Love the cream filled donuts and the donut holes. Staffing levels are not up to par for a very busy Interstate location. This could be a very good location to be open 24 hours. Coffee and donuts along a very busy North/South interstate. Love the stuffed animals, hippo, zebra and lion. It share a large store space with a gas station and a pizza place. Numerous electric car charging station, there is a covered section. Truckers do have a dedicated fueling island and over night parking area. This area does not have very good lighting, because of that you might spot the North American lot lizard roaming the area. read more

Yelp 100 - 2024 - #6 Ordered a large Iced Caramel Macchiato with oak milk and black coffee. Service was fast and friendly and my order was correct. Coffee was spilling over the edge and they double the cup so that it did not spill in my car. They also provided extra napkins just in case it did. This location is attached to the Oasis store off of highway 903 in Halifax, NC. read more

Stopped by Dunkin on the way to pick up the kids from school. I stop by that one twice a day. Tell me how you have a coffee shop opened and you have no creamer?? Between this one and the ones in Rocky Mount, I am going to have to switch to Starbucks!!! It is ridiculous to not have the basic essentials for a customers coffee!!! Also the staff act like they hate their job!!! read more

terrible absolutely awful. been sitting here forever for a single cofee been on a 9 hour car ride to sit here either terrible service

Absolutely damn awful service taking five thousand years to make a drink, workers moving with as slow as possible with no care in the world

Was waiting by in store, two customers ahead of me left the line, and I gave it a few more minutes. 3 employees were only focused on mobile orders and didn't even acknowledge the counter. asked the cashier in the convenience store and she said it was normal that way. I've had better service at a self serve counter read more

Terrible service, staff was incredibly slow and not focused on working. Took 10 minutes to take 2 orders. I left.

Just stopped in tonight for coffee to stay awake on our long drive south. It was 5 minutes to closing and the two ladies helping us couldn't be sweeter! Judging by their attitudes you would think their shift just started. I turned 65 today and these ladies were the blessing I needed in my long multistate drive to visit my mom in the hospital. They even helped a couple after us. I hope their manager know what excellent employees these two ladies are!!! read more

Not the best customer service is not that good at all and they're very slow everything is as if it's a issue not their job

This is a full service Dunkin Donuts inside an Oasis gas station convenience store. Don't confuse this with the smaller self serve Dunkin Donuts located in some Hess gas station locations. You can get hot food offerings in addition to pastries and coffee/tea. The location is clean and the employees are helpful and competent. The Saturday morning I was here was busy but the staff handled everything well. They also sell Dunkin Donuts items such as mugs, t shirts, reusable hot/cold travel cups etc. If you get bored whilst wairing for your order you can wander the store and pick up road maps, magazines etc. They also have exhibits from a local museum so treat yourself or kids to dioramas containing (stuffed) mountain goats from New Zealand, and a hippo from Tanzania amongst other animals. Yes it is a gas/caffeine pit stop off of I-95. Might as well make it interesting and stop here vs a typical nasty gas station. read more

Stopped at Oasis for gas and to grab something for lunch. Saw nothing of interest in the convenience store section so I meandered over to Dunkins. Except for bagels and ham and cheese, which didn't appeal at this time, they only seemed to have breakfast sandwiches. But wait, am I a slave to conventional meal choices? Heck no. So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese croissant. It was fairly large, less expensive than the dubious looking sandwiches I had just rejected in the convenience store, and actually pretty good. Better than the equivalent sandwich at Burger King. (Some would argue that isn't saying much. Shame on you!) And of course the coffee isn't bad either. read more

We head from NJ to Fla a few times a year and ALWAYS stop at Oasis! Very clean, fresh coffee, clean bathrooms. Staff is usually very friendly and courteous. I always get a bagel with cream cheese and this is the only Dunkin' I have ever been where they actually ask if I "like a little or a lot of cream cheese"! Anywhere else, they really cheap out and give you a thin smear, at best. Thanks for the great service and will be stopping here again! read more

it is okay nothing to write home about, not your standard DD it is in a gas station. It is in weird situation but I was desperate UGH drove away order was wrong!!!!! read more

This Dunkin Donuts is conjoined with a convenience store that sells some food and North Carolina-themed shot glasses, lighthouse statues, keychains, etc. Store/Dunkin is very clean and safe, but the coffee was not good. So not good that I stopped at the next Dunkin Donuts on 95 for a remake. read more

We were on line for 15 minutes and all of a sudden they turn around and say we're closed to clean... at 1pm with a line of over 10 people who had been waiting this long. everyone here is traveling. no one can wait 30 minutes like they said to get coffee!! What kind of dunkin donuts is this!??? Instead of letting us wait in the line for 15 minutes if they were going to close for cleaning they should have told us ínstalas of letting us wait! read more

Donuts not fresh selection was minimal . Staff appears strained to service customers.

Always friendly and of course hot coffee. This DD is in a large gas station/convienence store. Bathrooms are... eh. Well, they have bathrooms. Not the worst but, not the cleanest I have seen. read more

Extremely slow and ghetto. Lots of attitude. No quality control. Pretty dirty both upfront and in the back. No one that worked there was friendly at all. Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and keep driving past this place read more

I have never worse service in my life. 30 minute wait in the drive through even though it wasn't packed. I ordered on mobile and when I got there I was told the drink I ordered wasn't available although I had already paid for it. There was no refund offered and I had to substitute my drink with something else. I had also ordered two sandwiches on the mobile order but was told at the drive through that the sandwich station wasn't open. read more

Staff, at time of service, had very poor customer service. She also did not make beverages properly. Leaving us with a couple cups of cream with just a splash of coffee. read more

Stopped here on a trip down I95 to Georgia. This was a great place for our large family! The restaurant itself was clean and very accommodating with many tables and booths to sit at (even larger area than most stand alone dunkin donuts restaurants). The food was yummy and fresh and the staff was so nice! They were very nice to our kids and even offered to give them each their own bag with their doughnut picks instead of one big box for the family (we ordered a dozen total). They were also helpful in the fixing of my iced coffee to my taste. We enjoyed our stop here and would definitely recommend! read more

Horrible! Waited over 30 minutes just for coffee! The manager kept taking orders and the front area was packed with people just waiting for coffee. They didn't warn customers that they would have their food quickly but would wait 30 minutes for coffee. Would NEVER go back. When we arrived bathroom was being cleaned so first we had to wait 10 minutes just to use bathroom. Avoid at all costs, plenty of coffee places in the area read more
