I've been here multiple times & it is the FRIENDLIEST Starbucks I have ever been to. always greeted with a "hello" no matter how busy it is, met & greeted with your name throughout the entire experience. I arrived 45 minutes before they are scheduled to close only to find that all of their pastries or anything sweet had already been put away. They said they were preparing for closing. Pull up to the window and they had trouble hearing my order as I repeated it several times. Informed them that I was lactose intolerant but when I get to the window, instead of being greeted with a hello, she decided to say that I need to speak up and it was because of my car. And she became angered as I want her I cannot do dairy and dairy milk was put in my Frappuccino when I clearly asked for coconut milk. Overall she was very rude and her name is Julia. She wouldn't give me the managers card but wrote down her name on a sheet of paper. If you don't like your job, Julia, then it's up to you to find another one. read more

I came in here the other day, super friendly staff and very clean and nice environment. My drink was made quickly and tasted great. I couldn't help but notice a peculiar stench coming from behind the counter. At first I thought food went bad but as soon as Clayton walked past me I knew it came from him. His physical appearance was not one I expect from a food service worker. Basic hygiene is not hard. The smell that hit made me feel so bad for his fellow colleagues that have to put up with it. Like, how do you not notice your own BO? Next time I leave a tip, I'll include a coupon for bath and body works. I haven't gone into a Starbucks and ordered coffee in years, but I ran out of coffee yesterday morning and decided to drop by. I was greeted by a wonderful gal named Kenzie. I wasn't sure what to order because it had been a couple years and the menu changed drastically from what I remembered, so Kenzie recommended a brown sugar espresso drink because I mentioned I liked oat milk. WOW I took my first sip when I hit the light on frontage rd and blurted out "holy s*** that's good". Well, now I'm hooked. Thank you Kenzie for your kind service and great recommendation! This is a grande $590 drink. On the label it states that I asked for light ice. If you take a look at the image you'll notice most of the cup was filled with ice after the content was consumed. Correct me if I'm wrong but if this is light ice than what is a normal amount of ice. Because this is certainly not worth the buck. You minus well ask for a hot drink and get the ice on the side for free and get your money's worth. A medium drink should be better proportioned. Please address this while taking the displacement into consideration. read more

Gave us the wrong order. I ordered 3 drinks and only 2 were correct. I needed a sugar free drink and I got extra sugary syrup. I threw away a $6 drink because I couldn't have it. I love this location because they are so fast with everything and they're right off the highway, which makes it convenient. The drive-thru goes really fast as well. Inside is always clean. Granted there isn't too much seating, so if it's busy, good luck finding a place inside to sit. There is a lot outside however, so on a nice summer evening it's a good spot to enjoy the lake and the view. Everyone here is always friendly, too. The man working the drive thru this morning (around 8:30) was such a nice guy! He greets you with a big smile and an equally big positive attitude. You could tell he's just a jolly person. My drink is wrong 9 times out of 10 at this location. The staff is nice, but not detailed oriented at all. I prefer to mobile order my drinks to guarantee my choices are correct, but I've still had trouble getting my drink made correctly even when it's printed on the ticket. I paid extra for "extra caramel drizzle" and had my daughter picked it up on her way home. No caramel drizzle at all!!!! Not happy! Not to mention that they charge .60 cents for "extra caramel drizzle". I would like to know who the store manager or general manager is of this store so that they can reinforce to the baristas/employees to double check the drink orders before they hand them to the customer. It wouldn't be so annoying if I only paid $1.00 for the drink, but it's an expensive drink! Please make sure you get it right the first time. read more

Love this Starbucks workers there are always happy and energetic . Always clean too. Line in the drive thru moves fast like always.

They seem to be really low on supplies right now. Everything my daughter and I ordered they were out of that product. We ordered about three things before we got to something they had and each time had to make decisions which takes a while. We were holding up the line behind us because it took us so long to order. I am sure it is the suppliers fault and not Starbucks. However, they should consider marking the items they are sold out of in the menu drive through line. My suggestion is to have a back up item ready as you are waiting to order in case they are out of something. read more

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Incredibly slow, & they never have ANYTHING in stock. I have consistently had to go to other locations to get half of anything I try to order. The other locations have even commented to me on how they receive complaints on this location, CONTINUOUSLY. Went inside because line was long in drive thru. My drinks were ready before my pumpkin bread was warmed up. When asking about my food the lady was very rude and still did nothing about getting it ready. Waited for the bread for another 5 minutes, and while waiting I was looking around at the other foods in the glass.. and happen to see little gnats flying around in the cage with the food. Another time we walk in and she said no and someone else took our order. there is literally only one person in that store that treats us well.. I visited Starbucks drive thru yesterday early evening 2/24/2014. I perceived the man that was working the drive thru to be rude and unprofessional. When we pulled up to the drive thru this young man was rude to us. (He was training another young man on the register, he was not wearing a name badge but he had brown hair and was youngish -late teens early 20's maybe and had a raspy voice)... he inquired in a VERY RUDE voice whether we wanted our drinks iced, when we had clearly ordered them that way. We then presented our complimentary drink vouchers (which we had received from the Starbucks location in Rockwall off Ridge Road being "out of soy milk" the last two times we went to the store). This raspy voiced non-badge wearing "trainer" then set an even more unprofessional example by hasseling us about our drink vouchers. He acted rude and like he was put out by them not having a store number stamped on them. I asked him if there was some type of problem, and he was rude again and said they would have to re-ring the entire transaction because we were using the vouchers. The young kid he was training was nice and just quiet while this Starbucks employee was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional with us. We received 2 drink vouchers because of the other starbucks in town being out of soy milk on multiply occasions. Now at this starbucks the employee was rude when we tried to use our coupons. read more

I go through their drive-thru about 5 times a week; drive-thru is often a little slow but orders are consistently correct and staff is friendly. If you do have time to go in, the view is worth enjoying -- lake, Dallas skyline, and a corner view of a less busy area of Rockwall. Great patio. read more

It's a Starbuck's - has a sit-down area and a drive-thru. The service is friendly as expected, but the drive-thru service in the morning is about twice as slow as other Starbucks. The average wait is between 8-12 minutes for me and I am not sure why this cannot be improved. read more
