Visited october 22nd...see my receipt. After extending my stay in Oroville I decided to try Lots A Java. They have indoor seating along with a drive thru. They have scrambled eggs..bagels..burritos ..biscuits and gravy..and more. They also have a lunch menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice selection of coffee![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Take out or door dash options as well. I ordered the bagel with bacon and pepper jack cheese. It was toasted nicely with plenty of bacon. In retrospect I should have included an egg on the bagel! Drive thru was very busy at around 9am. It also has a parking lot so you can come in and enjoy your food. It was a good experience with a friendly cashier! read more

Lots a Java is my local go to. I love that I can also DoorDash them if I'm not able to stop by. The employees are so sweet and I've rarely ever had an issue with service or my order. The biscuits and gravy are the best in town, they always have fun menu options to try and the pricing is reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend supporting this small business. read more

So I've been here twice for food only, no coffee or anything like that. It's okay if you just want to feel your stomach. They don't seem to use any seasoning, not even salt and pepper. I've gotten a couple sandwiches from here and a couple of sides like potato and macaroni salad, and nothing has any flavor at all. I wouldn't even know what I was eating if I hadn't ordered it. Zero seasoning whatsoever. I have to add my own salt and pepper that I luckily keep with me in travel size in my bag, otherwise I would have just thrown the food out for the birds. The food is really good, but don't sit under the ceiling fan. It is loaded with dust, I don't want dust falling into my food. It should be cleaned. Take five minutes. read more

Food was hot and delicious. Would recommend them for not only the bisques and gravy but also their sandwiches.

The staff were amazing and friendly! We found this place as a recommendation from a waitress at a local restaurant. Had my car serviced at Oroville Toyota last week. While waiting I looked up coffee shops and this location had great reviews. Stopped by on my way back to work and let me say the reviews were totally accurate. Ordered a Asiago bagel egg sandwich with bacon and pepper jack cheese. I warmed it up on my lunch break and it was like fresh. Also ordered a mocha with half the chocolate ( I like to taste my espresso shot) and enjoyed the beverage on my drive to work 20 minutes away. I will definitely stop by again on my next morning visit to Oroville. I may just have to try the biscuits and gravy I read about on the reviews on my next visit!! read more

My coffee is good. Unfortunately there's one employee they need to either teach or let go. All the other girls are good. This one lady who takes the orders and basically gives my drink without saying anything to me and doesn't know how to speak professionally at all. Answering the phone "hello" instead of "Lots of Java how can I help you" is really spoiling it for the business. Multiple times times it's been this way. I'm a regular customer however maybe not for long. Talk to your customers right and greet them like you appreciate their business! Ask them if they would like anything else not " IS THAT IT" with an attitude!? This is your business treat it like you love it and it will continue to grow! read more

So good! Finally got to try this spot out. I don't know if I was just ravenous or if it was just THAT good, but I'll go with the latter. The biscuits and sausage gravy are the best I've ever tasted. I can't pinpoint what it is, but I suspect they use a combination of chicken stock and dairy for the gravy. It definitely had a much more complex flavor than just a milk based white gravy. Their breakfast sandwiches are great too- I ordered mine with bacon and sausage but only got sausage. Minor oversight, but that's okay. Their drinks are really good as well. I think a new owner has taken over, I used to come here very often and they had the best service and sandwiches. Came here today, and instead of greeting us they decided to finish their conversations and eventually serve us. The server didn't know the price of anything, while waiting a lady came in to get a $.65 pastry and instead of just ringing her up made her wait. So the lady had to leave since she was in a hurry.
