Today I did a mobile order and picked up in the drive thru. My order was for a grande cannon ball light ice and a tall mango dream light ice. I had 2 cars ahead of me and their orders were light for single person and mobile as well; however we waited a total 15 to 20 minutes. I got my order and they were not as ordered. I took them back inside without being rude or smart and said the drinks were not made correctly and received an attitude female laugh and then slightly get smart and say they are made right we dont have strawberries. If the drink calls for strawberries and its not in it, then its not made correctly. I received a refund and left. Rude employees are not the best for a business. read more

Aaannnnnnddddddd ACTION !! Sooooo, I did take a 2 month well needed break from this location and it helped tremendously. Piggy backing off last review, heavy involvement w Sinclair, Dre and a few morning favs whose names I've haven't mastered yet. Total welcoming and pleasant greatness. I've had nothing but outstanding service the past few months here. More great days than average and 121% customer service oriented throughout the entire staff. I'm back bragging on my local Starbucks as they have it going on. Rarely do they run out of ingredients and w their top tier replacement suggestions, I don't mind when they do. Keep up the great work Starbucks !! You guys have made the turnaround for the better that was promised from Day 1 by management and I look forward to continuing to visit several times weekly to support this community gem !! read more

I have had a less than pleasing experience after my three and final visits. The last time I sat at the drive thru for five minutes and no one took my order. I only went because the last time I was there I was trapped in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there was no ice so I asked for a $4 gift card for the less than Starbucks experience. The employee gave me the card. However, I could not use it because there were no funds loaded. How embarrassing to go to another Starbucks and be told the card was not activated. The first experience was the same with long wait in the drive thru. I will not be back and I suggest you avoid this one. read more

Needs the work on customer service skills. Went there this morning and the female cashier never spoke. I said good morning to her and she just looked at me. She held out her hand to collect my money and never cited the price. I had to ask her the price. She barely opened her mouth and I had to ask her to reinstall herself. Very limited hours that never match the ones online. Usually paper posted hours on the door that always change. Multiple times have gone to this location in the middle of the day and they are closed. More often than not, the drive thru is closed- and when it is open it is the slowest drive thru ever. 9/24 was stuck in the drive thru line for 20 mins before even ordering. I prayed for a drive-thru Starbucks nearby for years. I wrote letters to our councilmen, signed and supported petitions, made mention of the hole in the market for a Starbucks on social media pages, etc. When it was finally announced that my prayers had been answered I was so excited (excited in a pandemic!) Welp...the excitement was quick in fleet. This is the worst Starbucks of all time. They are consistent in slowness and handing out incorrect orders. I've tried for 6 long months to give them second, third, tenth tries but I'm done. The lines are always long, and when you're finally able to get to the window 20 minutes later, they hand you the wrong beverage or a poorly crafted one. Do better. Let's not forget that they close for random reasons in the middle of the day. This is ridiculous. Thankfully another d/T location opened in Owings Mills so I will drive a little further to try them out. read more

I stopped by at 7:15 a.m. The drive through was closed with orange cones. Not a big deal, so I went inside. There was only one barista working. The other was outside on a cell call. People started stacking up behind me and the single barista was overwhelmed. The cell phone barista, a guy with a shaved head, hipster beard, and YSL cell phone cover, came back and started working while holding the phone to his head. Major gross out moment, he put a plastic cup in his mouth to free a hand (still on phone) and then finished making the drink for a customer IN THAT CUP! WTH? The store is grimy. There was junk on the outside tables. There were partly opened boxes of product behind the counter. The whole place screams poor management. read more

The Starbucks management at this location is terrible! We have gone a couple of times and sometimes is ok, sometimes it takes them 25 min to go through 2-3 orders, and sometimes they're closed when they're supposed to be open. Not sure whether we'd want to waste our time again. read more

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been been to in any state. From the minute they opened, the service has been awful. From the long lines at the drive thru moving at a snails pace, to running out of products to flat out disrespect by staff. Today I went there to redeem my birthday reward. The girl kept claiming she didn't see my birthday on my app which was as clear as day or use my license as proof. I will never go back to this location. In my opinion they should be shut down until someone in corporate can train the staff and managers on how to run their operation. If I could give zero stars I would! read more

The staff is pretty awesome here, hence the 2 stars. They're all super friendly and really seem to be trying their best. It's a newly opened location, so I've been giving them the benefit of the doubt for the last few weeks. But the management here is lacking. I can tell that the reason they're so swamped and overwhelmed here is that they're not a well oiled machine. Idk if it's solely training or if the owner/operator is the issue, but the drive thru is closed 75% of the time I stop by, regardless of the time of day. 6:45am, closed off. 10am, closed off. 2pm, closed off. Most times I just leave, but when I do go in... it seems like absolute chaos is happening, but oddly when there's only about 5-6 customers waiting. Once last week, the manager/operator was at the register talking to 1-2 employees. And I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes (I looked at my watch after already standing there for a bit, so it was def longer)... until finally I must have let out a little sigh or she noticed me looking at my watch, and she said "someone will be right with you". (They weren't, for at least a few more minutes.) I wasn't bothered by the wait, but what did strike me as off, is that typically the manager or owner will actually take a customers order, or at least be the first to acknowledge them, if other team members are busy or unable to do it. But this particular manager/operator was the reason why none of the 10-12 employees standing there could acknowledge the customers waiting, or take their orders. She was stopping each of them to talk about things that didn't seem relative to taking or fulfilling orders. I had such high hopes for this Starbucks, and was so excited to be a daily patron. But so far I have only been able to visit about 15 times in the last month, because they're either closed or the drive thru line has 15-20 cars waiting. Also, my bacon, Gouda and egg sandwich has had stale bread 3x now so far. How are the doors locked and drive up blocked off at 6:30 when the business is open until 7? I did a mobile order and when I got there they let me in but the manager looked annoyed and told me they were closing but it's ok they were making my drink. On top of that my drink sucked. I'm extremely surprised this location is still open. If anything this location is probably costing the company more money then it's making. The drive thru is RARELY open before 7am. Yesterday I went and it was 1 of those rare days the drive thru was open. Pulled up asked for PSL and they said they don't have it. Considering what time of year it is and they just got it on the menu how did you allow it to run out. It's like saying sorry we don't have caramel. There is ALWAYS something that's on the menu that they a out of. Like the other day i want a cake pop. They didn't have it. It's really frustrating bc I love Starbuck and I use to go every day before changing jobs and now this is the only Starbuck on my way to work. So instead of dealing the the Aggravation of this location I go to Dunkin instead. read more

Baristas were super polite and quick. Drinks were some of the best I had and store was super clean.

I was so excited for the new Starbucks to open but I think they need better management to oversee. I've been 4 time now and they can't seem to make a hot Americano. No fault of the folks working there they have been very friendly during all my visits but the dispenser must not be working properly. If you have 30 minutes to spare just to sit in the drive thru then you will love this Starbucks. He returned with no drinks and was confused that he was told that they are not serving walk in customers.
