Pretty good. Drink i got was the sangria tea it was alright just didn't like how strong i tasted the cinnamon. Within a few minutes of ordering we got our orders. My husband ordered a chocolate white mocha and it was good but was tasting mostly chocolate so if you like chocolate you'll like it but if like more of a coffee taste maybe ask to lessen the amount of chocolate? I had order something and it was sitting on the counter for 10 mintues. The cashier did not ask for my name so I didn't even know it was ready. The barista was calling other orders by name and when I ordered my food they were not busy. I am very disappointment and will never order anything from this particular Starbucks again. I have only been to this Starbucks three times and two out of the three have not been good experiences. The first time I went my drink was wrong and when I mentioned it to the barista at the window she said that I was wrong and didn't word it right when I ordered. I have ordered this drink for years and I have traveled all over the US and it has always been the same, but a month in and they are telling me I am wrong... I thought the customer was always right?! Then today I ordered the same drink and when I got to the window and paid my drink was handed to me and made wrong again, when I let her know I ordered a "skinny" she just said "oh sorry" and shrugged it off.... bottom line bad customer service!! I go to the Oroville Starbucks and normally get what I order, however, today was really different. Went inside and ordered my usual Large Mocha Frappuccino and when it was handed to me I asked the girl, don't I get whipped cream. She said oh yes and put the whipped cream on the top. Got in the car and when I started out of the parking lot, took a sip and it was so strong it tasted bitter and yukky. When I got down the street where I could turn around, I took it back to Starbucks and the same girl came to the counter and smiled and said "you didn't like it?" I told her it was the worst thing I had ever tasted. She responded that was because it was Mocha. I told her I have had quite a few of them and never had one that tasted anything like that and handed it over the counter and said once again it was terrible. I left the store without my drink and out my money. This is the second time this has happened only last time was offered a gift card for $4.00, but the drink I ordered was $5.50 at the time. This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. No sense of urgency by the employees. They are hit and miss on getting my drink correct. I would frequent this Starbucks more often if they could learn to be quick and accurate, which I require for a business that charges $5+ for a coffee. The girl with the long blonde ponytail working the drive thru needs to stop ignoring customers!!!!! She never took my order at the drive through so I rolled up to the window and sat there while she talked on her headphone the entire time, ignoring me. I commute to work from Chico to Marysville so I'm so glad Oroville got a Starbucks right off the hwy. I go here probably 3 times a week and it is the fastest and nicest location I've ever been to. Sometimes the drive-thru has no line at 6:30am! I once got through the drive thru and back on the road in 2 minutes! Awesome! read more

Always horrible customer service and today was no different. I ordered my drink, he repeated it back to me, and proceeded to make the wrong drink. When I said something, he said, oh, you want that now? Then just mixes a bunch of other ingredients in with it, and it was horrible. It was obvious it was intentional. They need new employees or fix their existing employees. There is a Dutch Bros down the street and that's where customers will go. read more

Seriously one of the BEST Starbucks I've ever been to. This location opened up during Summer 2016, and I was nervous that the service would be awful. I go through the drive through 2-5 times a week, and they're always quick and get my order correct. I commute to Yuba City for work and would rather stop here than the Marysville Starbucks any day. read more

I went around 12 pm to the drive through, I didn't catch her name, but she had Red hair and excellent customer service!!! I never go to Starbucks, so she helped me figure out a vegetarian option, and a drink with less sugar, at that very quickly without feeling rushed at all! Have been a few times and so far their service has always been great in the drive-thru. Very friendly and I've always gotten through fairly quickly. But every time I've been through the fraps that we buy (java chip and caramel) taste like absolute crap. Like burnt coffee. It is to the point where they are almost undrinkable. If I am headed to Chico/Marysville/Yuba City I am better off just waiting until I get there to get a drink. But they are really nice! read more

I was not even acknowledged as a human being...just told me how much I owed and didn't even look at me to give me my change, just looked the other way and stuck her hand out...I had to tap her hand so she would know she could let go of the change into my hand.
