I was so lucky to get to speak with Rachel who was so sweet and professional. Rachel kindly recommended many of their specialties from cakes, cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, macarons and cheesecakes in a jar! Fed Up is in what seems to be a house remodeling for a restaurant. There isn't much parking though. I had seen photos and a guy told me that I needed the brisket. Thar was a marvelous choice! The brisket was almost like a roast with all the brisket goodness. It was meaty with a good mix of fat and tenderness. I went with mac and cheese and potato salad. Both were marvelous choices. I was in such a hurry that I scared both of them down. But you can see the photos. The sauce was tangy with a little heat. It seemed to be a vinegar base. There were two reasons I knocked Fed Up down to a 4. First, I didn't think the sweet tea was all that good. Second, everything is a la carte. The sides were $4 each. They were worthy of $4 but I guess I was under the impression it was part of a plate. Look for Fed Up if you are in the mood for BBQ in Radcliff.
