We often stop at this Starbucks when traveling, and it's always filthy. The bathrooms, tables, floors, prep counters, everything is dirty. Also, I'm not sure why cold brew is being advertised. This location didn't have it, and neither have the last 3 locations I've visited. I expect better from such a great company. read more

They only put out cream and when you ask for milk to put in your coffee they look at you like you are a crazy person. This Starbucks is terrible. We ordered 2 drinks from the drive thru, a mocha frap and a caramel machiatto. There were 2 cars ahead of us. It took almost 10 minutes to even move up a car in the line. We could clearly see the person in front of us got the wrong drink because they handed it back and the server then gave them another. When we finally got to the window and got the machiatto, it tasted horribly burnt! We're not used to having things open all night because we don't have the population to support it. She told me the total and walked away without telling me how to scan my phone or even asking if I was using my app. She never did return to the counter to see if I paid. I was a little worried about stopping at this Starbucks, but I needed my fix while traveling down I-95! They must have improved...ladies bathroom was clean! There were actually five employees working, trying to keep up with the constant flow of customers. Worst Starbucks ever! I have loved Starbucks for years. We drive from coast to coast and from north and south in the U.S. a couple times a year. Sad to say, this is the worst experience I have had. We made a quick visit on our route, and the barista stopped in the middle of making my drink to talk to another customer for about 3 minutes about a concert, all while I was saying to my husband that we needed to get back on the road. I should have tasted my drink before I left, because it must have had about 6 or 8 shots of espresso in it. I love strong coffee, but this was undrinkable. Like another reviewer said a lot of these reviews are unfair. This is the last Starbucks you'll see for a while if you're heading north and the first you'll see if you're heading south. Stopped here to grab a cup of coffee during my trek down I-95. I will NEVER stop at this location again. I waited for over 45 minutes for 2 lattes. Yes, it was busy, but this is ridiculous. My husband's and my coffee are not even that hot. The people in line before me were long gone before my first drink was ready. I wasn't given a receipt. The napkin dispenser was empty. Everyone else in line had similar experiences. Absolutely terrible, don't waste your time. Or, just get a regular cup of coffee, no barista required. read more

Also it took 15 minutes to get a mediocre water down not frozen cup of ass. Today was the third or forth time I have visited this location while passing through town. I tend to avoid this location because of its terribly slow service; however, my cup ran dry, and I needed to get some more coffee. Partners were unfriendly, iced coffee tastes disgusting (it didn't taste old/not fresh, it tasted like something was wrong with it). I didn't try it until I was back on the 95, and I called the store, not to complain, but to inform them that a quality check should be performed. No apology was given. I personally don't drink coffee, but my wife needed her fix so we had to pull over. There were about 986349835632948643 cars in the parking lot, no order or organization to the flow of those parking and those going through the drive thru. I got stuck in that line and couldn't get around for about 10 minutes as the drive thru line creeped forward. I dropped my wife off during this time. Finally, a gap appeared and I thought "Now's my time to loop around the back of the building and park on the other side. Unlike pretty much every other stand-alone fast food location, though, this one does not have a lane for cars to do that... just the drive thru lane. What idiot designed the parking lot??? Even after taking another five minutes to turn around and go back, I still had to wait another 15 minutes for my wife to come back with her coffee. By the time we were back on 95, we had wasted about 45 minutes and I was more stressed out from the parking lot than I was from the traffic on 95. read more
