This was my second location after the first didn't make my brown sugar shaken espresso correctly. The barista was not friendly and my drink came out drowning in oat milk. So i politely asked for a venti pumpkin cream cold brew instead. The barista was even less friendly and quickly made my drink but it was completely wrong. She used regular foam and cinnamon powder. I decided to leave with the drink bc i didn't want any issues with the already annoyed barista. Definitely will not come back to this location.

This is a well run very clean location. The staff is friendly and they have a nice outdoor seating area. Dog friendly and in a very good location

Kindness notes

This location always has a great staff that worls hard to make sure you habe a great drink. They also work hard to get mobile orders out quickly in the morning rush. One neat thing they had recently was a note of kindness. You could take a note someone created if you left one. This was such a neat idea and really made my day when I saw it.

This Starbucks has really gone down hill with recent staff turnover. I'll drive elsewhere from now on. How disappointing.

The staff is amazing, but it seems like they are almost ALWAYS out of things such as nitro, cold brew or refreshers it's annoying.

I am late on posting this review, Chicory Coffee House has easily become my new favorite coffee…read morespot. My colleagues and I tried it once for a work meet up and now it has turned into our regular go to. I had the Ball N Chain my first visit, and that alone made me a fan. I cannot remember exactly what everyone else ordered, but we were all on the same page that this place was a great find. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it is the kind of place where you can work, meet up or just unwind for a bit. If you want good coffee and a spot with laid-back vibe, definitely check them out. The staff is wonderful too. I think their family owned. I'm not sure.

The place itself is on the smaller side. There are a few additional seats available in the back, but most were taken by people working, and we didn't want to intrude, so we sat in the front. We tried their monthly lattes: I ordered the Chicory Mellow and my partner got the Banana Cream Latte. Both came topped with marshmallow cream, which made me worry they'd be overly sweet, but they were actually nicely balanced. Mine had two shots of espresso, though it still leaned on the milder side. My partner enjoyed his latte enough to order a second drink: Red Eye--which was okay, but had a slightly burnt flavor. Overall, a friendly spot with creative drinks. I'd like to come back and try more of their menu; their tea selections seem solid.

I ordered a grilled chai tea latte and a cookie, which sounded simple but felt thoughtfully done. The chai had a deep, spiced aroma the moment it hit the table. It wasn't overly sweet, and the warmth of the spices came through clearly with each sip. There was a smooth, velvety texture that made it especially comforting. The cookie was fresh and slightly crisp around the edges with a soft center. It tasted homemade rather than mass-produced, with just the right balance of sweetness to pair with the drink without overwhelming it. The café itself has a welcoming, lived-in charm. Plenty of natural light, a steady hum of conversation, and people either catching up with friends or working on laptops. The baristas were attentive and genuinely friendly, creating an easygoing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Classen Coffee Company feels like one of those dependable neighborhood spots you keep coming back to -- not flashy, just consistently good and inviting.

Such a cute spot with great big windows, ample seating, and local artwork. The coffee was great, and food was delicious. Everything was served hot and quickly. They're also dog friendly which was a huge plus - our little fur ball loved the pumpkin treat we got there too. I loved elemental coffee so much that even though I am not local to the cafe, I ordered a gift card for a co worker in the area on a bad day - because I trust this place can brighten most anyone's day. If I am ever back in OKC, you can guarantee my visit!

That price isn't even including a tip. This place has always been pricier than the rest, but a couple years ago they used to give your to-go coffees in a mason jar so it was justified. Now the mason jars are gone, the cups are barely bigger than a claw clip, and somehow they're charging even more. This was my fourth time here and I wanted to give them another shot, but it'll have to be my last try. You can get much better coffee at a much more fair price at other places in the city. The only strength Elemental has is that it has a bit longer food menu than other cafes, but if you're paying more than $20 for a tiny coffee and a mediocre snack then you are wasting your time and money. Also, I don't expect you to yell a welcome or fall on your knees to greet me when I walk in, but the service here is miserable and always has been. The barista asked me how I was doing, to which I said good thank you, then just stared at me for a good few seconds. I guess that means go ahead and order here. A simple "what would you like today" would suffice. Most places you get used to waiting a second while the barista prepares the system, so if that's not the case, just say something. Then they hand you your to-go drink without a lid, because the $9.50 you spent doesn't cover that level of labor and you need to do it yourself. I love to support our local coffee shops here in OKC, but you'll never find me recommending Elemental. Which is a shame, because the mason jars in my cabinet at home are a good reminder of when they served unique and fairly priced coffee. I am so thoroughly disappointed that I made an account just to say this. At least the espresso is okay.
