On June 24,2025, I ordered 2 Trenta size Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brews. A few hours later I went through the drive through to get an ice water because I had been walking and it was humid outside. They refused to let me buy a water unless I ordered something off the menu. Told me the cheapest item would be $2.10 string cheese. I left and went elsewhere. Starbucks could surely look at my app or scan it to allow an ice water since I did spend nearly $12 the same day. They are money hungry and have no compassion for someone that may just need a water. This location has gone through fantastic managers who were moved to open new stores, with replacements who tried to just run it based on its great staff/reputation for friendly awesome baristas. After Covid, there was a barrage of unfriendly, rude baristas but new manager is steering this location back to the customer-centric service that made them great in the first place. Regulars fled during mismanagement but are back now. It's a very busy, smallish parking lot type of location but parking is typically available pretty close to the doors, always available with a little walk. The service is solid, friendly and they are connected to their regulars again. . Crafted coffee ain't cheap so baristas with great attitude and service is critical. They have both, even through incredibly busy times. read more

This busy location of Starbucks sits on the rushing intersection of 370 and 72nd. The parking lot (like SOOO many Sbux) is small, awkward, and hard to maneuver. They DO have a drive thru, which is at least created in a logical sense, but all the stalls positioned around it make it hard to back out of a stall when the drive thru line gets backed up. After leaving, it is hard to make a left turn out to head South on 72nd- esp during rush hours. Drinks here have been satisfactory and the staff is nice enough. They are always busy and most of the time the tables are full of patrons. read more

We have gone to this Starbuck for years. It has absolutely declined in service. We went to try the new refresher on Sunday, May 12 at around 5 pm. The person taking our order was incredibly rude, even saying "like I said" when she never said. The three of us were completely taken back by the attitude! They were out of everything, the refresher was pretty much clear and flavorless with 5 or 6 flavor Raspberry Flavored Pearls, wrong cup and no straw. We asked for a straw and we were given the small straw. It was whatever at that point. Could careless about the straw, just wanted to leave. I tried calling the store the next day to speak to the manager, no one answered the phone.. all day long! I picked up a refresher from the LaVista store today, the same one we ordered at the Papillion Store and the taste, color and difference was incredible. And .. I was given a big straw without asking. If you want the same consistency of your drink every time you visit this is not the place. You can go here multiple times during the week and they will make your favorite drink different every single time! Don't know how this is even possible when you keep ordering the same thing but no matter what you order from the menu it's always different depending on the person which is so annoying. One morning it could be the best coffee of your life. Then the next morning it can taste like complete shit. There is multiple times I see people (including myself) having to go back in to get their drink remade because it's not what we have ordered. So disappointing. So sad that this Starbucks is horrible. I am not a drink snob at all I get the same refresher every time and it's just a mix with coconut milk or lemonade. Almost every time I get this drink at this location it's different and it's awful. Either almost all mix And super bitter or too much milk and I can't even taste the mix. I asked once for more and It was a huge problem. This last time, they literally only gave me a drink half full with no strawberries or coconut milk. I normally come here and occasionally there's something wrong with my order but its always resolved. Today however, I went and ordered a bagel and my normal drink. I asked if they had any cinnamon bagels left and the lady taking my order told me they did. When I got to the window though, she told me they would only be able to make a plain or everything bagel. No big deal though. When i drove away and tasted my drink, it tasted completely watered down. Like i had let it sit out all day. I then checked the sticker to make sure it was the right drink, and noticed that it had been made almost 25 minutes before I received it. Really?? I only sat in the drive through less than 5 minutes as it's never super busy at this location. Meaning my drink was made for someone else, and they didnt want it or it was incorrect so the baristas let it sit for 25 minutes until someone else ordered it. Gross read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was told it would be ready shortly. I stood by the counter where orders are served for 10 minutes. I order at the drive-through side, and when i get to the window, she told me a different order, so i told her that's not mine, i told her that i ordered a black tea.
