My first time at this location, which is a lot bigger than other Jamba Juices. I came for the açaí pitaya bowl- I got the Dragon Fruit Delight Bowl for $9.89. It came with bananas, blueberries, strawberries, granola, pumpkin seeds and the pitaya base. It was really delicious. However, I got to thinking how pricey it is for the size so I'll probably try to make one at home. I was encouraged!!! Overall, service was good, the employees were friendly and the place was nice and clean. I wish they had more photos of their items. Since it was my first time getting the açaí bowl I didn't know which one to try. But the cashier at the front mentioned the 2 most common ones so that helped. I recently purchased one of those fundraiser cards from a student in my neighborhood for Jamba juice. I haven't been there for a while. We were on the road today so I decided to use my card and order two Jambas online and pick them up on my way home. When I get there there are three people working. Two customers are waiting. I walk in and no one says anything so I just roll over to the side and wait. My order said it would be done at 11:27 AM, it was 1130 and it was still showing processing. so I figured I just wait. After a few minutes, I see a fridge for online orders and I go to see if my order is in there. I should have had my glasses on because I did not see my name. I saw someone else's name on the top of the orders, that were all a bunched together, and just assumed that is who the orders were for. So I stepped back and waited some more. There's literally no one else in the store. and the girls are just making their drinks. So I finally decided it was time to take some action and ask them. She looks in the computer, sees my name, walks over to the refrigerator and says it's right there and walks back behind the counter. Ah, the big CASSANdRA on the top of the order is actually the server not the client So yes, probably should've worn my glasses so I could look down that whole tag and see my name. But honestly, I haven't felt this unwelcome anywhere in a long time. My smoothie was also pretty chunky. My son says his was good, so I will give them three stars for the smoothie. I just want to mention that I do not give tips on online orders, because I like to do that in person when I come in. so if that's why they were being so unwelcome to me, maybe someone can clue them in that not everybody gives tips online. I had a very frustrating experience. I'm in a hurry so I put in a mobile order for 2 drinks at 7:02. I get there at 7:10 and there is one customer waiting for their drink and two customers waiting in line to make their order. The customer who was already there gets their drink and I can see my 2 drinks being made while the other two customers are making their orders. For some reason, the employees decided the pause on my making my drinks to complete the orders of the two customers that just walked in. I came in to order something. As I was looking at the menu deciding what I wanted to get the worker behind the counter took a phone order. And was putting the phone order into the system. I stood there and waited for them to finish that phone order for about 10-15 minutes. At no point did they ever look up at me. Say anything like that they would be with me in a minute. The other worker behind the counter that was working on the smoothies also did not look at me or acknowledge me or say sorry for the wait since I have been standing there for about 10-15 minutes. Even though I was standing there before this other customer for like I said 10-15 minutes, I was not told I could order at the kiosk since the register was being used for this phone order. This store is one of the locations I actually like going to because they make my drink with the perfect thickness and blend (I love when my smoothie is blended well). The drinks at Jamba Juice are creavable and I really want one right now. I always order the mango a go go but have tried the mango smoothie with oak milk. That one is a delicious treat! Great customer service! My boyfriend and I came in the other night during a little rush and the young Asian girl behind the register was very nice. I was unable to get her name, obviously. But she promptly took our order and even offered to upgrade my medium to a large because it was the special that day. Yay! I love team members that help you out when you're unaware. I am a big fan of Jamba Juice. This Arden location is friendly, welcoming and clean. I am a fan of their smoothies as well as their oatmeal. You just cannot go wrong. The employees are nice, are able to answer any questions if customers have any and have good customer service. I believe they have a rewards program to check out on their app. I would take advantage but I just don't come as often as I'd like. It is worth checking out though, as with any reward program! I love rewards! I often get a Caribbean passion smoothie. I also get oatmeal and my go to toppings are blueberries and honey. It is just too darn good!
