Amazing customer service! Marshall absolutely hooked me up with the most beautiful drink -- a Vanilla Bean Cream Frappuccino with strawberry purée. It was soooo delicious Made perfectly and with love. The staff here is always so kind and welcoming. I truly love this Starbucks Highly recommend stopping by!

This Starbucks is right across the street from Fremont park and although the workers might need more training, I still patron this location. Recently they got my order wrong and instead of fixing it and remaking it right away, they made me go back in line to wait to put in my order again. In my experience, whenever Starbucks makes my drink incorrectly, they fix it automatically and even give me a lil $4 gift card as an apology. The pineapple cloud cake was delicious! And I've been ordering in often. Looks like they removed some seating on the inside but still offer all items on the menu. Place wasn't dirty, it seemed clean. I just think a manager should be on duty at all times to accommodate paying customers when the baristas mess up.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Midtown hands down!!!!!! Why??? Because of the STAFF!!!!! Mac, Terri, Stephen, Eloy, Maggie, Brendan. I could go on and on. These people are simply the best. The kindest, the nicest and genuine people you will ever meet in a Starbucks!!!! Anyways, dog friendly. Best staff. Perfect location. Enough said!

This Starbucks is in midtown Sacramento on the corner of 16th and P Streets, kitty corner from Fremont Park. The staff working here is friendly. I notice they have a lot of regular customers which the staff does a great job of greeting and personally engaging. They churn out a lot of app orders and walkins. The pickup orders are all on the far side of the counter. The menu and pricing is typical Starbucks. The interior is always kept clean and tidy. The restroom is keypad code entry with the code given out to customers. This Starbucks is not really set up with enough electrical outlets and tables to be used for a good place to gather and hunker down with your laptop to do work. Plus during the past years, like all businesses, this location had staffing challenges and unexpectedly didn't open or closed. If they were open, the few baristas there had added pressures; dealing with stressed caffeine demanding meanies is not easy. However they seem to be adequately staffed now. Moods improved all around. Plus this Starbucks ain't in the outer suburbs, it's in the heart of Sacramento's midtown area. So that means you may see a homeless person quietly sitting inside the shop enjoying a cup of coffee like anyone else, no drive thru, and the parking is all metered street parking. If you get here before 8am it's free. After 8 am-10pm for most meters on the block, it's $1.75 for the first hours with no cash accepted. There are a couple of green painted loading zones but are usually occupied. I don't recommend not paying, there are parking meter staff walking about even as early 8am.

My favorite Starbucks location when working downtown. Order is always ready and service is always great. Friendly staff and the lines don't get too long when I order here.

Solid Starbucks! Polite and efficient staff, drink was made correctly and quickly. Was clean and the bathroom was too! A rarity for a downtown Starbucks location

Double stars November 9, 2022

July 8, 2022 This is review number Maestro or Maestra a few notes on the piano if you please, Ninety Eight of this Starbucks. Close walking of Vitalant and the Chalk It Up park. After Blood Date of yesterday, walk in. Ask the person Jacob, short yellow hair, of stars. He prints out receipt, it lists my current stars and current cash value on Starbucks card. When I ask of the 800 number, say I tried on three different telephones, Jacob says it is not that I dialed wrong. He says many Starbucks today having different problems regarding getting supply orders. Example, their location was not able to get many breakfast sandwich items. How about the new Pineapple Refresher drink, yes they have that. Worth four dollar and forty five cents on Starbucks Gift Card or by paying cash. Four star and not five star because during Chalk It Up events, they not let Starbucks Guests use necessary room unless one orders. There is a code. During many Chalk It Up events I not eat so will not have use necessary rooms that much. Even Sheraton gets concerned of that. Sure I can walk back to Sheraton but that wastes least hour of time. Due to crime factor one year, affected four different parks and had to do with necessary room factors, anytime these four parks have children activities, the necessary rooms at these four parks are locked down. Okay so instead what may be less than ten minutes, have to imstead walk back to hotel, maybe the room. That does "lose" least hour of time that instead could been used to "paint" the masterpiece.

This location is open and open inside. They don't have those ridiculous chairs that forces you to leave right away. It's pretty bus inside and they have outdoor sitting also for pups. It's located in a busy area with street parking but that's limited. It's across from Fremont Park and close to other eateries and bars. It's a short walk to the Rose Garden and 16th street bars. The workers are nice and prompt. I'd come back here.

Starbucks is very good but they need to stop trying to get it done and rushing because it's not going to be good if they don't take there time

My cut.

I ordered the Vietnamese coffee flight and my girlfriend ordered the Vietnamese coffee floats. In hindsight, we should have shared one flight because we didn't even finish one whole flight!! The portions were much bigger than we expected. I tried the Biscoff flavored one and it was DELICIOUS! My girlfriend drank her Matcha and Vanilla. She said they were yummy!! I also ordered a Croffle with Nutella. Our server added bananas and whipped cream. OMG. It was sooooooo tasty!!! She ordered an order of "Dirty Fries" that she had seen on Instagram. It was like a decomposed crab roll on top of perfectly cooked French fries. They made a non-meat option for people celebrating Lent. The service was amazing and the owner of the store even took the time to come chat with us. It sounds like they are opening up an outside seating area soon as well as offering a brunch menu. The gals behind the counter were awesome. They were busily working the whole time. The cafe was a little busy when we got there (10:22) and by the time we left (11:45), it was HOPPIN'! Everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there. We will definitely be back with some more friends!! P

One thing I especially appreciated is how they treat pets. It's clear they care, every dog that came in got a treat, which was a really nice touch. The coffee is excellent, not over-roasted like in a lot of places. While you're waiting in line, they even offer samples, which is awesome. I had a latte with regular milk and was very happy with it. As for the food, the bacon and onion croissant really stood out, very tasty ( though I imagine it would be even better warm ). The caramel apple cheesecake was also incredible, delicious and not overly sweet, even though the name might make you think otherwise. Overall, if you get a chance to stop by for breakfast, you definitely won't regret it. Thank you!

As typical with Temple Coffee, the quality of the drinks are top notch and really is the gold standard in Sacramento. Prices are on the higher side for these premium selections so be aware of that if you haven't been to a Temple before. This location is a bit smaller and has less unique features than other ones. It's perfectly serviceable for a cafe, but the ambiance isn't on par when you compare them. The service, however, was superb. I found the baristas there to be very friendly and warm. It's hard to go wrong with Temple, and if you/re looking for a great coffee drink and near this one, it's certainly worth the visit!

A cute outside patio and plenty of room to sit inside. I got the Pink Chai and my friend and i took our drinks to a park down the street which really set the scene: spring day in the park with a friend and a great beverage. The drink was very hot, which ended up being perfect because I had to enjoy it slowly. The flavor profile was subtle and well balanced, not overpowering or too sweet. I'm a big fan of cardamom and pistachio, so getting both in one drink felt like a win, and they worked beautifully together. The pistachio added a nice, nutty finish. I don't distinctly remember tasting the fennel, but it may have been part of what made the overall flavor feel so smooth. I guess I'll just have to come back and order it again. All in all, Qisa was a treat. Im planning on moving in a few months and started looking at apartment listings near by that would allow me to come to Qisa more often. Highly recommend!

You can either order with the staff or they have a kiosk to order from as well. Staff is super friendly! They let me taste their teas to see what I would like for my tea base drinks. Coffe drinks I tried: 1) Durian coffee -this was one the THE BEST variation of durian coffee that I've tried - liked that the blended the durian flavor in the cream foam and included pieces of fruit -the smell isn't over baring and just enough flavor mixed into the coffee where you don't feel duped, but has a well balance coffee to durian taste 2) Egg coffee -a solid egg coffee!! Would recommend 3) Coconut coffee -this is a blended ice drink -I typically like coconut Vietnamese coffee, however this wasn't the best variation I have as I did wish it was a little sweeter 4) Taro coffee -rather than a cream top like some of their other drinks, this was more of taro paste with bits in the Vietnamese coffee -it wasn't too sweet so had a stronger coffee taste Tea bases: -was told they seep their tea for about 8 hours to give it that strong flavor ! -green tea - usually not a green tea person when it comes to boba drinks (only by itself) since at times the fruit flavor over mask the tea but this place makes it potent -black tea - they say this one it not popular which is a bummer cause I love black tea -herbal tea- good flavor -jasmine - didn't get to try this tea base but I am sure it taste just as good as the others 1) Peach green tea -beyond refreshing! -loved the fruit bits and peach sliced in the drink 2) Lychee green tea -lychee fruit and lychee jelly included! -Loved the strong tea taste with the fruitiness Pandan waffle Durian waffle -both of these were delicious, good flavor and best right away while it is hot! Overall: One of the best Vietnamese coffee places in the area that I enjoy going to. Quality drinks that do not disappoint.

I anticipated staying up all night and did. This is for those who drink espresso or ca phe sua regularly. The tasty waffle helped balance the caffeine a little.
