I happened to be here when my elderly father was shopping in the Safeway (where this Starbucks is located in), and needed my help, because someone had run into the back of his car in the parking lot. I suggested that we order coffees while we waited for the tow truck to arrive. There were several people ahead of us with multiple orders so I remained patient for my turn. Alexa was the only staff member on duty, so felt a little bad for her being left alone with multiple orders to complete. But she remained calm and took care of each and every customer in line. I ordered a non fat iced mocha with whipped cream, while my boyfriend got an iced coffee, and dad got a mocha frappachino. It was kind of a long wait, but we weren't in a rush (at first). Everything was prepared as one would expect from a standard Starbucks franchise protocol. Just as we got our drinks, the tow truck arrived and we had to take our beverages to go. The timing couldn't have been more perfect after all!

This Starbucks is super fast and the staff is so nice. Ashlee helped me and made my morning

    This is my Venti drink.

So I went in around 6:30 and ordered 2 drinks one was a grande and another one was Venti and also got a brownie. Firstly they didn't give me my brownie but was charged and instead of one venti they gave me both grande when I said one of them is suppose to be a venti the barista just poured the drink in a bigger cup and added more ice to it and gave it to me. Not a morning person and this made it worse.

Uh oh this place needs a check up from the neck up!!

Employees don't know how to make drinks or use the cash register. Can't scan the Starbucks QR codes to get stars either.

It's been a long time since we last been to 18 grams. It wasn't that busy then so it was nice to see them doing well. The staff were cool, definitely working hard to keep up with the business. There was a lot of seating both inside and out. We ordered on the kiosk but you can also order from the cashier. We didn't realize how much food items they now offered. There's different Filipino/Hawaiian dishes like a katsu, loco moco, and longanisa. They had baked goodies like ube muffins and pandan cookies. For drinks they were plenty of coffees, lattes, and teas. It was pretty busy so it took a while for our food to come out. It wasn't the best we had, but all the food was enough to satisfy our cravings. It was definitely a modern take on things that was enjoyable.

Any time we visit Sac, it is one of our go-to spots! They do an excellent job of sourcing their coffee beans along with roasting them. They've gotten exceptionally good at standardizing their drinks across the board as well. We have also tried many of their drinks outside of what we ordered today, including the 1987, 18 to the Brain, Thai Coffee, and Mexican Mocha. They have a food menu as well, which ranges from rice bowls to breakfast sandwiches. It's a great place to go to meet with friends, studying, or working on a project. They also have a good amount of seating inside, but it does fill up quickly! They do have WiFi (and outlets) and one single bathroom. Given we have been coming here for years, it is a must whenever you're in the Arden area!

I was the only customer in there at the time, but it was nice to hear a little bit of their backstory. The space is clean and modern and definitely the sort of coffee shop. I would want to hang out and spend some time in. As for what I ordered, the latte was creamy and perfectly sweet without being overpowering. The almond croissant had a slightly overpowering almond extract flavor to it. If the almond extract was toned down a little bit, it would've been perfect. I look forward to coming back and trying more of their food menu at another time.

What I personally witnessed was very different from what is being described in her review. From what I saw, the business itself had nothing to do with the situation. It appeared to be the property management for the commercial property addressing the individual about their vehicle taking up two parking spaces. It was explained to her that those spaces are needed by patients visiting the medical offices in the complex for their appointments. I can only speak to what I witnessed while I was there, but I don't think it's fair to hold this business responsible for an interaction that appeared to involve the property management rather than the coffee shop itself.

Matcha Croissant $9 - Don't let the price deter you because for $9, you get a big filling croissant and it was honestly so delicious. The iced vanilla lattes were really good. The pastries were the highlight. The almond pain au chocolat was perfectly flaky, and the filling was absolutely delicious. The very berry pastry was my favorite. The cream was light, fresh, and had just the right amount of sweetness, and the fruit on top tasted fresh and sweet. The hash brown bread with ham and cheese was very dense and filling, making it a great savory option. I loved the self-serve pastry setup and appreciated how large the bakery selection was. While some items looked a little fresher than others, there was still plenty to choose from, and everything we picked was delicious. The bakery itself was very clean with plenty of comfortable seating, and I noticed they even offer WiFi, making it a nice place to work, catch up with someone, or just enjoy a coffee. It was fairly busy and a little noisy, but there were still plenty of open seats. Parking was also easy thanks to the large parking lot. The only downside was the service. However, when I bit into my croquette and garlic frank, they were still cold inside. Since I had requested them to be toasted, I expected them to be warm all the way through. I called the store afterward to ask what their standard procedure for toasting items is. The employee I spoke with told me that it "just depends on the worker and how they toast it." That response didn't make sense to me. I would expect there to be a consistent standard for preparing food, especially when a customer specifically requests it to be toasted. the attitude I received came across as very much "I don't care,"
