DO NOT GO! This starbucks was rated one star, and for a good reason. I have never once left a bad review but for this, I must. I walked in with my friends after we ordered online. I payed $20 for a plain butter croissant and venti drink. At my home town starbucks, I'd usually pay $9. We wait for the estimated time on the app which was 15 minutes. Then when our orders still haven't showed we ask a man if they are even on the app. He says he hasn't seen either of our names in the register. We then proceed to check our location and ask a lady to check for us. She says she see's our names and will get started on our orders. It has now been 30 minutes since we ordered... We realize the man has lied to us but decide to forgive it for now. About 40 minutes go by until we get our food. Once we get our food we realize not only are our items cold, they are still frozen! My friends ended up paying $40 for 2 drinks and 2 croissants and had to wait almost an hour. Outrageously dissatisfied. And keep in mind they were full staff. There was no drive through and they had about 8 workers inside. baathist establishment wasted me and my friends time, lied to us, and were frankly rude to our faces. The man would rub his hands all over our lids and his hair was long and not even tied back! I'm disgusted. The owners of this Starbucks location (the sad-looking "resort" and casino across the parking lot) are clearly trying to make up for lost revenue by price-gouging. I have been to Starbucks locations in hotels, airports, casinos, New York City, and Maui--all places you'd expect to find higher prices. But this location has them all beat. The venti tea that I pay $4.25 for at home is $7.85 here. That's 85% higher (nearly double!). Making matters worse, after spending nearly $30 on two beverages and a sandwich, I asked for a cup of ice (tap) water. That's an additional $2.17! (I've never paid for a cup of water at a Starbucks before.) I will not return to this location. Assuming the resort is behind many of the businesses at this exit, there's no reason to get off the freeway at all. Las Vegas is only 30 miles further. You can wait. If there's anything positive to say it's that the staff was friendly and efficient. The cashier who told me she had to charge me for the water was appropriately apologetic. If I can rate this store 0, I will...I read all the reviews after my visit and mostly all of it are true. Employees Are more than rude and very disrespectful. Not even apologetic that they say their machine is not Working. I asked for water and they said that they charge $1 for the cup. I never heard about that since I get my Starbucks everyday. I never write reviews but this place has terrible customer service. Every single employee was moving as slow as the possibly could. You try to get their attention and they continue to ignore you. They were very well staffed but it seemed as there was only 1 person working. On my way to Vegas my family and I made a stop at this Starbucks in hopes of some good morning coffee, all 5 drinks did not taste right at all. All of the drinks tasted very old from the first sip. I get Starbucks daily in the mornings and have never tasted such bad drinks from any Starbucks before, so much I had to write a review on it. They need to fix the names of items on their menu. "Iced Matcha Green Tea" should not equal "Green Tea Latte" Every other latte item they have has "latte" in the name. Jezzzz now I know why this place have only one star, very crowded gas station and travelers stop, i always buy something from the store with no problem like any store, but the starbucks inside , dear god wha rude clerk the one with glasses and egg shape head looks like mexican but clear skin, i order to the cashier an african American a macchiato or late and a almonds crusson, everything went fine, but somehow this bold guy come out from the back an start yelling at the customers in a bad way, also another customer ask him for an empty cup for his ice and the clerk replied, I CHARGED A DOLLAR EXTRA FOR CUPS!!!!! Jezz everyone espend around 10 dollars each on coffe and pastries, don't be ridiculous with empty cups, but the way and tone the clerk answered wasn't right!!!!! Never thought i'd have an experience like this at a starbucks but tall cashier(Name is Pedro) was extremely rude and disrespectful. While I was in line, he kept talking to his coworkers and whenever he'd turn his attention back to a customer, his tone of voice sounded like he hated that customer. Also, I was not familiar with the "we ID all credit card payments" policy that was posted up and from my understanding a debit card is solely a debit card and not a credit card and so I thought it wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have my ID on me. So, when I said "but this is a debit card", with that same "i hate everyone here pls end my misery" tone of voice, he goes "ok...it runs as a credit card". My initial reaction was ???? And the only thing i said was "but.." and before I could say anything else he cut me off, with the same pissed off tone of voice and goes "do you have a car?" And then he had the audacity to tell me "I'm gonna need you to go back to your car and get your ID" as if we know each other as if he's my dad???? Like yes hello understood father cashier i will get my card for you so you won't have the worst day of your life......also i understand policy is policy and i would've happily returned to my car to get my ID but this dude literally directed me to do something in a really rude way that I didn't appreciate at all. You see, the policy wasn't the problem because that is something beyond a cashier's control but the way you handled it unprofessionally and with much disrespect, a better response to a customer who hasn't done any malicious thing to you is "yes, sorry we do ID for ALL CARD transactions" which i would've said "oh okay" to and proceeded to get my ID....but this guy wanted to get all rude for god knows what reason....Even the customer next to me who was waiting for his order said, "that guy really hates everything in the world right now". Biggest bullshit I've ever seen in my life!! First thing off I noticed is the price on the cake pops...5.15$. I was shook to my core. I ignore it and think maybe it's just the pastries that are more expensive, no big deal. Until I go up and get 2 drinks a venti latte which is normally 5.45...here it was 8.75. This Starbucks totally sucks. I knew it even before I went in the store. Its actually located in Primm, NV in front of Chevron gas station that has more than 30 gas pumps. Anyway, it is kind of located inside the convenient store that goes with the gas station with other franchise like Subway. I know Starbucks inside the hotels in Las Vegas overcharge but why here?! Seriously why are they charging so much here in Primm???? My grande size iced caramel macchiato was $5.55 without tax. Ridiculous! Some people diss the Starbucks in Barstow....I don't know why because that one always moves efficiently. It's clean and they accept ALL forms of payment. But this one here makes the Barstow location look like the Bellagio! Normal Saturday afternoon. I say normal because it wasn't a holiday weekend. Or a fight weekend. Or even EDC weekend. I'm gonna go with the majority here and say this Starbucks sucks. I've been to several and I know good service and drinks. We stopped by here on our way back and even though it's attached to a gas station doesn't give it an excuse to be this bad. My cashier was beyond slow, checking her nails and phone with a line a mile long. I know it wasn't just me complaining because others in line were yelling at her too and she couldn't care less. If you're attached to a gas station, you should know better especially a gas station just outside of Vegas. There's a lot of traffic here. It's beyond insane and this Starbucks needs to get with the program. The drink guy moved quick. As I was asking a question about a drink, she was already making it- leaving no room for me to decide or change my mind.
