Two or three times theres been a cup like string fiber in my coffee. I had to spit out cup debri fiber string like cardboard white. It was white string cardboard like a inch long. I called them once about it just to let them know but it happens again. Maybe a defect there I don't know. Other then that the coffee is good here. Just not likeing the cardboard coffee strings. read more

Ordered a chai tea latte through the drive thru. They were speedy with service however the chai tea latte needs some work. I tasted so much almond milk vs chai tea. Nothing like I have ever had before which is a bit upsetting. Maybe will try again. read more

I come here everyday for my venti caramel macchiato, IYKYK! Literally all of the employees are wonderful. It's truly the highlight of my day being able to see them & talk with them for the little time we have! They're super attentive, fast, & never get anything wrong! This was my second location after the first didn't make my brown sugar shaken espresso correctly. The barista was not friendly and my drink came out drowning in oat milk. So i politely asked for a venti pumpkin cream cold brew instead. The barista was even less friendly and quickly made my drink but it was completely wrong. She used regular foam and cinnamon powder. I decided to leave with the drink bc i didn't want any issues with the already annoyed barista. Definitely will not come back to this location. read more

I am shook that this location only has 3 stars....like what? Every time I visit this location, the employees are so friendly, upbeat and positive. Never had a bad experience! In fact, I wish the other locations took something out of this locations book for service! If you're deciding which location to go, come here! when I came in, there was a protest going on outside. I wanted to be kind, so I bought 15 hot chocolates for everyone unknowingly. Was a horrible experience and the Starbuck's employees I bought from were just rude and brief to me instead of letting me know that the protestors would not appreciate it. It was humiliating and incredibly hurtful all around and the employees were laughing at me from inside the store as I ran off crying. If I wasn't going to boycott it for the protest I'm boycotting it for their horrendous customer service. read more

This location always has a great staff that worls hard to make sure you habe a great drink. They also work hard to get mobile orders out quickly in the morning rush. One neat thing they had recently was a note of kindness. You could take a note someone created if you left one. This was such a neat idea and really made my day when I saw it. read more

I love this starbucks! Not only the location and the newly renovated clean spacious interior but the way the baristas make the drinks! They always make them to perfection with no foam just the way I like them! The food is always fresh and it seems like they never run out of my usual cake pops or croissants (huge carb lover).The line always moves quickly both inside and the drive thru which does get pretty long as times. Can't complain about this location. The baristas always talk to you and make you feel welcome which is a huge plus even if its at 6AM and everyone feels like they're sleep walking! read more

I mean I just love Starbucks no matter where they are. This location is my new favorite due to its location on my route to work! It's easy to access off May, which is my main route to work so it's perfect for me. I almost always use the app to order on the go or use the drive through, but this location is very nice inside and always has new items and does a good job of having my favorites in stock! I don't understand the bad reviews on this location. It is a Starbucks so you know what you will get (given you have been to Starbucks before). This guys wake up early to get you coffee or tea or your favorite morning treat and they serve you with a smile. It does not matter how many zombies are in line waiting for their daily dose of caffeine, or how many cars are outside at the drive-through, they always he your order right. It may be better at times to go inside , or to order in advance on your phone. The place is clean, smells good and people are nice. read more

I go to this Starbucks at least twice a week since I work from home. It's a great place to get some work done, and their drinks are pretty standard for Starbucks. My biggest complaint is that there are always about 10 flies buzzing around. I understand that when you have food around, flies will come. What I don't understand eat and is why they don't have some kind of a trap for them. Get rid of the flies!!! They could also definitely use more seating, but then again, it's a fairly small Starbucks. I travel a lot for work so I see Starbucks locations all over the country. read more

I do not understand the negative reviews here because my experience has been nothing but positive. I began going here because it is near my part-time job, and the store always has dark roast late into the day, while other stores do not. Customarily, I am there for the afternoon and evening shifts. The baristas are always friendly and smiling. They talk to me, know me by name, and we always chat. Each visit is a pleasure! I go at least four times a week and the service is consistently good. Personally, I favor stores without a drive-thru, but this store is a good stop for reading or studying because most of the business is drive-thru, so the dining area is usually quieter. I am already looking forward to my next visit. read more

I will never go to this Starbucksagain! I'm a 73 year old grandmother and visit a Starbucks everyday. I recently stopped at this location with 2 of my grown grandsons...purchased 3 different coffees. Paid with my phone app and left. I had driven a few blocks before taking a drink of my triple ..Venti ...Carmel latte...it had no carmel. One of my grandsons ordered a Venti mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot...it had no mocha and no expresso. The Under tow for my other grandson was perfect. When we noticed the error we went back thru the drive thru explaining the mixup...the girl that waited on us took the drinks, handed them to another worker and this girl came to the window saying that we got what we ordered and they couldn't put things back in the blender because of our "spit" in the drinks. We asked if they could just add the carmel and expresso and mocha without blending them...we could mix them. She took the drinks and we thought that's what she did. We drove away. ..tasted our drinks and still no carmel in the latte...they had added it to the Frappuccino. ..I called them and she all but called me a liar...I've never been treated so disrespectful! read more
