Moving forward the drinks were a terrible my "Protein coffee" tasted like an actual candle watered down I do not recommend it does not taste edible. Lastly our electrolytes beverage was extremely watered down, Not to mention the women kept rubbing some particle off the cup and proceeded to hand that same cup she was repeatedly touching (and it was not the exterior of the cup) lastly the coughing above the cups we ordered. This location is right across from the wal mart in a shopping center next to planet fitness and cluckers. Walked in here today with my two youngest daughters not knowing much about the place. Very lovely decor inside and it is spacious and clean. Not much dining in options however. The lady at the register greeted us and was very friendly. As a first time customer I gave a name and email so they can put me in the system as some type of rewards program. I personally ordered a thin mint smoothie. They are one size only for adults. My daughter got a kids brownie batter smoothie with sprinkles. It took about 3 minutes to prepare and we got our smoothies and sat down at they lone picnic table inside to dine. My thin mint was pretty good. Knowing it's a protein shake and a healthier option I was mildly surprised about how good the flavor was. Pretty good taste. Had some cookie crumbles at the bottom that I enjoyed as well. Straw was big enough to get all the goodies too. So that was nice. My second youngest who is 6 at first said "mmm This is good" and it slowly turned into "it isn't that great" and I'd say she ultimately drank about half the drink. I sample it and it was good. Nice strong chocolate flavor. Tasted like a normal chocolate shake to me personally. So being it's a healthy snack I'd call that a win for them. My biggest gripe would be they are way too expensive. Cost me over $15 before tip for a regular drink and a kids drink. I get it. It's healthier and they always want to charge you to make healthy body decisions in our world. However, if I'm being honest or blunt with an opinion, in that area of town and location those prices aren't going to cut it. It's not a bad area to say but it's not exactly high end and people in bullitt county generally aren't they type to spend $7 on a healthy shake. I'd be more inclined to come back if the shake was around $4 or so. Not saying I won't come back but at those rates I won't make a special trip. Overall it was a solid experience and the smoothies were better than I was anticipating. I'm very curious how this location holds up in this area. Hopefully it does well as it is nice to see new and different business pop up in the area. I just fear for it at the current price rate list and the area they opened. Maybe and hopefully I'm wrong.

Healthy chance nutrition is a boba tea and flavored healthy shake shop located just of Beulah…read moreChurch road in a shooing center near the highview and fern creek borderline of Lousiville Kentucky. Healthy shakes and boba tea are all the rage. They appear to be popping up everywhere and are very popular. Like most shops they have the trendy selfie wall with flowers and a neon sign. They also boast endless amounts of flavors to for anyone's taste buds. On my visit in October they had a really fun and cool themed Halloween menu. Me and a buddy of mine both ordered off that. I personally got the monster mash shake which was a mint and white chocolate infused shake. It was really really good. My big knock usually on protein/healthy shakes is the flavor starts strong but then has a strange after taste. No weird after taste on this. Just pure mint chocolate deliciousness. My buddy went with Pennywise Bobba tea. I can't remember the ingredients but it had a cool two tone color and good flavor and he loved it. Said it was best boba he has ever had. Said the boba instead of being chewy almost pops when it hits your taste buds. The owner happened to be there and she was super awesome and nice. Seems to be very involved with the local community and excited to be in her location. I advised her I wasn't a big tea or boba person so she told me I had to try their skittles tea. So she gave me a smaller sample cup and wow was she right! Very good! Tastes like fruit punch kool aid to me. So I guess I can say I "sort of like tea now". Overall this was a great experience and a tasty one. Easy to support local business when they have a good product and owners and workers who are genuine. I look forward to returning.

First, they tried charging my friend separately for chips with their wrap even though chips are supposed to come with it. Then when I added a smoothie to my meal, they charged me full price for the smoothie instead of applying the meal deal where any smoothie is supposed to be $4.79 with a meal. Unfortunately, the food situation got even worse. When I finally got my food, it tasted strange and had a noticeable bleach-like odor. I politely asked if I could get something different, and they said yes. But after waiting at the counter for 35 minutes with no update, I finally asked what was going on -- and they had completely forgotten about my order. To make matters worse, they made two other orders before remaking mine. When I finally opened the replacement wrap, it looked more like a Taco Bell supreme wrap than anything you'd expect from Tropical Smoothie. Bad service, incorrect charges, long waits, and questionable food quality. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration.
