My chai tea latte was one of the best I've ever had. The chocolate croissant was amazing and so was Nia. Thank you for all your help Nia . I'll be coming back with family and friends soon. Employee did not greet or say anything to the accord of, "what can I help you with or what would you like?" Crickets ... we received nothing. After we ordered ice cream the employee touched the cone with his bare hand which is a health code violation because it is ready to eat item. We sat in the restaurant to eat our ice cream until a profanity laced song came onto the radio with every word imaginable. I am not allowing my child to listen to that kind of music so we quickly left while we finished the cones in the car. Unbelievable ... We have went to Kelly's Ice cream for years in Winter Park and Oviedo. We will not be going back after this incident.

However, Dutch Bros is becoming another favorite. This location is in Clermont so kind far for me right now, I stop when I head to Costco. However, they are building one in Winter Garden so I will probably be headed there a lot. You can order on the app and I suggest doing it that way. Once you get in line you kind of need to know what you want quickly and their menu is huge! There are so many options to create your own drinks! Their line is unique. There are 2 sides and usually a person walking both sides to take your order. When its not busy, you will order at the window. They do a great job of rotating cars back and forth between sides. They offer ice coffees, lattes, lemonades, energy drinks and more. They mostly have drinks but have been adding more food options. They also almost always have special drinks of the season, the moment, etc. I personally loved their Ice Cookie butter during Christmas and I hope it comes back. Currently I usually order the Iced Latte Salted Caramel with whip cream and fat free milk or the Ice Lemonade Poppin boba berry lemonade. The Ice Dutch Golden Eagle is also fantastic. If you use the app you can save your favorite drinks so you don't have to add all the customizations each time. I love this part! It makes it super easy to reorder. The app also lets you collect app stickers and you can earn points. I would recommend using the app and getting those points. The team members are always so amazing, if they are waiting for your drink, they will chat with you, they have such great energy. Always super friendly.
