There weren't any customers ahead of us. The team member at the register took both of our orders. The small Hot Cocoa with whipped cream was amazing! We've only visited twice, but the customer service each time has been exceptional. I love how they've added more drinks to their menu, giving customers a large selection to choose from, even though it makes it tough to pick a drink since I'm an incredibly indecisive person. Out of all their pastries, I've only tried their donut and it tasted just like Dunkin's (someone mentioned they're Winchell Donuts, so that's good to know!). Their frappucinos are pretty good, I just wish they were a tad bit more flavorful and I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the cup they serve it in (just remember to grab a straw or it'll make it nearly impossible to drink it). What did stand out was the delicious strawberry whip cream in their Little Mermaid frappucino. I am, however, a new fan of their refreshers! I tried the Sunrise Refresher and it was so flavorful, sometimes refreshers are a hit and miss at places like Starbucks, but this one will keep me coming back for more. I've been craving plantation iced tea which is something we find back home in Hawai'i, but surprisingly difficult to find in California and Vegas, but that's what their sunrise refresher was close to tasting like. I want to try their cold brew drinks next. The store itself has lots of seating, an ATM inside, and just lots of Asian pop culture spread out throughout the store.
