It always amazes me of the different vibes from one Starbucks to another , last week I had great experience at one on John Young Pkwy , when I walked into the Windermere location nobody said a word , everyone just kept there heads down and were working , no one smiled , honestly they all looked miserable, all I ordered was 1 cup of black coffee , most of the time the register person will just turn and get it , but she didn't offer , after 10 mins of waiting , I just asked for my money back , at that point I was told they never printed the order ticket and would get my coffee right away , which was fine . Being in management when I see this kind of environment , you can always link it back to the manager , since they dictate the tone , It was honestly sad to see no one enjoying the work , when I had the exact opposite at another location close by , would I go back , sure everyone has a bad day read more

I love a drive-thru Starbucks because it can get so busy and going in can be a hassle sometimes. Today I ordered my drink and the drive-thru line was very quick and efficient. I recommend you download the Starbucks app to pay because it's so easy and you get to earn "stars" which add up to free drinks or food later on. I ordered a venti iced pumpkin spice latte, there was barely whip cream on it but whatever. I expect if I'm paying $6-$7 for a drink it comes correctly made. The pumpkin spice latte was so delicious! I also ordered a reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich, it is one of their lower calorie sandwiches and it's so good! read more

This Starbucks always seem to be consistently busy Everytime I stop by. The drive thru lane sometimes get back up depending on the time. Moves pretty quickly and the staff are always friendly. Very polite staff every time we visit. Today's line was the longest I've ever seen but it moved quickly. We got 2 pumpkin spice lattes, 2 egg white with gruyere cheese and bacon, and a PupaChino. I am reviewing the drive thru. It is great! Im at the Grove Shopping Plaza and there is a cute winter event going in so its hard to find parking. I decided id get something to eat from Starbucks which I've never done before! I ordered the fruit and cheese protein box for $6.45. The ordering and drive through experience Was flawless. The cheese and fruit box was fantastic and I think I'll be eating a lot more of these instead of stopping at the fast food burger joint because this looks a lot healthier I'll to I'll be posting photos of it. The protein box has 20 grams of protein! And the cheese and fruit were both fresh, they looked and tasted like they were just prepared although the back of the box said prepared yesterday. read more

This location is mine and my boyfriend's study spot for sure. We love coming here and getting our drinks and just sitting down and studying or doing work. This is one of the bigger locations in Orlando - it's very spacious, with plenty of places to sit. Most locations do not have enough seats for us, and it stresses me out because I worry before coming there on whether or not I can find a place to sit down, and waste my time having to find a different location. But I am always able to find a place to sit here. The staff is sweet and they always get my order right. And it's always clean and up to my expectations. TIP: If you know you will be sitting down for a while, make sure to get a drink "for here" so that they can give you your drink in a glass cup or a mug. It's so much better for the environment. read more

I love every little thing about this place. It's not just that it's a Starbucks with all the fun, fantastic treats and flavors. And it's not just the great rewards program & frequent promotions that lead to periodic free products. It's not just that it's within minutes away from home either. Nope, this location is so terrifically amazing because of the people. The baristas here are by far the best. Just swung through this Starbucks to get some Father's Day coffees, and I am genuinely taken aback by how wonderful this drive thru experience was. The store is beautiful. It might be one of my favorite Starbucks designs ever. The drive thru build out certainly is one of a kind. Easy to navigate, well covered. I can't believe I am gushing over a drive thru design right now, yet here we are. The baristas communicated clearly and with some much cheerfulness. Not like that synthetic "3 shots of espresso into the morning" cheerfulness. Like a real genuine, "I am happy to be here and I am happy you're here" cheerfulness. Love the new looks What did I get I always get the flat white. The taste is consistent, no complains. I was able to get my flat white with Almond milk which according to starbuck there is no sugar. Environment This is in the Windermere Plaza by the post office, LA fitness and other. The starbucks is right by the new strip that opened with Hawkers and Chipotle. There is a couple of desk for outdoor seating. there is a big space thats like a lawn, so there is separation from the cars. The interior is very modern looking. It is the new style that starbucks has it seems. It is quite noisy. There is a long time that can sit around 10 people group or maybe 2 small groups of 4. There are also a couple of round tables at the front, a bar seating area and also some single seats with coffee tables. The location does get busy, there are times when there are no seats.... Not sure why starbucks get so filled all the time! There are only 2 single bathrooms (one male and one female) Niceness of the staff It always seems like it is busy here... The staff are just working working working, Not sure they have time to be friendly.... I also find myself standing there and no one serves me so acknowledges me... I assume they are super busy.. Finally got a Starbucks near home and I really think the service at this one is exemplary! Drive through is always efficient and friendly and the crew at the inside counter is on point, too. My favorite thing about this location is how they will advise you on crafting your Frappuccinos to get just the right combination of sweet and creamy. I am ex-Starbucks shift supervisor and I hate to say it but I am extremely disappointed in this Starbucks. I ordered a white mocha for my sister and they rung up a flat white, no problem I mentioned that I ordered a white mocha not a flat white and the girl at the window told the bar barista. The next thing I heard was a barista telling her the customer won't know the difference and she promptly handed it to me. If they added white mocha the bar barista would probably be right. I have been in the drive thru and this recent visit, I went inside to grab a drink and a snack. I had super quick service and my items were made immediately. The inside is large and lots of space. This fantastic new location has the perfect setup. It is bright, open, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and the drive through is easy to find. While they do have a few kinks to work on, it has already shown itself to be quite popular. I recently placed a mobile order that was only half right. They had my food ready but not my coffee, and I had to awkwardly wait in the drive through for quite some time, making a lot of people behind me wait longer than anticipated. The last time I visited, I also had a mobile order, but this time I decided to walk inside to get it. This time my entire order was perfect. I decided to sit inside for a little while to eat and enjoy my coffee. The main seating area has a great arrangement of comfy chairs, tables, and high tops. While it was very busy, I was still able to sit and enjoy myself. This will probably become my go-to Starbucks since I'm always around the area. read more

It's either newer or recently remodeled and has not only counter seating but the cold brew and nitro taps. It was crowded but not super noisy which is nice. Love this Starbucks. Been here a handful of times and everyone is always so friendly and they get your order right lol. The only thing I don't like is when you get a refill of coffee they give you a brand new one. To me that seems like a waste to where the other Starbucks they reuse your same cup. This one has a drive through and a large seating area inside and outside. They have some leather couches to make it seem like a living room area with tables then they have your normal table and chairs. Of I could I would go to this one always. They also have nitro ice coffee on tap. They will let you sample it as I was curious of what it was the girl gave me two samples one with whipped cream and one without. They were both very strong but if I had to choose one it would be with whipped cream. Would definitely recommend this one they make you feel welcomed read more

My barista didn't listen to me and automatically used my points to pay for my drink so I couldn't redeem them for merchandise. My other points were expiring same day, which is why I wanted to use them for a gift. She said it was impossible to correct the erroneous transaction and refused to attempt to fix it. She pretty much just said "oh well, sorry" and had zero interest in trying to help me solve my problem. A very poor customer service experience overall. read more

I am usually a big fan of Starbucks and I have been loyal to this location for years now. The other day I walked in because the drive thru line was way too long. I went in and ordered perfectly fine, I was then standing waiting for my one drink a Grande Peppermint White Mocha for 10 minutes. They then gave my drink to the wrong lady. I asked them to check on my order the lady said she would and I waited another 10 minutes before I had to leave for work. I just heard that this same thing happened to one of my friends this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable and I hope Starbucks can get there act together soon. read more

I love this Starbucks! It's my go to place when I'm studying. The ceilings are high and the customer service is top notch. My favorite place to sit is the bar next to the barista. I was so excited when I found out they are opening a new Starbucks here, which is within 5 minutes of a drive away. This new location definitely did not disappoint. It is open and spacious, with lots of seats for indoors as well as outdoors. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here, we never had a bad experience during any of the visits. This is the best Starbucks in town! No other location makes their refreshers or shaken iced teas correctly like they do. The customer service is absolutely amazing and all the baristas go out if their way to build rapport and memorize drink orders. The cafe is beautifully designed and can easily accommodate big groups of people. As a bonus, the drive thru is very wide and provides protection from the weather as well as doesn't block traffic in the plaza. read more

This location is always packed and the baristas work at full capacity at all times. It is often the case that the drive-thru is so busy that the patrons ordering inside are secondary.
