Here I am again sitting forever in the drive thru. I think I will update this every time I spend too long here. I actually haven't been back in the last five months--I have been avoiding this super slow line and taking my money elsewhere but today I decided to give this place another shot. Been in the line for almost 10 minutes now and there are only two cars ahead of me but they haven't moved either. Maybe a sign indicating why I will be waiting for so long would help. read more

He was very accommodating when my order was incorrectly made and even offered to Remake for free to make sure that I as a customer was satisfied. I stop by Starbucks every day, and the first person to greet meis always patricia Landeros. She never fails to smile and say, Good morning Louie!- she even knows me by name. A few months ago, we stopped at a store during a road trip. While I was paying with my card, the cashier was chatting with me. As I focused on the screen, I noticed she pressed the tip button. I thought that was odd, so I canceled the transaction. When she re-entered the order, she tried to hit the tip button again. I told her I got it and made sure to select "No Tip" myself. Everything is great. No complaints.. you get your coffee and go sometimes it's busy but same thing grab your coffee and go.

This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been in. Even if you order through the app 10 minutes ahead of arriving, expect to wait another 5-10 minutes before they get to your order. 80% of the times I come to this particular location, I've had to wait. It looks like they have 3 people working the drive-thru orders, one person working the mobile order pickup and walk-ins and one person at the register. What good is ordering through the app when I can just walk in and the person that's running the register can just fill a cup with coffee and off I go? I only order regular Pikes Place hot coffee. The wait time here in unbelievably long! Sure they are nice about it and apologize but seriously, there were at least 8 guys (YES GUYS ONLY) working there and they STILL take a million years!!! Absolutely slowest service ever! Still waiting in drive through line and stuck here for over 20 minutes! Averaging 5 minutes per car! Beyond slow! A bit disappointed, I stopped by 10:20am and ordered two blonde coffees. They did not have any and did not offer a pour over. Most Starbucks offer Blonde coffee until 11am. Ok I don't want to be a hater but this store had me wait twenty minutes for a black coffee three months ago and told me that they don't make coffee during the day... Starbucks. ? Absolutely the WORST Starbucks ever. Poor service. The baristas have horrible attitudes and the drive thru takes forever. I ordered a decaf mocha and was told they were out of decaf. Still currently waiting. We have been waiting for 45 minutes and after standing still for 20 minutes my boyfriend goes inside to order and 6 employees were working. 2 were sitting down on their phones with a line wrapped around and he still got ignored for another 10 minutes before someone took his order. If you are busy why do you have employees sitting down on their phones while everybody is doing all the work. We have came here before and some days it goes by faster but most days are like this. You should really be looking at who is suppose to be leading this team to be successful instead of being rude and like this to employees and costumers. read more

I highly recommend for you to get a Gold Card membership it's free and you get great discounts and benefits. I've had one now for a few years and I'm always getting free drinks. Most of the employees recognize you if your a regular and remember your name wish that's pretty cool when you go somewhere and they know you by your name. I've given this Starbucks multiple chances and I'm disappointed EVERY time. They never get my drink right. I just ordered a Carmel Frap and they didnt put Carmel. I kindly asked them if they could put some and they left a thick layer of Carmel on top. Went to get a coffee after an errand run and purchasing two new toilets from Lowes. The girl at the drive thru window forgot to return the card, called this morning and no one turned it in, they swiped the card for ITunes, found out from the bank customer service that handled lost and stolen dept. been looking in the truck multiple times and it ain't in the house. Well, you may be newest but you just lost a customer and victim, plus we know your drinks are overpriced, come on this is Porterville, small town cost is more our cup of tea. I come here a lot. 90% of the time through drive-through but on days like today I'm here because I needed a place to do homework. I understand Starbucks is suppose to be a place the public can hangout even if they don't purchase anything but allowing people in who don't necessarily have proper hygiene to sit along the benches will cause you to lose customers. I've been sitting here for a few hours and there's been At least a handful of people that come in and just sit to use WiFi and outlets. I have wanted to get up and leave many times because the smell is terrible. Even after they left for a few minutes the smell lingered. I wish there was something that could be done to eliminate the issue but I was one of four people who said the same thing. Worst location ever... Getting scolded by a young lady for touching a bag with a bagel in it leaning against my latte when my name was called. I had ordered a latte and egg bites.
