Just like every location around here the drive thru is wrapped around the building every morning. If you are in a rush make your order in advance online and pickup inside. One time I spent 20 mins in the drive thru trying to get to the window for my online order. The inside is spacious and clean. Outdoor seating is also available, it gets chilly inside so on nice days I opt to sit on the patio. I've come here a few times to write and it is a lot less noisy than most coffee shops and they keep the music light. I typically order the same drink every time I come here and consistently it is made perfectly. Customer service is always friendly and if you order inside every thing comes out fairly fast.

The barista thanked me for being patient and waiting for my frappe. Did I have a choice? I FINALLY received a frappe that was NOT anything close to what I'd ordered. She remade the drink, yet again it was incorrect, but I took it so that I could get out of the store by 9:15. This particular barista ALWAYS forces me to wait for my drinks, regardless of who came in after me. It's really annoying and management should correct this problem.
