Why is this store sooooooooo slow?? If it wasn't around the corner I would go somewhere else. It's like they are always short staffed and no matter how long I place the order in advance, I'm Still stuck sitting at the window waiting. I usually try to order in the city where I work because even though their lines are long, they move more quickly than the dude I'm watching fumble around right now. A few months ago, we stopped at a store during a road trip. While I was paying with my card, the cashier was chatting with me. As I focused on the screen, I noticed she pressed the tip button. I thought that was odd, so I canceled the transaction. When she re-entered the order, she tried to hit the tip button again. I told her I got it and made sure to select "No Tip" myself. Even if you order through the app 10 minutes ahead of arriving, expect to wait another 5-10 minutes before they get to your order. 80% of the times I come to this particular location, I've had to wait. It looks like they have 3 people working the drive-thru orders, one person working the mobile order pickup and walk-ins and one person at the register. What good is ordering through the app when I can just walk in and the person that's running the register can just fill a cup with coffee and off I go? I only order regular Pikes Place hot coffee. Still currently waiting. We have been waiting for 45 minutes and after standing still for 20 minutes my boyfriend goes inside to order and 6 employees were working. 2 were sitting down on their phones with a line wrapped around and he still got ignored for another 10 minutes before someone took his order. If you are busy why do you have employees sitting down on their phones while everybody is doing all the work. We have came here before and some days it goes by faster but most days are like this. You should really be looking at who is suppose to be leading this team to be successful instead of being rude and like this to employees and costumers. read more

The girl at the drive thru window forgot to return the card, called this morning and no one turned it in, they swiped the card for ITunes, found out from the bank customer service that handled lost and stolen dept. been looking in the truck multiple times and it ain't in the house. I highly recommend for you to get a Gold Card membership it's free and you get great discounts and benefits. I've had one now for a few years and I'm always getting free drinks. Most of the employees recognize you if your a regular and remember your name wish that's pretty cool when you go somewhere and they know you by your name. I come here a lot. 90% of the time through drive-through but on days like today I'm here because I needed a place to do homework. I understand Starbucks is suppose to be a place the public can hangout even if they don't purchase anything but allowing people in who don't necessarily have proper hygiene to sit along the benches will cause you to lose customers. I've been sitting here for a few hours and there's been At least a handful of people that come in and just sit to use WiFi and outlets. I have wanted to get up and leave many times because the smell is terrible. Even after they left for a few minutes the smell lingered. I wish there was something that could be done to eliminate the issue but I was one of four people who said the same thing.
