Horror Story. This is the store located in terminal B near the Air Canada gates. Waited 30 minutes for a cappuccino and cookie. Finally left to catch my flight. This is a 5 minute exercise, not 30 minutes. No one hustles at this location. Apparently, I an not alone since there were dozens of abandon drinks on the counter. left by other passengers who had to get to their flights. It is run by HMS Host, so Starbucks may arrogantly claim that they are not responsible. The problem is that this franchise stains the Starbucks brand. After this experience, I never want to go into a Starbucks again. Starbucks is crashing because the service sucks. Mr. New CEO, if you want to turn the company around, here are my suggestions: 1. Focus on execution. The first step is to simply the business. Drop 80% of the drinks that no one orders. 2. Fire incompetent managers, such as the team that runs this store. it's being a franchise is no excuse. 3. Keep the bathrooms clean. 4. Walked in to this Starbucks and was immediately welcomed by a worm and friendly staff. They were out of a few food items I wanted but they made up for it. My coffee was hot and fresh. The store is smaller but very clean. Definitely a place to stop in and sit down. They do have a drive through if you don't have the time. read more

This location is a spot that's harder to reach with limited parking spot but there's an extension to the plaza where the restaurants are so at least there is parking. It's a busy location and slower service due to the busy drive through orders. The refreshers are great and tastes the same. Probably suggest mobile order ahead or prepare to wait a while on line. read more

On my way leaving the MCO airport via Semoran/436 (at least 2 street names per road here), I consider this Starbucks location convenient and a source of solid service. Starbucks, as everyone knows, offers the same beverages at most locations with a consistency that builds repeat customers. The only downside to this standalone building is the odd parking lot and short designated drive-through lane. On my most recent visit, the cars in that lane blocked one way out of the parking lot. To be fair, drivers do not have any real easy option to avoid blocking. Of course, if you use the mobile order ahead option in the app, you can park, walk in and avoid the lane conundrum altogether. read more

Twice she forgot to put Splenda in the latte, despite me explicitly telling the other barista, Cami, to put "4 Splendas, no foam latte" on the order and Cami repeating the order (Cami did a great job handling my order). I don't know if Priya is overworked, unorganized, not having a good day or what but I think there should have been a supervisor who can either take over the bar for her or there should be someone else who can help show Priya what a no-foam latte is. RUDE. Absolutely rude. 530 PM -- I stopped in to grab a treat. Before ordering I needed to use the restroom. A young woman greeted me & gave me the code. Unfortunately there wasn't any toilet paper. I told that same young woman about the situation. She stated "did you check both?" Meaning the upper chamber of the toilet paper dispenser. I said I had. She sighed & acted irritated. There were two women that had come in behind me so rather than letting me know she'd address the bathroom necessity she proceeded to take the order of the two women behind me & ignored me and that point. I decided napkins would work so that's what I used for the restroom & because of her rude attitude I left after using the restroom. This is the closest Starbucks to my house so I visit there frequently. However, this morning Arnold was so rude and dropped an F bomb towards me because I ordered lite room in my cup and it was filled to the brim so I asked politely if my drink could be remade cause I didn't order that way. If you are less than 2 hours ahead of your flight, do not order here. They are 45 minutes to make drinks. They keep taking orders despite customers abandoning their paid for products. There is a line of abandoned drinks. There are forty people in the bunch waiting. Worst service of any airport vendor. The airport isn't even that busy. At 30 minutes, you have to decide if you're going to abandon the process. If there is a manager here, he's asleep in the back. 36 minutes and I am 90% sure they forgot the vanilla cream. This location is the closest Starbucks near home and they have amazing service. One time my car got stuck in the middle of the road and I wasn't able to pick up the mobile order until an hour after and they remade the order for me with no charge to me. They were very pleasant about it and didn't give me a hard time and I really appreciated it. During the Christmas holiday they also give these reusable red Starbucks cups. read more

** For drive-thru portion only** We hit the drive-thru portion of this location recently when in the area and in need of a refuel coffee. It was backed up about five or six cars, but moved really quickly. It only took about ten minutes to get through the line, which is pretty speedy considering. The staff was very friendly both on the speaker box and at the window. My order was made as asked and they had it ready when we hit the window. I asked for them to use a star reward for one of the drinks, and then charge the same gift card for the remainder, and they knew how to process it all and it was easy. The drive thru was clean and easy to navigate. I could see how during the regular week it may back up into the main through road by the stores, so that might be annoying to passerby traffic. But since they move the line quickly - I'm sure that helps. Overall: A Good stop off - the drive-thru is much faster than some of their sister stores. read more

Ugh, what a PITA this visit was. I have never been to this location before. We were looking for some hot fresh coffee to accompany us on our ride home from the airport. We arrived a little after 5:00pm, there were only a couple patrons inside and everyone had already been served. My wife ordered a small decaf Americano with room for cream and I ordered a medium regular Americano with room for cream. When our orders arrived my wife's coffee had about two inches of space for cream (OK....?). Not the end of the world by any means; we would just season our coffee to our liking then have the barista add some more Pikes place on top. Additionally, both of our coffees were not hot enough, at least not what I am used to for a Starbucks Coffee. I usually need to let it cool some before I can drink it, but not this time. I could probably have chugged this medium coffee without a hospital visit for a scorched esophagus. I can live without the emergency room visit but proper temperature coffee is something to take note of. The other issue that kills me is when Starbucks neglects to keep their seasoning jars, cream and milk fully stocked. I am paying top dollar for a coffee at your store how difficult would it be to keep the Vanilla, Chocolate, Cinnamon and Nutmeg containers filled and have MORE THAN ONE (1/4 full) option of liquid dairy/nondairy product available for use? I asked one of the four Barista's available if she could provide new Chocolate and Vanilla seasoning jars, as they were empty. She took the jars in the back and left us waiting 10 minutes by the pick up area. I asked her again about the seasoning jars and she informed me the jars needed to be washed first then another worker would fill them in the back before bringing them back out (Thank you for telling us this 10 minutes later). OK, so Starbucks is charging people anywhere from $3-$7 for a coffee but they can't afford to have redundancy seasoning jars on hand so they can be replaced in the event of a rush or if one of them breaks during service? Finally, I had to ask another barista to help speed up the process because now we were standing here for almost 20 minutes by the time the seasonings arrived. Ultimately, I could have gone to a Wawa, Racetrack or Cumberland Farms and received a freshly ground and brewed coffee there with multiple coffee related condiments in a reasonable amount of time, but I decided to come to Starbucks to pay $2 more and get less for my money (great!). Even though I have enjoyed Starbucks coffee over the years, now I know why I do not frequent the franchise often. read more

The three stars is for the service. The drinks are well, Starbucks drinks. My review is more on the service. While both time I went there people were very nice. The first time, I asked for a chai tea no water. It still tasted watered down. On my second visit, the drinks were good, but we received no sleeve, no sugar, no stirrers, and no napkins until we asked they did give us stoppers. No sleeve so the cup is hot. When we asked they were all out. One of our drinks was a Misto so sugar was necessary as it's not sweetened. read more

It's rare for me to have a negative experience at any Starbucks. This one is not the exception... I've been here a couple of times, most of them driving-thru or picking up a mobile order. I've never encountered any issue while visiting this location and staff is always amicable, works fast and they make sure you are content with your order. One of the bonus points of this location is that the times that I've visited, the ladies restroom is spotless, even though this Starbucks gets hit with major traffic. All in all, if you are a regular at any given Starbucks, visiting this store should be no different than visiting other stores (at least based on my experience). read more

This is a great new Starbucks location at the corner of 436 & Michigan. Really easy to access coming from either direction. Service is always fast and pleasant. The drive-thru is my choice in the mornings and the line (if there is one) goes fast. I really like the interior, it feels less cramped than other Starbucks locations. The outside seating isn't the best view but is still a nice place to relax. I'm sure I'll be back here a lot. read more
