We don't have many choices here, but this one is the main one. It's the bigger and better of the two Starbucks on Fort Irwin. It's between the post office and library on post. Large windows and several seating options, tables with chairs, upholstered chairs with side tables, and a counter height bar & seats along the front window. If you don't mind the aridity, you can sit outside on the patio. And, as of March 9th, the drive-thru is open! Yesssss! Finally, been waiting the years for it! Haha. It wasn't closed for that long, but I started this review about that long ago! Been here several times, but now can use the drive-thru! They've also upgraded the inside with more machines, new seating, and added a cute bistro table with two chairs in the corner past the bathrooms by the ordering counter. Previously, it had chairs turned upside down (eye sore) due to Covid-19 pandemic; and then, it was blocked off,... then nothing. Now, it's not wasted space. More pictures to come. Service is better. I may update my rating, but I think 3.5 stars is deserving. I've only had to wait in a long line once. They do get long lines, so I guess I usually arrive before it forms or at non-busy times during the day. I avoid 08:15-09:30 am! Best update is that now they accept payment using your rewards app! Scan for your points & to pay! Finally!!!

This Starbucks is clean and fast service. The baristas are super nice and make my drinks to perfection. I enjoyed this Starbucks while I was at ruba. The WiFi here doesn't work for some reason, but if you go across the street to the library you can stream for hours

Great coffee. Long line for such a busy location. Needs minimum of 3 employees in morning.

We've only visited twice, but the customer service each time has been exceptional. I love how they've added more drinks to their menu, giving customers a large selection to choose from, even though it makes it tough to pick a drink since I'm an incredibly indecisive person. Out of all their pastries, I've only tried their donut and it tasted just like Dunkin's (someone mentioned they're Winchell Donuts, so that's good to know!). Their frappucinos are pretty good, I just wish they were a tad bit more flavorful and I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the cup they serve it in (just remember to grab a straw or it'll make it nearly impossible to drink it). What did stand out was the delicious strawberry whip cream in their Little Mermaid frappucino. I am, however, a new fan of their refreshers! I tried the Sunrise Refresher and it was so flavorful, sometimes refreshers are a hit and miss at places like Starbucks, but this one will keep me coming back for more. I've been craving plantation iced tea which is something we find back home in Hawai'i, but surprisingly difficult to find in California and Vegas, but that's what their sunrise refresher was close to tasting like. I want to try their cold brew drinks next. The store itself has lots of seating, an ATM inside, and just lots of Asian pop culture spread out throughout the store. They're open until 7pm which is great since a lot of other places (to include HBB) close early.

I do not like to drink a coffee that is doused with sugar and syrup that hides the actual coffee! The doughnuts were old though. Our second visit, was an improvement as the doughnuts were definitely "fresh" that day! Hubby got several to go which tasted great. The subsequent visit and doughnuts made up for the first visit's disappointment with all stale doughnuts. No savings when you buy half a dozen, so I was shocked at the "sticker price" after biting into what seemed like donuts that had been sitting out for a few days! Meh. This last visit was by far our favorite! They had filled the inside with artwork by local students from elementary to high school. And, I must say that there are some truly talented young artists out here! What a nice surprise to get a free donut for our kiddo during the Spring Carnival which was honoring military kids. (April is known as the Month of the Military Child.) We were lucky to grab a table for four and enjoy our coffee and donuts inside - out of the sun and heat. Their show of appreciation for the local community was heartwarming. I can't say the same about my beverage though. Unfortunately, I did not care for the refresher drink, the dragonfruit one - which was not available. Of course, that would be my luck. The alternative or suggested substitution sounded great, but I didn't care too much for it. He sold it well with the description. It tasted too sweet and looked like juice(s) with some crushed ice floating on the top half of it. I regretted that choice and wished I had ordered an iced coffee or just ice water! I'd definitely go back again and recommend their coffee drinks and doughnuts. We will be trying more baked goodies and their sandwiches as they become available as the perfect quick lunch! Rounding up to 4 stars as I want to give them the benefit of the doubt as a new business. I'm glad the community has another option for coffee & food. I believe in supporting them as they are still getting started with a new menu while striving to please their customers. The service was great every time!

The first time, we drove up and took our drinks to a nearby park for my toddler to get the wiggles out, and the second time we came in to order and use the bathroom - heads up, they do not have a changing table. The iced horchata espresso was a good choice, if sweeter than I usually like my drinks. I appreciate that they have a giant XL size for about $7. Second visit, my drink was an iced chocolate cold brew with mint foam, a March special. This one was awful, with chocolate puddled at the bottom instead of mixed in. The foam was okay. My daughter usually steals my drinks but she had no interest in this one. My husband got a chai both times and enjoyed them. If you have time to get their app ahead of your visit, you get $1 off your first order and accrue points.

Sucks that the owner does not have anyone helping her. Long lines at the drive through and a line inside, she was putting it down. It's also a bit concerning to have her alone with no security and a lot of homeless outside. If the owner is reading this review, you need to higher some help or at least make sure she is safe. Didn't try the food at this joint but did try out the creme brulee latte with oat milk. Was pretty good.

I was on my way to LV and stopped here to see what the hype was all about. Location is quite convenient as it's right off the 15 Fwy. They have 26 gas pumps. I was impressed and amazed by the massive variety of candy, nuts, chocolates, dried fruits, sugar-free candy, international candy, and more. It was WOW for me! Quality was good, too. Besides great snacks, they have an abundance of cool and soft plushies, too. Another big WOW! Will post photos later. There are 3 fast-casual restaurants. You may start your meal with freshly made sandwiches, salads, chicken tenders, burgers, fries, or pizzas and end it with Peet's coffee, popcorn, premium Jedidiah's jerky, or ice cream. So many options! I picked up a couple bags of tasty snacks, indulged in a cup of yummy ice cream, got a soft plushie or two and a few magnets. Can't leave without my magnets! LOL Prices were reasonable. Staff was nice and helpful. Restrooms were very clean and well maintained. If you've driven past EddieWorld and thought of exiting, think no more, just exit and explore. Enjoy and have fun!

I've always had great experiences with Bad Ass Coffee... especially at the Rancho Cucamonga location, where the staff consistently goes above and beyond. Because of that, I had high expectations for this Hesperia location. Unfortunately, this visit was farrrrr short. I ordered two drinks; one with whipped cream and one specifically without. When the drinks were prepared, the one that was supposed to include whipped cream didn't have it. At no point did any staff member mention they were out of whipped cream. When I asked about it at the counter, I was met with a dismissive response: "Oh, we're out of whipped cream for the day." There was no apology or effort to make it right. What made the situation more frustrating was overhearing staff offer alternative options (like cold foam alternative) to customers right after us due to the same issue. That option was never extended to us, which felt inconsistent and unfair. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. The staff's behavior came across as oddly secretive and unwelcoming, especially when my sister and niece arrived. It felt like there were unnecessary comments and attitudes directed toward us, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I believe this location would benefit from additional training in customer services. Particularly around communication, consistency, and treating all customers with equal respect. At a minimum, situations like running out of an ingredient should be clearly communicated, along with an apology and an alternative option offered to every customer. It's extremely disappointing to see this level of service associated with a brand that I've otherwise held in high regard.
