They do have an app for ordering ahead and they do have a points system, I of course downloaded the app since they have a few locations that have popped up in some locations. Each day of the month they have a sticker of the month and I happened to go on that day. Now for the service, they are friendly but, they like to play their music too loud. I have no problem with them listening to music but, it was just too loud for my taste. I got a sugar free iced caramel drink, I like that you can customize on the app how you want your drink.
