So let me start by saying, I know Starbucks is Starbucks, but this is our absolute favorite location in town to visit. The drinks are always consistently delicious, and the baristas are professional and friendly! The ambiance inside is warm and bustling and smells so delicious and homey, with the aroma of roasting beans wafting through the air. My favorite drinks are the cinnamon dolce latte (when I want a hot drink) and the iced caramel latte (when I want a cold drink for the hot summer days)! Update - I've been here 20+ times since my initial review. Not much has changed in my opinion, and again, my review is not based on the drive thru. It's busy, but always clean. Many tables with outlets makes it a great study spot and I take advantage of that. A lot of groups come on weekends so it may be loud if you are trying to focus and do work. Something I forgot to mention in my last review is the barrista's - all that I have interacted with have been very efficient and friendly. read more

Here's the deal - it's a BUSY location. Would a stand alone building in the middle of the parking lot across the street be a better set up? Perhaps. But, I'm not going to dock a star because ppl frequent this location by the masses. For it being a CONSTANT hurricane of patrons, they do a stellar job! My order is always on point and they are always friendly. That likely contributes to why they are so busy. And, yes the drive thru line is regularly well up the street. Since I always pre-order by mobile, if there is a long drive thru line, I park and run in where my order is already waiting, grab it and go. I never have an issue finding a parking spot but some prefer or can't get out of their cars...and that's ok. If ur not one of those ppl, I'd recommend to just run inside. Having FedEx next door is also a perk for anyone working on a project who can use the old Kinkos and printing types of services. Visited this Starbucks off of 114th, near the intersection of Dodge next to the FedEx business. The parking lot is small but if you arrive early as I did, there will be plenty of spaces. Lots of smaller tables and only a set of couches at this location. The service was good today, ordered a breakfast sandwich and a vanilla latte. The drink came out first. The sandwich was decent, hot to the touch and was just okay regarding the overall taste. The ambiance is noisy when conducting business via Zoom even with earplugs. Overall it is a decent place to stop and get a cup of hot coffee and relax. The WI-FI is a bit spotty, Zoom was not coming in sparkling clear but what do you expect for free WI-FI vs a higher network at a private business. read more

My mom and I occasionally meet here since it is in between both of our work places. It's always fine, never great. The mix in stand is always super dirty. But this last time we went we did a mobile order. 10 mins later, one of the drinks was ready. We waited and then another mobile drink was done that wasn't ours. When we asked the barista said "we are very busy, you're just going to have to wait." Finally we get our second drink, both cold brew, and it is literally undrinkable. As a former Starbucks barista myself, I can tell you this was NOT cold brew. It was hot coffee poured over ice, acidic and diluted. We will not be back. read more

Basically all Starbucks in Omaha are the same and this one was pretty standard. I definitely enjoy their drinks and the vanilla petite scones are my FAVE (buy 3 and you get a discount)! This Starbucks in particular is usually pretty busy but doesn't really get too loud which is nice. If you're lucky, snag a cozy chair and post up for a day of productivity, reading, or chatting with a friend! Service is friendly but I usually just stick to the mobile order ahead of time so my drink is ready when I get there. If you don't have the app yet, GET IT! This place is our "go to" Starbucks location. It is unique compared to other Starbucks we have been to because of the lounging area. Lots of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating as well as the "feeling" that the wooden "book shelving" gives you makes you feel like you can stay and read for a while. Also, the staff have gone out of their way to remember our names which always makes us feel welcome. As far as food is concerned, it is exactly what you expect from the Starbucks brand. All in all, for a Starbucks. It's a great place to enjoy. The drive-through here is always unbelievable since a lot of people work in the area. Strike two, the parking lot is also small so oftentimes there's nowhere to park anyway. Each time I come here I try to make a mental note not to make this mistake again... but give it a couple months and I always seem to forget. Really the worst Starbucks in Omaha I always preorder and most locations have it ready within 5 minutes, this one can not even have it ready at the estimated pick up time. I was going to drive to a locally owned coffee shop which I used to frequent, but since the move to my new home its no longer convenient. The first thing I noticed was how busy this location is - not just in front of the counter but especially behind the counter. The staff is essentially working on top of each other to keep up with the orders. While the staff genuinely tries to provide service, they are limited by their environment. Starbucks needs to redesign the workspace to allow a better customer experience. It's rather hard to enjoy your latte when you can see the staff sweating just three foot away. They could learn a thing or two from Jimmy John's near by. The latte was standard commercial quality. And the roll was so so. Really just a step up from a gas station. Considering the prices, it deserves just one star. However, the staff really does try to provide customer service. read more

Based solely on this Starbucks location and not the Company itself as I love my coffee and some locations are great ! Was in the area on a rainy Friday morning and decided to venture in for some coffee . I have always ordered on my App which I also did today . Walked in to a near empty room as it was only 5:30 am . Noticed only one Barista behind the counter . In typical Starbucks fashion the staff would always great the customer with st least a hello , , The employee working must of either been in a bad mood , or maybe just a personality trait but she definitely was not as friendly as any other Starbucks Employees I have ever meet . Not one word exited her mouth from the time I walked in to the time I left even though there were others walking in to pick up drinks . . If it was any place else it would not of been a "deal" but seemed off for a Starbucks . The drink was not as strong as I have had before and seemed somewhat watered down . The staff here is SOOO nice! They're always happy to give a recommendation and don't judge you for how many cake pops you purchase haha. Any time I've brought my dog through the drive thru with me they always give him a free puppichino (whipped cream in a cup). So he loves it when we go for Starbucks in the morning now. So here's the deal: this is a big ass Starbucks with a tight parking lot and quite a bit of demand for their caffeine and sugar laced concoctions. So, prepare to wait for your skinny vanilla latte with whip. Staff is generally cordial if not overly friendly and the drinks are generally OK. All in all, solid but not great. read more

This Starbucks has one major deficit: parking. The lot is oftentimes full and the drive through line crowded. It seems to be a victim of its own success in that regard. Otherwise, standard Starbucks coffee with service no worse or better than your average Starbucks trained barista. If you're looking for a quiet place to study and chill, look elsewhere. If you need your reliable coffee and a quick place to post up or meet a client, this place will work just fine. read more

this is a very chill, clean, and friendly starbucks. my friend and i come here often and just sit in the tall chairs by the wall and chat for hours. their coconut milk lattes are my go to at the moment and they never disappoint. in the summer the caramel macchiatos rock and their croissants are tasty as well. this location is never a bad option! read more

I visit this Starbucks every weekday morning before work and usually have a great experience. The line moves quickly and the employees are great. However, about once a week my order is incorrect. Nothing major, but just enough to annoy me. I order a chai tea latte with nutmeg and about every 5th visit I end up with a chai tea latte with cinnamon, which I'm allergic to. I'm sure it's just a matter of someone being in a hurry and grabbing the cinnamon powder instead of nutmeg. There have been a few times that has happened and I haven't been able to return to the store so my chai is just thrown out. Today was one of those times. I called the store and spoke to a manager and explained the issue. The manager handled the situation very well. She apologized and offered me a free drink, which I'll pick up when I visit tomorrow morning. read more

Fastest drive thru !! There were 5 cars ahead of me and it took less than 5 minutes :-). Then I ordered a sandwich and a coffee and BOTH were delicious!! This Starbucks has been an annoyance to me several times. The drive thru is constantly packed and slow. Last time I went inside I couldn't find a parking spot. I ordered the new bagel ball bites, the guy seemed to know what I was talking about but he asked someone else how to type it in the register, I ordered one plain and one regular and he said that's fine. When my order came out it was one cinnamon bagel and one plain bagel, not the bagel balls. So they corrected the order and we ended up with 4 bagel balls, 2 plain and 2 French toast. Oh well. The next day I had a coupon for a free. Real fast sandwich in my email I tried to use and they wouldn't let me because I didn't have my Starbucks card and my app hasn't worked for months, I was annoyed again with them, it's not my fault my app hasn't worked for months! I'm sure I'll be back though because it's basically across the street from me. read more
