I wanted to give a huge shout out to Alexis at the Dixie location in Rafcliff, KY. Yesterday was my birthday and upon trying to pay I realized I couldn't find any of my credit cards, so she offered to pay my tab for me rather than let me stress the situation. Luckily, I pulled over, found them and proceeded to pay her for the order but she insisted I was all set. I did end up paying for my food (my drink was complimentary because it was my bday) and a tip for her, but wanted to thank her again for her thoughtfulness and consideration. Starbucks is my go-to coffee when I need a treat. I like that I can order ahead and pick up in-store or at the drive through. The spinach wrap is also a favorite bakery item, but it seems like a hot item because it seems to seel out often. This particular location is spacious with good seating and is always clean and quiet for anyone who needs to relax or study. Service is always good. The barristers are always welcoming and helpful. I especially love how they have a wall dedicated to the local veterans. read more

This Starbucks in Radcliff is probably one of the better Starbucks. It maybe smaller than most only because it shares the same space with T-Mobile. Online ordering is a breeze, drinks come out in a timely manner. Employees are friendly. I don't have any complaints about this location. read more

Quite possibly the worst Cappuccino I've ever had. I've had better coffee at tire stores, at 2 in the afternoon.

Drinks were as expected. Service was slow and lacked any kind of energy or personality.

I used to come to this location every day however I won't go back.. I work in the food industry and consistency is a thing every time I have come to this location I ordered the same thing and every time I come it's different. I usually get four shots of espresso over ice in a large cup with hazelnut Splenda and half-and-half. For some reason every time I come in to get my coffee the cup will be full One day then the next day It won't be, the day after that it'll be halfway full..when it's not filled up but you order a large because they have a problem with giving you half and half.. I have called the GM numerous times and complained to the GM about this situation and for a very short period of time it was taken care of, and I started getting what I was paying for.. but here we go again, I go in today. I ordered my coffee online. I go in to pick it up and it is not even halfway full and the when I asked for more half and half, the man was so rude and he flat out refused to put more half and half in the cup.. Told me that I needed to order a latte... if I wanted a latte I would've ordered a latte. I will not be back to this location. All of the employees are flat out rude and very dismissive. If any of my employees were to ever treat the customers the way I was treated today I wouldn't have any because they would all get fired. I will be calling the GM again and I will be informing him that I will no longer be a faithful customer to his establishment.. the man who I was speaking with was very rude... read more

This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I come here often the atmosphere is great the workers are awesome. On the rare occasion something's wrong with one of my drinks they fix it with a smile. It is a shame they are getting review bombed by other businesses. Facebook groups literally are being dedicated to trying to give them extreme bad reviews. However we will not be prepared this is a great location and a great asset to the city of Radcliff.
