I ordered my daughter a venti hazelnut oatmilk shaken expresso with light ice. The ice was almost to the top of the glass. I would say it was heavy ice rather than light. This is the third time we had problems there in the last 6 months. Will not go there again. A shame because this one and Bellevue used to be my favorite ones. read more

Always consistent with the way they make their drinks.. hot or cold drinks.. not too sweet and not all about whip cream. Though when it comes to drive thru, we always have to make sure the lids are closed tightly lol.. read more

On June 24,2025, I ordered 2 Trenta size Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brews. A few hours later I went through the drive through to get an ice water because I had been walking and it was humid outside. They refused to let me buy a water unless I ordered something off the menu. Told me the cheapest item would be $2.10 string cheese. I left and went elsewhere. Starbucks could surely look at my app or scan it to allow an ice water since I did spend nearly $12 the same day. They are money hungry and have no compassion for someone that may just need a water. Charge for the water, if necessary but don't make me spend over $2 to get one! read more

I've left a review on this location before but, even a YEAR later it still hasn't improved. i always do drive thru, and without a doubt every time they either don't have something i'm wanting, are either super rude or super nice, or they don't make the drink right... my drink at the moment tastes like strawberries when it's a regular coffee. never coming here again no matter how convenient it may be. if you live in NE and you're reading this, GO TO THE 84th nd BRENTWOOD OR 72nd (and cornhusker) LOCATION!!! read more

Starbucks - the floor of a coffee shop - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

This location is hit or miss for business. I stopped yesterday for my free birthday drink and pulled up immediately. The girl working the windows was very friendly. My order was perfect too. read more

Although the intersection is a bit tricky, it is one of my favorite locations to sit in. Friendly and quiet atmosphere, drink is always spot on and I LOVE that they use mugs and glasses for indoor use. read more

This location has gone through fantastic managers who were moved to open new stores, with replacements who tried to just run it based on its great staff/reputation for friendly awesome baristas. After Covid, there was a barrage of unfriendly, rude baristas but new manager is steering this location back to the customer-centric service that made them great in the first place. Regulars fled during mismanagement but are back now. It's a very busy, smallish parking lot type of location but parking is typically available pretty close to the doors, always available with a little walk. The service is solid, friendly and they are connected to their regulars again. . Crafted coffee ain't cheap so baristas with great attitude and service is critical. They have both, even through incredibly busy times. read more

This busy location of Starbucks sits on the rushing intersection of 370 and 72nd. The parking lot (like SOOO many Sbux) is small, awkward, and hard to maneuver. They DO have a drive thru, which is at least created in a logical sense, but all the stalls positioned around it make it hard to back out of a stall when the drive thru line gets backed up. After leaving, it is hard to make a left turn out to head South on 72nd- esp during rush hours. Drinks here have been satisfactory and the staff is nice enough. They are always busy and most of the time the tables are full of patrons. read more

No eggnog or hazelnut. The employees had no urgency. They made a drink for a customer that walked in after 2 others just because they knew them!!! Not coming back!! read more

We have gone to this Starbuck for years. It has absolutely declined in service. We went to try the new refresher on Sunday, May 12 at around 5 pm. The person taking our order was incredibly rude, even saying "like I said" when she never said. The three of us were completely taken back by the attitude! They were out of everything, the refresher was pretty much clear and flavorless with 5 or 6 flavor Raspberry Flavored Pearls, wrong cup and no straw. We asked for a straw and we were given the small straw. It was whatever at that point. Could careless about the straw, just wanted to leave. I tried calling the store the next day to speak to the manager, no one answered the phone.. all day long! I picked up a refresher from the LaVista store today, the same one we ordered at the Papillion Store and the taste, color and difference was incredible. And .. I was given a big straw without asking. Done with the Papillion Starbucks on 72nd and hwy 370. This is so sad, it use to be so awesome and convenient. read more

Can I just say, if you don't have their app, you need it. I've never had an order wrong, delayed or skipped as a result and for a quick fly bye it's a total life saver. Snagged the infamous Cinnamon Shortbread Latte - venti of course - and it doesn't disappoint! Never mind those sweet ham and swiss paninis! Low on time? Swing through the drive through and announce you're picking up an order and the staff is always willing to get it out the window fast. read more

Overall I tend to like Starbucks and normally get good service from the chain. This location is a very poor example of the overall service for this company. Rude staff and poor service. This location has lost my business. Moving forward I will frequent Scooter's or a different Starbucks. read more

The iced brown sugar shaken espresso is never done correctly. I have to drive to the Starbucks inside of target to get a decent one. They either don't know how to make it, change the oatmilk or both. It's the closest to my house which is disappointing. read more

I love how the baristas know me by name and greet me every time I come by. I feel like my drink is always made perfectly at this location.

Well run Starbucks. Good service, quick & efficient, clean, and my drink gets to me quick & hot. What else is there? It's a little difficult to get in and out of. Not the best entry/exit on 72nd. But other than that, a great location. read more

I often go here on my way to work. I am surprised to see such a low rating. I order through the app... SO convenient and don't understand why everybody doesn't do this!!!!!! So frustrated with this Starbucks. Was in there this morning. Pretty sure left something valuable in the store. A note on the door indicates they recently changed hours to close at 5. Visited a few minutes after. Multiple team members still in the store. One came to the glass. Would not communicate with me. I will not be purchasing from this Starbucks again! read more

While the drinks are good, today was the second time in a row that I just stood there awkwardly while no one took my order. No fewer than six people were behind the counter, and they were all standing around. Maybe the person who ran the register was in the back or something, but someone could have at least started on my drink or, you know, said "hello." The first time, I stuck it out for a little over three minutes before someone finally asked me what I wanted. This time, I just walked away. I just wanted to give you money in exchange for caffeination! Whyyyyyyyy read more

I know there is nothing that amazing about Starbucks... but I am totally addicted to the Chai Latte soy no water because I can be a bit pretentious. Although, I order the same thing from just about every Starbucks I go to. I realized that some stores make it taste way better than others. This Starbucks on Papillion is my new fave the people are perky and my Chai is made with love and happiness that makes it taste better to me then say the Starbucks in Bellevue. They try but it is somewhat of a drab experience there. So I don't really mind going out of my way for coffee and a smile. read more

If you want the same consistency of your drink every time you visit this is not the place. You can go here multiple times during the week and they will make your favorite drink different every single time! Don't know how this is even possible when you keep ordering the same thing but no matter what you order from the menu it's always different depending on the person which is so annoying. One morning it could be the best coffee of your life. Then the next morning it can taste like complete shit. There is multiple times I see people (including myself) having to go back in to get their drink remade because it's not what we have ordered. So disappointing. Better to go to the Starbucks in HyVee across the street. read more

I hate liars! I ordered a total of 3 drinks and 2 were made correctly. The 3rd was not made the way I asked. I told the barista that my drink was not made correctly. She took it away, said she remade it and handed me the same drink back. The time stamp was the same, it looked the same. She lied. read more

Starbucks - Clearly there is water added to my drink, you can practically see through it!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

So sad that this Starbucks is horrible. I am not a drink snob at all I get the same refresher every time and it's just a mix with coconut milk or lemonade. Almost every time I get this drink at this location it's different and it's awful. Either almost all mix And super bitter or too much milk and I can't even taste the mix. I asked once for more and It was a huge problem. This last time, they literally only gave me a drink half full with no strawberries or coconut milk. I ordered light ice because I have to travel with it and that was the only difference. 6 ounces with ice for $6....I can't justify that. Also, my kids have gotten moldy cake pops TWICE there. The one at hyvee is so much better and faster! read more

The drive through is THE WORST I've been sitting in line since 10:50 and its 11:15 and I'm just now the second car. The lady taking orders even said "see you in a bit" even she knows it will be forever. The product is good but I drive out 30 minutes to avoid this Starbucks like the plague.... 11:21. Just exited and my drink order isn't even correct. Scratch the product is good portion. I ordered a trenta, got charged for it, and received a venti. I quit. read more

I normally come here and occasionally there's something wrong with my order but its always resolved. Today however, I went and ordered a bagel and my normal drink. I asked if they had any cinnamon bagels left and the lady taking my order told me they did. When I got to the window though, she told me they would only be able to make a plain or everything bagel. No big deal though. When i drove away and tasted my drink, it tasted completely watered down. Like i had let it sit out all day. I then checked the sticker to make sure it was the right drink, and noticed that it had been made almost 25 minutes before I received it. Really?? I only sat in the drive through less than 5 minutes as it's never super busy at this location. Meaning my drink was made for someone else, and they didnt want it or it was incorrect so the baristas let it sit for 25 minutes until someone else ordered it. Gross read more

Waited. Ordered a Venti Americano. Got going in the car and realized they used cold tap water and hot espresso. Gross. Drove back which takes 5 minutes with the way the roads are set up for no u-turn. Waited. Nicely explained the mistake. A different barista made it and still used cold tap water. I didn't even know what to say. Do I teach them how to make an Americano? That would make me an @ss. So I simply left. I've never had this happen at another coffee shop (or Starbucks). Now I wasted a half hour. Ruined my morning. read more

I always go to this place and never experience any bad customer services, but today i was very mad at "Kati". I order at the drive-through side, and when i get to the window, she told me a different order, so i told her that's not mine, i told her that i ordered a black tea. Then she closed the window, and talked to the other girl. After that she opened the window and just scan my phone while talking still to someone. And i told her that i have a free drink reward, and she was like "oh we have to press the button before we scan your phone." Then gave me my drink without saying sorry and closed the window. I been to several Starbucks for years, but rarely leaving the store with anger. Im very disappointed. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and was told it would be ready shortly. I stood by the counter where orders are served for 10 minutes. I then asked a barista if an order she placed on the counter was mine, she snapped "This is for Mark". I waited another 15 minutes and asked if my order was ready. The barista that originally took my order asked if I ordered anything! I ended up leaving empty handed (after a refund). I will never visit this location again. read more

I recently went and sometimes their flavored lattes taste different, I find their not consistent in preparing coffees, I am disappointed after spending $4.44, and it tastes like burned coffee w / syrup.
