Excellent Starbucks but this review is for a special Associate named Hope. We stopped here on our way Back to the Easton area. Our friend left her purse, outside on a chair where we had enjoyed our coffee and pastries. We called 2 hours later and Hope verified she had the purse and it would be waiting for pickup the following day. Things like this typically do not turn out well. Thank you Hope for saving the day with your service. read more

Not-so-friendly greeting on 9/8/26, Tuesday afternoon (instead loud random singing by one of the female employees that wouldn't even look at us). The bathroom was nasty... see pics and see if you think if it would be beneficial for Starbucks to take a bit of the money they make off the good paying customers... to pay someone to disinfectant/bleach toilet, hand dryer and exhaust fan with a scrub brush. Come on!!Especially at America's highest earning coffee establishment. I wouldn't let my grandkids go in there without me because you know children like to touch everything. read more

I ordered a venti Mango Dream refresher on 8/5/2026 at 12:00 pm. The girl in the drive-thru made my drink wrong TWICE. The taller cup is HER version of the Mango Dream. The smaller cup is the way it's supposed to look, from another Starbucks. The lady from Salisbury Starbucks made it even WORSE the second time. This is my favorite drink, so I know how it should look and taste. On top of that, when I stood at the register to make the complaint, 3 employees totally ignored me until the lady came out of the drive-thru. Bad service and bad drinks. read more

Starbucks - Horrible drink made WRONG at Starbucks in Salisbury. Md. (Venti size).Mango Dream. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

It's a Starbucks!! Food and drinks are fine. But, it's SOOO slow. Don't come here if you're in a rush or are on your way to work. Any other time is fine if you're willing to wait for 10+ minutes, even if you order ahead on the app. The window is placed in such a weird spot too. How did the builders expect the employees and customers to reach that far??? read more

After being on the road a few hours this Starbucks was a welcome sight. I am a self admitted Starbucks junkie and caffeine aficionado. Not sure why, but the drive-thru was blocked by a service van. The lot is pretty compact and challenging to maneuver. However, I found it clean. They also have a nice patio in front that was tidy. The store is a smaller floor plan, but after walking in I could see like others they pack in a lot of merchandise. Seating it limited and they were busy. I first utilized the single unisex restroom which was clean and had proper supplies. I then stepped in line with my daughter to order drinks. I got a Ultra Caramel Frappuccino and my daughter a fruity drink of some type, I forget. The female staff was meh. The payment through the app processed with no issue. The drinks came out timely and we decided to sit once a table became available. We agreed the drinks were tasty. The dining room was overall neat in appearance with some minor debris on the floor. If the drive-thru was working I would have pushed up to a soft 4. Rounding down to a 3.5. read more

Extremely slow service, long wait times for simple drinks (drip coffee even). Would not recommend if you're in a rush.

I stopped by this Starbucks location on the way to the DMV in Salisbury (it was a long day!). It was a completely standard, a-okay Starbucks: clean, nice, same products and drinks. It is a location with a drive-thru. Overall, it's completely fine. It's a Starbucks. If you need one, this one's fine! read more

The slowest humans ever! And with a stinky attitude! If you work and need your coffee before work keep driving. This is the second time I ordered a black pike, nothing fancy, and I waited for over 20 mins before I decided to leave without the coffee. I paid and gave them a tip and no coffee! Last time I will attempt to drink Starbucks in the Peninsula. I just moved from DC and was a Starbucks user since the 90s but I am divorcing Startbucks sooooo disappointed read more

they close at 8pm. I was extremely craving a pink drink from my ex favorite place, but it turns out that they wanted to leave at 7:40pm. Very disappointed, and still very thirsty. read more

This is a rarity for me to go to a Starbucks because I think they are overpriced crud. This particular location was filthy, with a trashy parking lot with a random dirty disposable diaper. The inside was pretty dirty as well. My breakfast sandwich was obviously microwaved, yuck! It may be another five years before I visit another Starbucks. read more

I had recently went to this Starbucks to get a Frappuccino and a coffee with my boyfriend. We had arrived later in the night and, apparently, as the employee had said that they were understaffed so that's why they're taking so long. Once we had arrived to the window the employee had handed my boyfriend our drinks while telling him to not have too much fun tonight and went on about how there is no one working. We then have to remind him that he didn't give us the rest of our order and he had told us have a goodnight. This Starbucks definitely has some interesting characters for employees.... read more

We're at this location and we're from out of town. We stayed in Salisbury because we worked the festival in ocean city. We've never been here before and are headed back to the airport in Philly and decided to stop for some coffees because why not and because we're Starbucks lovers! Christien specifically had a passive aggressive attitude with us for no obvious reason and our entire experience at this location was tainted because of it. We are also in the service industry and in customer service who work just around the same 60/70 hours that he had to tell us he works a week... getting the drinks also took quite a while so I genuinely don't recommend this location and just wanted to let everyone know about this stores service! read more

the drinks and food taste fine as every other starbucks but i was in this location the other day at 3 in the afternoon when almost no one was in there i waited for my order for like 20 minutes which ended up being 15 minutes after my pickup time so i got into line to ask the register what was going on and he was very rude to me and cut my question off to serve the next customer. So it was slow and they weren't pleasant about it when i had some where to be in the next 10 minutes read more

Truly one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. 20 minutes for a Pike Roast, and not because they were brewing fresh.

Three out of four mobile orders picked up at the Drive-Thru incorrect. Very frustrating! I am in town temporarily fixing up my home for sale; it's empty so I have no way to prepare meals. So I have ordered breakfast from this Starbucks the last four days.....mobile order picked up at the drive-thru. Only one has been fulfilled satisfactorily. The mistakes: - no cream in my Americano (ordered w/extra half & half, it was black) - bakery item left out (coffee cake) - ordered bacon & gruyere egg bites but received ham, peppers & cheddar - stale scone The only reason they get two stars versus one is because they are friendly, the food is ready when I arrive, they make the americano well. Unfortunately the mobile app doesn't provide a method to offer feedback on the accuracy of your order. Domino's pizza app requests feedback and calls you immediately if something is wrong to make it better. The only way I can express my displeasure is to stop patronizing this location....and go to Panera. read more

I came in today first time. They are just lovely. The cashier was new she wrong up my order incorrectly and they then made it wrong. Easy order simple mistake. However, they fixed it and gave me my monies back for the difference. While it was their mistake they were nothing but gracious about it. I had just had a terrible thing happen prior to my walking in so I am thanking them for being so kind and just plain old nice. My coffee was great and really Starbucks corporate should take note this si a great location. Awesome staff! read more

Not the most accomodating for custom orders. Usually out of ingredients and its strange but out of ice!

I go to this Starbucks every once in a while. Just moved here from the west coast where I got Starbucks for my daughter and I every morning. It was our happy routine. I always place a mobile order and then go through the drive thru. Never ever been a problem. Even confirmed with my friends who work at other Starbucks locations. I placed my mobile order then arrived at Starbucks to go through the drive thru. No customers were inside. No one was in the drive thru. 10:39am. I say I had a mobile order and then the woman working proceeds to lecture me about how it always take 15 mins and to not do this ever again. I said ok and she said it's ready but it always takes 10-15 mins so wait next time. I didn't reply and pulled up to the window. I had my 3 yo daughter in the car mind you. The woman hands me my drinks and cake pop and basically whispers to have a nice day. I nod my head and start pulling away and she leans out and yells "Arrogant b!tch!" And her and her co workers start laughing. I couldn't even believe it. Disgusting. After reading the reviews here I see that's pretty normal for this garbage hole. I called corporate and let them know already and spoke with the district manager. Really disturbing that someone would act like that over literally nothing. read more

I placed a mobile order. When I got there I stood and waited by the mobile order pickup for about 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged my existence. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were going to place my order in the window and call my name when it was ready. I watched people pick up orders that placed them after I got there. I finally asked the girl at the cash register for my mobile order and she basically threw it at me from the window and didn't say thank you or hello or goodbye or anything. it had obviously been sitting in the mobile order area for a while behind the counter. My latte was so watered down it tastes like there's barely any espresso in it. read more

The drive-thru line was long as hell so my husband went inside. They gave him the wrong drink (but got his name right at least!) and when he told them it was wrong, the barista took it, dumped it, and took another customer before making him the correct drink. Rude and poor customer service. Also, today is a holiday and your Starbucks is one of few. High travel days should equate to more staff. Get it together, Salisbury. read more

I was greeted by a friendly server in the window this morning and ordered egg white bites, it took some time but that's okay if it's fresh. I was giving my bag and while traveling down the road notice two oatmeal containers, well I had to take a u turn because in my mind I was given someone's order and with all that's going on, i didn't want to touch it. First of all when someone comes in your location they should be greeted or at least told someone will be right with you. Secondly I had to get someone's attention to be assisted only to finally be told they ran out of bags for the egg whites so they put them in oatmeal containers. No apology no Sorry for the inconvenience just simply walking away from me like oh well. So Unprofessional and under trained in customer service. read more

Never had a problem with my orders, I order more often than I dare admit. I can't have dairy and they have never messed up my order by mistakenly putting any kind of cow milk in my drinks. Can't complain about how fast they are even during busy times like happy hour. Love the enthusiasm of the baristas! Always clean inside and out. read more

I love chai! Out of all the coffee shops I've been to, this little place has the best chai lattes! Thank-you Starbucks! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

The Salisbury Starbucks has the nicest staff around. In college, I treated myself for waking up for my 8 am Monday morning class with a trip to this Starbucks. The FRIENDLIEST staff around! Sure, it wasn't always the fastest cup of coffee around but drinks are always made with a smile. Even the time I got stuck in the drive-thru without realizing I forgot my wallet at home, the barista recognized me and still satisfied my caffeine fix on the house. My only gripe is getting in and out of this particular location. Holy shit, it's a death trap trying to get in without getting rear-ended or broadsided by some idiot trying to get to the bypass. And getting out is a broadside accident waiting to happen. And for the record, I returned later that day with my wallet to pay for my drink the morning I forgot my wallet... read more

Most of the time they mess up my drink !!! No matter how i tell them how I like it they seem to do it their own way !!!! Baristas mean to avoid eye contact so you will not bother them with a specific order. read more

Very neat & clean establishment. Always friendly staff. I usually do the drive thru, but I had to get more than the normal fare. I had various questions about different blends and acidity levels and whatnot, and the baristas were very helpful and knew their business. A pleasant surprise. I was extremely satisfied with the experience. It's still a bit pricey. I can hardly afford to go everyday, but I consider it a treat when I do and I'm never disappointed. read more

We sat in line for 10 minutes to order. We were the only people in line and turned the corner to see the workers outside. The store said it closed at 9pm but at the time it was only 8:40. read more

I like this place not only for their coffee but for being close to my house! I gladly will pass the DD to get my Starbucks. The staff have always been happy and helpful. The only problem, as has been noted by others, is getting in and out. Go early in the morning and it's less congested but after 8am, be prepared to stomp on the gas getting out of there. read more

The worst EVER coffee I got from Starbucks. Got a cappuccino from the drive thru, the cup felt light so I queried it, I was given some BS so I carried on only to discover the cup was only a quarter of the way filled up with coffee the rest was milk froth $4.19 for a quarter cup of coffee WTF! Seems the barista promise isn't worth anything. I did point out the cup wasn't full! read more

Asked for hot coffee and that's exactly what I got! Great job!!! Love this place!!!! The place is clean, the restrooms are also very clean. The location is great for me since it's close to my work. I have been to other Starbucks and haven't been as impressed. Thank you Starbucks for the consistent product and customer service. read more

Coffee is good, but they're getting slower by the day. Three days ago I waited 25 minutes to pick up my mobile order, and I was only the 5th car in line when I arrived. Another visit recently I placed a mobile order and the app told me it was an 8-11 minute wait. Great, I live 10 minutes away. I arrive and the line is out to the highway, the lobby is closed for an unknown reason, and the line only moved one car in 10 minutes. Ended up leaving without my drink as I had to get to work. Going in to pick up mobile orders is also useless as they no longer place it out on the counter and half the time they ignore your existence for several minutes before you can finally get their attention. I think it'll be a while before I visit this Starbucks again. read more

Starbucks - Counter service - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Salisbury, Maryland

Ordered 3 drinks, filled all of them with too much ice. When I asked for light ice, the short blond hair girl had an altitude slammed my drinks on the counter, turned her back and walk away. If that's their way of treating paying customers, no thank you! Even McDonald's does a better job with no sassy altitude! read more

Friendly staff and fast service! I like this Starbuck's since they don't attack you like they've been sampling the product all day.

I drink starbucks every day, this is not my local starbucks and I am glad, I am an avid Chai drinker and ordered my usual drink - made a comment about how I was glad to get some caffeine in me, then they corrected me and told me Chai did not contain any caffeine - I corrected them and then the cashier pulls the barista over - who also corrects me -I dont mind being corrected when i am wrong - but THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT - CHAI HAS MORE CAFFIENE THAN COFFEE/ESPRESSO - they need to be better educated and not argue with customers - and then they should make the drink correctly as well. read more

Unfortunately, there's not many Starbucks to choose from in our area but if you can avoid this one, do it. They have poor customer service skills most likely due to not enough employees on deck to handle all their patrons and they aren't always on task when they make your drink as I've had mine made wrong few times too many. Furthermore, I've had my drink made wrong at Georgetown's brand new Starbucks and not only are they very apologetic but they always give me a card with $4.00 off my next purchase and when you go daily, this means a lot! If only when I'm at Salisbury's location, they would treat customers the same way!!! Perhaps they should be trained by the brand new staff at Georgetown's... maybe they've just lost their way or most likely, the poor souls are understaffed! Perhaps I should have this review more focused on management at this location! Get it together Salisbury Starbucks!!! read more

Went to this store and was met by a friendly smile and welcome. Service at its best!!!!! My waitress was nothing but the best. She gave me service with a smile and the drink was quick and great as always. Thanks for a great experience. My cashier had red hair not sure of her name but treated me with the respect and a smile.
