4 shots at the human bean 3.75!
Candice G.

I really keep going to this location because of how close it is leaving home headed to work. But i also pass human bean which is where i have to fix the constant mistakes. Love to try the new drinks... but i did come for coffee so adding 4 shots and paying the 5 dollar up charge plus tipping two dollar makes for a 12 dollar coffee that really has no coffee at all! So beyoooond over this location !! wake up !! If' patrons are making this one of the first stops of the day and it's unpleasant we will eventually just stop coming all together. They literally just didn't add expresso. I've gotten it once a few days ago and it was layered the matcha expresso and then lavender crème and this time it was just left out probably because the baristas inexperience but the consumer drives all the way to work and i had began gathering my items to get out of my car before i realized. It's just a constant morning disappointment going to this location

Chris taking my order is a great employee. Explained the drink, great small talk and requested feedback on the new golden foam espresso from their menu. Decent coffee, great service from Chris! Moral of the story: Be like Chris - Eddie

SB on the corner of 24th st and Indian School. The Los Olivos park is just up the street. There is a roomy seating area with a private meeting room. A nice, large patio is also on the street side. Staff is very busy maintaining excellent courtesy, professionalism and speed completing orders. Above avg. SB with drive thru. Recommended.

I usually stop at this Starbucks when I'm in the area. They have a drive thru. They also have a huge area to sit inside. They even have 3 personal sofas. They even have a room to have meetings in and you can close the door. I never saw this at any other Starbucks. They have different drinks from coffee to teas to frappacinos. My favorite is the caramel frappacino & the iced white chocolate mocha is good. Also my favorite is the cheese danish. You can download the app and get points when you buy from Starbucks. Once you get 125 points you get a free drink/food item. Also there's special offers when your a Starbucks member. You also get a free birthday drink or food. Also you can order on your phone and it will be ready by the time you get to the store to pick it up, it's called mobile order. I love this feature so I don't wait forever in line and I'm in a rush.

What happens when you're working from home and a blackout happens causing your much needed wifi to go out? You can either stop working until the electricity returns or go to your nearest, conveniently located Starbucks to resume your work. And that's exactly what I did today! Generally speaking, I always have a pleasant experience with any Starbucks I go to. However, the one located on 28th St and Indian School might be my favorite location. It has the perfect setup for a work/study environment. They have areas with outlets that are perfect for laptop carriers such as myself and a large conference room for any group of people that require privacy. I quickly got my caramel iced coffee and got right back into work. Starbucks usually has a quiet surrounding and as such, I was able to work without any outside distractions. And being that I am a Starbucks Rewards member, I was able to get my refill and finish the rest of my work before I went home. Whether it be a quick drive-thru stop to grab coffee or a multi-hour stay to finish up on tasks, this Starbucks is perfect for a visit!

Mobile ordered... no greeting from anyone. Half of order wasn't ready with the other half. Had to ask... walk up orders that came in after mine were fulfilled before mine. Disappointed today.

Disgusting environment and horrible customer service.

Negative stars for sure. The customer service is HORRIBLE. We waited 30 minutes for 2 waters and a small tea. And the environment is dirty. The staff was SO RUDE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

At this Starbucks there is a small room to reserve for meetings or game playing. Wow!

Drive thru is very slow. I wish they would speed it up. If you can't go in I recommend a different drive thru.

Bags of beans are still pretty small for how much they cost, but they've also won some awards semi-recently, so I understand. I also appreciate that it's one of the calmer spaces to do some laptop work without being hassled or dealing with blaring music. *I totally understand that ingredient prices have gone through the roof lately! Lots of parking in the garage and I'm pretty sure it's free. Went in through the back entrance and the space is bright, clean, with some greenery. Cool bar setup with baristas making specialty drinks. I was between 2 drinks and but got the Rafa (recommended). Sooo good. Got it with oat milk and it was creamy, smooth, not too sweet, with a subtle nutty buttery flavor. Barista handed it to me which was sweet. I saw another barista like delivering to people sitting so that's always nice. Also grabbed the Miso Pecan Spelt Cookie Crispy, chewy, not too sweet. I went right before 10am and some desserts were sold out already! I'd come back for sure. Sit down and try something else.

They have real plants placed in different areas of the cafe and everything seemed to be well maintained. It wasn't too sweet, yet you can taste the pandan flavor and it was easy to drink. If you haven't had Vietnamese coffees before and you are in Arizona, looking for caffeine refill, I highly recommend you go check out Cafe Mollie. This place offers plenty of free parking spaces.

If I could give a place 10*s, Lux has more than earned the title…read more Cool space coffee shops are definitely a thing in Phoenix lately--but Lux was the "design-genius-with-a-latte-machine" long before coffee shops were even a thing here. I've been frequenting this architectural marvel for over 10 years. While so many new shops try to mimic this vibe, none of them are Lux. Lux is King! The 11-Year Flashback: I looked back at my review from 11 years ago when I docked them a star for the "nightmare parking." Back then, I was a "to-go" only person who never envisioned myself as a laptop-hipster hanging out. Well, times change! I'm bumping them up to 5 stars now. Maybe it's the new competition nearby or my better timing, but the parking is a breeze, and I've officially embraced the "comfy chair" lifestyle. The "Cheers" Factor: What really sets this place apart is the people. After a decade of visits, it truly feels like Cheers--where everybody knows my name! Getting to know the folks behind the counter makes every visit feel like coming home. The Sip of the Night: I shifted from my usual plain Cappuccino as my target drink to include in a review to feature their Espresso Martini. I went with a Reposado base instead of the typical vodka, and it was stellar. With two full bars in addition to the coffee and pastry bar, craft drinks truly abound here! (Note: they have an amazing cappuccino too) The Comfort Classics: You cannot leave without the food. My go-to favorites? The Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese and the legendary Chocolate Chip or Red Velvet cookies. Return Factor: 100% I've been coming here for a decade, and it's still the gold standard. As I said in my review 11 years ago: "I see a book, comfy chair and cocktail in my future! Stumble home... Repeat." Still true today! #PHXCoffeeShopTour #1CupAtATime #LuxCentral #PhoenixOriginal #EspressoMartini #FlashbackReview
