times around 10 pm to 10:30 pm only to find the stores drive through closed and blocked with a car. Even though the posted drive-through hours are open until 11, listed on the app, the website AND the store building. While I am sure everyone wants to go home early on a friday or saturday night closing the store early is not a great way to get business. read more

Just visited this Starbucks a couple of minutes ago. The young man working the drive thru was really nice. Ordered a trenta black tea lemonade with no ice and a passion tea lemonade with ice. When I get my order the black tea lemonade is 3/4 full . The young man tells me his manager made it but he was obviously disturbed as well. At least give the customer the option of paying an additional amount for "no ice" but don't short them out. read more

This is one of my favorite places to stop at and do business. It's off the main roads into Hemet, and I met with different sales men and reps here. I don't drink coffee but the teas are nice, and this is my favorite store to come a reload my wife Starbucks card. It's got nice area to set at, and the noise level is quite pleasant. The staff friendly and it's pleasant to watch the cars drive by. They are quick with the drinks, and are helping when connecting to the Wi-Fi. read more

I have to drive right past here once or twice week, driving between riverside and Idyllwild. Everyone who works here is so friendly and nice. Going through the drive thru is my favorite part of my long drive! Once I came in late at night and had had a very very bad day and couldn't wait to get a coffee, and once I got in I realized I had left my debit card in riverside. I used to visit this store regularly, but lately I have been taking the extra 5-10 mins to go to the one off of Esplanade. The same uncomfortable experience happened to me twice here, by the same girl. She has tattoos black hair and a shaved head and an attitude to match! Both times I came in she was just barking away at others and practically SHOVED the drink at me in an extremely rude matter all because I asked for less sweetener in my tea! This was just the first experience. The second I went through drive through and I was talking to one of my favorite employees and once again rudely pushes through her to give me my stuff and cuts me and her off and says "ok thanks bye" in an EXTREMELY rude tone. 85% of the time they mess up my order. This time it wasn't even done, when I had ordered it earlier on my Starbucks app. I was in a hurry and when he noticed it wasn't done. He didn't bother apologizing that it wasn't done yet. So I had to wait for him to make it. Then he made it wrong. So he had to remake it. I'm already late to my job at this point. So I asked for an extra shot and I still had to to wait for him to ring me up for it. So I put the money on the table and left. It wasn't busy so there wasn't any excuse for it not to be done. I usually stop at this Starbucks on my way to work 1-2 times per week and sometimes my experience is good, other times okay. Drive thru can get pretty packed and sometimes it'll take a good 15-20 mins for you to be on your way. The baristas have always been nice, but my order is wrong about 20% of the time. The only reason I don't go in and tell them is bc I don't want to be late to work lol. Hopefully they get a little faster bc this Starbucks location is so convenient!! read more

I loved this Starbucks! I was on a rescue transport for a shelter Dobie and stopped here. Service was pretty spot on. I though they had my drink wrong but I was actually ordering it wrong all along and no one was correcting me. I go here regularly. They are clean, quick and friendly. They make a great mocha Frapuccino! They are very concerned about their image. Once they thought I waited too long for my drink (which I didn't) and insisted I have the drink at no charge. I saw a sign there that if a person isn't 100% happy with their drink just give it back and they will make it right. Once I did get a different kind of drink then I ordered, and they had no problems about getting it right and getting it back to me quickly.
